KIM SEOKJIN

"Seulgi oppa's right... We should tell them." Momo whispered, looking at me with sad, tearful eyes.

"And then what?" I asked, turning towards her.

"Get them killed?" I added.

"Oppa..."

"Baby girl... I know you want to tell him. Believe me, I also want to do that. But you and I both know that it's not the right time. They'll kill them. And none of us want that to happen."

"Oppa... They all can protect them." she said, pleading me with her eyes.

"Baby girl... If we told them the truth and our dads find out, everyone will be their targets. They'll use them to get to us and that's what we don't want to happen." I said, silently praying that what I said would help her make up her mind.

"What do you want us to do then? Run away from everything?" she asked, curling her hands to fists.

"I don't want to go back there and get splashed by reality that everything's too late. That we can't go back to them. That we were too late to change everything. And I know you also don't want that." she added, looking at me straight in my eyes with determination inside of them.

"Baby girl... Don't make this harder for the bo-"

"You are making this harder for the both of us, oppa." she snapped.

"I know you're scared but so am I. I know you don't want Namjoon oppa dead but so do I with Dahyunie." she added.

I couldn't speak. Not because I was angry. But because I was speechless.

"Oppa... Please... I know deep inside you've already made the choice to tell him. You're just thinking that you made the wrong decision."

She's right. And I'm wrong.

"When?" I whispered, finally giving in.

"What?" she asked, confused about the word I suddenly blurted out.

"When do you wanna tell him?"

HIRAI MOMO

"When do you wanna tell him?"

Wait... Is this real?

"Are you...?" I asked, making sure.

"I am." he said, sighing before suddenly hugging me tightly.

"Oppa..."

"I'm sorry." he whispered.

"Why are you saying sorry?" I asked, genuinely confused about his sudden apology.

"For arguing with you. For taking you away. I thought I was doing the right thing. But I was wrong. I'm sorry." he said, his voice cracking.

I pulled away from the hug and lifted up his chin that was bent down, almost reaching his collarbone.

"You don't need to apologize oppa." I said, smiling at him.

"Okay then." he said, looking at our phones on the table before looking back at me.

"Call him."

Those two words were all I need before I quickly picked up my phone and dialed Dahyunie's number, but it wasn't even ringing and that annoying voice came instead of his.

Maybe he's sleeping?

I tried multiple times with oppa watching me worriedly and by the time I reached the tenth, I got enough and dialed Chaeng's number and thankfully, he picked up.
