Logan woke up, wishing for nothing but to go back to sleep. Unfortunately, the uncomfortable pain in his shoulder made that impossible. He sighed into his boyfriends hair, pulling the emo vampire closer.

"Mm, L?"  Virgil asked sleepily, "wha' time s'it?"

Logan smiled and glanced at the clock, barely making out the time.

"It's almost noon Virge." Logan whispered.

Virgil huffed slightly, "does that mean we hafta get up?"

Logan chuckled, "yes."

Virgil groaned and buried his face in Logan's good shoulder. Logan placed a kiss on the side of Virgil's head before sitting up.

"No," Virgil whined, "Come back and cuddle me."

Logan shook his head after putting on his glasses, "we haven't eaten yet Virge, and it appears Patton brought us food."

Virgil sighed and sat up, hugging and leaning on his boyfriend. Logan smiled and handed Virgil the bloodbag before grabbing his plate of still warm eggs and bacon.

Logan thought as he ate. What if the hunter comes back? He knows where they live now. Would they have to-

"L?" Virgil snapped Logan out of his thoughts, "You okay?"

"I'm just thinking about the hunter." He admitted.

"Roman and Patton called the police, they're starting the search for him." Virgil said, "they said he'll be put away for attempted m-murder and breaking and entering."

Logan hugged Virgil tightly, "are you okay?"

Virgil shrugged, "I've never been that close to a hunter... or a gun. I was terrified and then you got shot-"

"Shh, it's okay now Virge." Logan whispered.

Virgil nodded shakily, taking a few deep breaths.

Patton and Roman were cuddling in the living room when someone rang their doorbell.

"I'll get it." Patton said, giving Roman a quick kiss.

"Be careful."

The fairy stood and crossed the room to the door. He opened it and gasped.

A man was standing in the doorway, holding up another, unconscious, man with a moustache and a bloodstained shirt.

The man looked up with wide, brown and yellow eyes, "please... help us..."
