Logan groaned and rubbed his eyes, the sound of the Peter Pan dvd menu drifting through the stillness. He was the last one in the living room, the others seemingly gone to bed. Logan sighed. He was tired, but with the full moon being only a few nights ago, it was understandable.

Logan yawned as he stood up, heading back to his room. A door next to him opened.

"Oh, Logan, right?" Virgil asked quietly, hiding something behind his back.

"Yes, that is my name." Logan replied, leaning tiredly against his door.

Virgil shuffled his feet slightly. Logan had to admit the emo was fairly attractive in an... odd way. But he found it quite endearing.

Virgil nodded and cleared his throat, "uh, well, I'm just gonna..."

Logan nodded quickly and moved out of the way, "Oh, of course."

Virgil shuffled around Logan, keeping his back to the wall, and ran out the door. Logan shrugged off the strange behavior. Virgil's life was none of his business.

Logan collapsed on his bed. At least the next full moon wasn't for another month. Logan cautiously licked his teeth, feeling the fangs that wouldn't go away for another day or two. He sighed. Why did he have to be an idiot and get himself turned into a werewolf.

At least he doesn't go after Crofters when he turns. Logan let out a small chuckle. He couldn't imagine the people's faces if a gigantic black wolf broke into a store and stole one specific brand of jelly.

Although, the alternative isn't that great either. Coincidentally, there was a small forest nearby where Logan could hunt squirrels and birds, but hopefully not humans.

Logan shuddered at the thought of hurting someone. He hardly felt good about killing a sparrow. Would he be considered a murderer if he killed a human in wolf form, when he had almost no control?

Someone knocked, "Kiddo? I made breakfast if you want any."

Logan sighed. It was just Patton.

"Alright, I'll be down in a second." Logan said.

Patton opened the door, "well, I was talking to Roman just then, but I'm glad you heard cause I was just about to get you kiddo!"

Logan's cheeks went warm in embarrassment, "apologies for eavesdropping then."

Patton giggled lightly, "its alright, I'll see you in the kitchen kiddo."

Logan sighed and stood from his bed. Perhaps nothing will happen and he will live his life without harming anyone. He smiled. Yes, that would be ideal.
