Chapter 9

MINATOZAKI SANA

Mina's been acting weird lately... I think it's because Chaeyoung hugged her? I dunno.

"Yah! Mina-chan! Quit staring at space! Hurry up or we're gonna be late!" I practically yelled at her face after me and Momo were done brushing our teeth.

She's moving like an old guy. No offence to old people. Sorry y'all.

After I said that, she immediately finished brushing and we went and ran outside to see the boys and Jihyo already waiting. Nayeon unnie and Jihyo were already in the jeep along with oppa while the others were on their motorcycle's, waving at the three of us.

I went to Tzuyu, Momo went to Dahyun and Mina went to Chaeyoung, and they all handed us their helmets. After that, we sped off to uni.

After we arrived at the parking lot, we went on our separate ways. While we were walking to our department, me and Momo used this chance to interrogate Mina-chan.

"Yah... Why were you spacing out earlier?" Momo said.

We know Mina... She can't lie to us even if she wants too. She's not like Nayeon unnie.

"I was thinking about last night." she replied.

"Chaeyoung?" I asked.

She looked at us, lowered her head and nodded as I looked at Momo and raised a brow before looking back at Mina.

"What about him?" I asked, playing dumb.

"He hugged me last night." she whispered, more to herself.

I looked at Momo again with raised eyebrows this time and saw her trying to contain her squeal before looking back at Mina.

"Why don't you ask him if he wants to hang out? Along with the others of course." Momo suggested and I thanked her silently for not being an idiot this time.

"I don't know if I'm brave enough." Mina-chan said, raising her head and looking straight ahead.

Lunch came and I already texted the boys and Jihyo to meet us at the garden. We're already here and Momo and I were leaning on a tree while Mina's sitting down, playing a game on her phone and Nayeon unnie sitting on a bench, trying to compose a song.

"Yah! I can't think of anything!" Nayeon unnie yelled, dropping her pencil and notebook down.

She took out her phone and asked Mina if they could have a battle and ended up loosing 3 times in a row before Jihyo and the boys showed up. Me and Momo saw Chaeyoung go to Mina and sit beside her, letting his bag fall on the floor.

I removed my gaze from them and saw Tzuyu coming towards me, Dahyun to Momo and Jeongyeon oppa to Nayeon unnie. Jihyo was left all alone.

"Yeah... Leave me here... See if I care." she said as she sat herself down.

"Don't worry Hyomas... You'll find someone." Jeongyeon oppa teased.
