"So... Now you know how shitty our childhood-"

"It's not shitty... Don't say that..." Mina whimpered, suddenly hugging me.

If it's not... Then what do you call it?

"What do you wanna call it then?" I asked, hugging her back.

I didn't receive any reply, but I felt wetness on my shoulder as she tightened her hold on me.

"Why are you crying?" I asked.

It took a few seconds until I felt her move her hand, probably to wipe her tears, before she gently pushed me away.

"Because no child should go through what you two did." she answered.

"And no parent should treat their children like that. It's not right." she added, looking at me directly in my eyes.

"Everything's fine now... I guess? I'll start running the company and turn it into the best I can make it out of." I said, trying to cheer her up.

"But how? You're still in college, remember?" she asked, smiling gently at me.

"I'll find a way to balance everything. Plus, Rosé's still here to help me." I said.

She stared at my face as I watched her eyes dart from my eyes, down to my lips before she licked them, making a pleasurable shiver go down my spine.

"Can I help?" she asked.

"Minguin... I don't want to bother you. You should focus more on your studies and family. I'll handle these problems." I answered, patting her head.

Yes. Yes, you should...

She didn't talk after that and only pouted while looking down as she fiddled with the hem of her shirt, making me smile as I watched her act like a child.

"Please understand that I don't want you to get involved with the dark side of my life." I said, rubbing her back.

"Everything's still messed up right now and the school festival's just right around the corner. You still have to practice for your performance and graduate, okay?"

"Just one more year and you're done with college." I finished, smiling my best smile at her.

"Too bad, you still have two." she teased.

I raised an eyebrow at her and gave her a smirk before I slowly leaned in towards her and started tickling her non stop, making her fall on the bed and me on top, still tickling her.

After a few seconds of tickling her and her begging me to stop, I did. I rolled beside her and looked at her panting figure with a smile on my face before reaching out and hugging her sideways as I felt her hug me back a few seconds after.

"Can you wait for me?" I asked, breaking the silence.

She turned her head and looked at me confusingly before smiling and kissing my nose and forehead.

"As long as you want and need me to." she replied, snuggling in my chest.

"Even if you don't know how long?" I asked again, making her nod.

"As long as you don't leave me." she answered again, this time, kissing my Adam's apple.

"I promise I won't."

MYOUI MINA

"I promise I won't." he said, making me nod my head at him.

"We'll have our little misunderstandings and arguments but I promise to submit to you when I'm wrong. I can't provide you the whole world but I can provide you with all of me. And, I can't give you a life that's all rainbows and cupcakes, but I'll give you a life that's full of the things you deserve and make you happy." he added.
