Car Ride

"What does if feel like, having a significant other?" Elizabeth asked both Ban and Diane. 

The two looked at each other then turned to look at Elizabeth, "You sure you wanna hear all those lovey-dovey shit?~" 

Elizabeth nodded, "I'm quite intrigued by your answer, Ban." 

"Then, i'll go first~" Ban gave Diane a look of approval and she nodded. "Well, as a guy, it's a thing for us to hide whatever the hell we feel~ Like for us, it seems very unmanly when we express our feelings~"

"That's scary." Elizabeth commented, Ban chuckled at her comment and continued. "But being in a relationship makes us feel like we have someone we can tell our stupid thoughts about~ Like when you girls overthink, you have us to nag at~" 

"It's great~" Ban grinned, making Elizabeth smile. "You have someone you want  to protect and love for the rest of your life~" 

"For the rest of your life?" Elizabeth asked, then started thinking of what it would be like if they were together until they grew old. It made Elizabeth blush and the two noticed. 

"Yeah. When you're in one, you feel like you're worth being loved, you know? Like someone actually treasures you the way you treasure them. It's great." Diane told her, making Elizabeth blush harder. 

"So when you find someone who treasures you like you do to them, don't let them go.~" 

The three were silent for a while, then Elizabeth thought of something. "Why does is always seem like being in a relationship is unrealistically all happy? Aren't there bad things?" 

The other two went silent. "Guys?" 

"If we tell you, we might scare you off~" Ban shrugged, Elizabeth rose her brow. "Why?" 

"You might not want to be in a relationship." Diane answered, but Elizabeth was determined to be ready if ever she was going to be in one soon. "I want to know." 

The two sighed, "Fine~ But Diane starts." Diane gave Ban a look, then turned to Elizabeth. 

"You're gonna get into heated arguments, there will be times that he will refuse to understand what you're feeling and you will too. There will be problems." Diane told her, making Elizabeth look down at her burger. 

"What she said~ Misunderstandings, fights, and all that bullshit will happen~" Ban told her, patting her head. "But hey~" 

"That's why you're in a relationship, you help each other to get through the bullshit~"

Elizabeth looked up at Ban, she was about to say something when his phone rang. He picked it up and smirked, "Guess who it is~"  

He then answered the call and put it on speaker. "Speaker, what do you want~" 

"Rude, are you guys done with your mukbang?" King said through the phone. "Huh? Isn't this Meliodas' number?~" 

"He went to pay and my phone's dead." King replied, "Oh~ Well, yeah~ Guess we're done."

"Can you pick us up?" Meliodas' voice suddenly popped up, Ban chuckled. "Yeah, sure~" 

The call immediately ended and they all finished their food before fixing and throwing things out.  As soon as everyone was ready, they headed to the mall.

"So, you're paying for gas~" Ban told the two. King groaned while Meliodas nodded, both handing him money for gas.

"The faint smell of fast food~" Meliodas chuckled, entering the car. "How was hanging out with Ban?" 

"Great." The two girls replied with smiles, making Meliodas nod. "That's a good thing to hear." 

"So, we all headed home?~" Ban asked, everyone nodded. "Alright, let's go~"

"How was your mukbang? What kind of tea was spilled?" Meliodas started asking, startling everyone in the car. 

"Who the fuck are you and what have you done to Britney~" Ban cursed, making everyone suddenly laugh. Meliodas noticed that Elizabeth did as well, "You did not." 

"Fuck yes I did, Britney~" Ban laughed. Meliodas looked at Elizabeth with concern in his eyes, "I was not Britney." 

Elizabeth chuckled, facing him. "I know, you are Britney." Meliodas' mouth hung wide and everyone laughed. "How could you, Ban?" He fake cried. 

"I could I not? That shit was gold~" Ban told him, smirking. "My image~" Meliodas continued to cry.

"Why not answer the question, where the fuck did you learn those words~" Ban rose his brow at him.

Meliodas crossed his arms, "Doesn't everyone use that?' 

King snorted, "Not everyone, besides, you sound weird saying it." 

"What, spill the tea, sis?" Meliodas asked, making the two boys in the car cringe. "You say that again, you leave the moving car~" Ban threatened.

"Sorry, I hear it a lot from the customers at work while they gossip." Meliodas shrugged, Elizabeth rose her brow. "You eavesdrop?" 

Meliodas shook his head, "No, they just talk really loud." Diane snorted, "What drama do you hear everyday?"  

"Some are petty girl things, and some are initiating war girl things." Meliodas shrugged, "Oh and love stuff." 

"Sounds about right." Diane shrugged, looking at Elizabeth and laughing. "Am I missing something?" He asked, noticing the girls' eye contact. 

"Nothing, it's a girl thing. Oh, hey, I stop here." Diane told them and Ban parked near her house. "Thanks for the ride, Ban." 

"Anytime~" Ban nodded at her, "I'll just walk her there." King told them and they waited in the car. 

"So, what did ya'll talk about?' Meliodas asked, Ban chuckled. "I'm sorry, but you will need to be at the next mukbang in order to know~"   

Meliodas pouted, "Dammit." 

Elizabeth looked at him and smiled, "That's okay, Britney." It didn't make it better for Meliodas, he was embarrassed and pouting now. Ban's smirk and King seeing him in this state didn't make anything better.

King got in and Ban began to drive again. "I accept your Britney side, but please don't drink out so late and black out. It's worrying." Elizabeth told him unconsciously. 

What she said made him feel warm, he didn't understand why. Ban chuckled and King smirked as the two boys noticed his unusual reaction. 

"No response?~" Ban just had to push it. Meliodas glared at him and replied the first thing that came to his head. 

"Yeah, I promise."
