During the days before the weekend, Diane and Elizabeth hung out together. King was part of the basketball team with Meliodas. 

Elizabeth and Meliodas' texting gained more progress, rather than just good mornings and good nights, there were more conversations about their day. 

"Wanna take a peak in the gym?" Diane asked, "Sure." Elizabeth nodded and they headed to the gym. 

"I just realized," Elizabeth paused, making Diane look at her with a brow raised. "I've never seen a game of basketball all my life." 

"Seriously, you have been living under a rock." Diane groaned, "Thank God you met Meliodas." 

Elizabeth didn't think much about what Diane said, she just shrugged and laughed. "I guess this is the first--" 

Diane opened the door slightly for them to peek and saw the boys practicing their shoots. Elizabeth's eyes once again landed on the blond boy dribbling the ball, shirtless.

Diane saw Meliodas and then turned to Elizabeth, who was slowly turning red. Diane grabbed her outside and fanned her face. "Okay, not a good idea. I forgot sometimes they go shirtless during training." 

"W-what." She breathed, calming down. "First time for literally everything." She face palmed. Diane laughed at her, "You're so flustered, you sure you can go in there?' 

Elizabeth inhaled, "Yeah." 

Diane then opened the door wide enough for them to fit, so it wasn't wide enough for the players to look their way. The two sat on the bleachers and watched the boys dribble the ball and shoot from different places.

Elizabeth noticed that the only short people there was Meliodas and King, Ban was with them but he was one of the tall guys. "Wow, I didn't know King played basketball." 

"I know, I was surprised when he told me too. He's like Meliodas, but you know, captain ball and all." Diane explained, chuckling. 

While they were talking, Ban looked at their direction and gave them a small wave. They saw and waved back, Meliodas noticed Ban and looked at the direction he was looking at. 

"Oh wow, Elizabeth's here~" Ban chuckled, taking the ball and running in to shoot. Meliodas on the other hand was a bit mesmerized by the silver haired girl. But he was able to get out of the trance he was in and gave them a wave. 

With that, Meliodas went back to steal the ball from Ban and continued their training. 

Diane looked at her phone and checked the time, "They'll be done in 15 minutes and they'll hit the showers."

"While they are, what do we do?" Elizabeth asked, Diane thought for a bit and suddenly looked worried. "What's wrong?" 

"Oh, um, you know that Meliodas is popular, right?" Diane asked, Elizabeth nodded with a brow raised. "You know what comes with being close to the popular kid, right?" Elizabeth shook her head. 

"It's like the ones in the books you read, or the movies you watch. Sometimes, the girl gets negative attention." Diane explained, slowly. "And i'm afraid that you'll go through the same thing." 

"Same thing?" Elizabeth asked, and then remembered the first time that King and Diane started dating. King was in Meliodas' friend group, so there were a lot of competition with Diane. "Oh." 

"Yeah, I don't want my best friend to doubt her relationship or yourself, even." Diane told her, holding her hand. "So, if you ever do encounter negative bitches out there, tell me, okay? So I can help you get through it.' 

Elizabeth nodded and gave Diane a hug, "Yeah, okay. Thanks." 

"Hit the showers, boys!" The coach yelled, taking both girls' attention. "Thank God i'm not in a sport." Elizabeth sighed in relief. Diane chuckled, "Anymore." 

After a while, they saw the trio get out of the showers. King smiled at Diane and headed right to her, while the other two went to Elizabeth. 

"Haven't seen you in any of our training sessions~" Ban pointed out, "Yeah, well I don't really watch? join? or anything connected to sports." 

"But you're here?" Meliodas asked, she blushed, remembering him shirtless. Abs do make their mark. "Y-yeah, Diane asked if I wanted to come and I didn't really have anything to do." 

"Oh, cool~" Ban gave Diane a grin, who nodded in response. "You guys hungry?" Diane asked, they all nodded. 

"Then why don't we go to le dîner?" Diane gave Ban a look and he rolled his eyes. "Yeah, why don't we?~ Let's take my car." Ban started to walk and they followed. 

Elizabeth went next to Diane, "he has a car?" she asked, whispering. Diane nodded, "Meliodas is too lazy to get his license and King is too nervous to get one yet." 

"Ah," Elizabeth nodded and jut continued to follow them. They then reached he school's parking lot and Ban headed to a red Jeep Wrangler. 

"Hop on~"
