Chapter 41

KANG SEULGI

Good thing they brought food. I don't have time to go out while I'm still tracking that motherfucker down.

"Kang~ I'm back!" Irene yelled, making me run towards her while the burger's still in my mouth.

"Bae!" I said, hugging her tight.

"What are you- Who bought burgers?" she asked, taking my burger and biting into it.

"Chaeyoung and Mina."

"Where are they?" she asked, taking another bite.

"Game room."

"Okay. I'll get changed first, then head there to greet them." she said, kissing my lips and walked towards our room with, again, my burger.

Ugh... I'll have to open another one. The things you do Mrs. Kang.

KANG (BAE) JOOHYUN

I finished the burger before stepping in the bathroom and bathing myself. After that I changed into comfortable clothes since my shift is already over anyway and dad volunteered to run the hospital for me.

I went out of our room and spotted Seulgi eating another burger while slurping coke, not even taking a break to breathe.

Guess he's really hungry. I better cook him a healthy meal later.

I headed towards my favorite room and entered after knocking on the door. Chaeng and Mina were playing a video game and Chaeng being the loser kept on... Well, loosing.

"Damn. You suck at this." I said, interrupting their little moment, leaning on the door frame.

"Hello unnie!" Mina greeted, a gummy smile on her face.

"Hi!" I responded, also smiling.

"Seems like you're enjoying, not like someone who's busy sulking..." I teased.

"Not my fault!" Chaeng defended.

"I never said that. Stupid..." I said, muttering the last part while waking towards them.

"Take my place then!" Chaeng said, throwing the precious controller at me.

"Fine then. Move, loser!" I said, catching the controller and pushing him off the couch.

He let out a small groan and rubbed his ass before glaring at me who's smirking, and Mina who's stopping herself from laughing.

"Ready Mina? Give me your all. I promise I'm not a sore loser. Unli-"

"I swear, if you're aiming it on me, then don't ev-"

"Don flatter yourself. I didn't even mention anyone's name." I sassed, cutting Chaeng off.

"Oh yeah? You're eyes say something else!" he fired back.

"Don't assume things, cub."

"Whatever... Grandma..." he muttered.

"Don't even go there you little-"

"Why are you guys so noisy?" Seulgi said, disturbing our little Drama.

"Nothing oppa. They were just talking." Mina said, saving our asses.

If I wasn't a girl, I would definitely own her. Chaeng's one lucky bastard.

Poor Mina... Stuck in a relationship with an eight year old.

"What were you guys talking about?" Seulgi asked, sitting down beside me while Chaeng moved towards Mina and sat beside her.
