Chapter 12

SON CHAEYOUNG

"Thank you for coming!" I said to a couple before I went back to being a waiter.

Where's Jihyo noona? She should be here by now.

I pulled my phone out and searched my contacts before I landed on her number. I pressed the call button and waited for her to pick up.

[Hello? Before you ask, I'm on my way.]

"Okay noona. I'm just worried." I said before hangin up.

I looked around the cafe before motioning one of my staff to come to me.

"I need to go. Take care and close the cafe and bar for me, okay?"

"Yes sir."

I went to the staff room and took off my apron before hanging it on a hanger and went out of the cafe with my bag on my shoulders. I hopped on my motorcycle and zoomed towards the house.

After I got home, I parked my motorcycle and went in, tossed my bag on the couch before laying down on it before I took out my phone and decided to text everyone of their whereabouts.

*CRACKHEADS*

People! Where are you all?

Ostrich: We're in our rooms. Same with Jihyo. She just came back.

Okay then.

I went to my room, took off my clothes, took a bath and changed into a white shirt and some black jammies. I went down and saw all of them already in the living room. I sat in the middle of hyung and noona.

"What's the hurry? Why does she want all of us here?" hyung asked.

"I don't know." I replied.

"Are you guys okay if I sleep here again?" noona asked.

"Yeah. You're always welcome here noona." Dahyun answered, earning a nod from me and the two.

After we did, I felt my phone vibrate. I took it out and saw my sister calling me. I excused myself and went to the kitchen to take her call.

"Rosé-ah! Why did you make us all come home early?!" I yelled through the phone.

[Jeez! Pipe it down, will you? Just wait for the surprise before I bang your head.]

"Tsk. Rude."

[Look who's talking. You're the one that yelled at me! Oh... Is everyone there yet?]

"Yes."

[Okay then. Talk to you later. Bye!]

She hanged up on me! What the heck?!

I went back to the living room and heard someone knock on the front door loudly. I looked at the four and noona motioned me to open it. So I did. And I wasn't expecting the person outside.

"CHAENG!"

"What are you doing here?!" I shouted as my sister hugged me tight.

"Surprise! Aren't you going to let me in?" she asked as she pouted.

"Why should I?"

"Because I'm your sister! Now... Help me carry my luggage." she said as she went to the taxi I didn't even know was there and asked for the driver to open the trunk and get her things.
