Gemini's Speech

It was nighttime and Gemini still haven't gone to bed. How could she? Being a vampire means you stay up in the night and sleep during the day but she was going to get up early just to talk to the humans and vampires. She noticed how much the schedules are messed up and that the vampires don't get any rest so that's one thing she would have to fix and worst of all she has to fix the mess. She hadn't expected the vampires action towards against her. Maybe she was naïve she didn't know what was best for her vampire kind. She thought she was giving them everything that was good for them and everyone was happy. But you can't do everything she thought to herself. if her sister was alive she would've told her it's all her fault she knows you shouldn't have combined them. But it felt so right to her and she wanted everyone to feel comfortable. Not the entire human world wanted to be together with vampires and there are still separation that's keep them separate. The barrier that she can't seem to remove, it was a miracle she even brought Fairest here, taking a secret route. That route she led the humans who want to be together with the vampires.

Then she thought about what would she say to them when she got there. Oh I'm sorry for forcing you together please get along now? That was child play she couldn't do that, people expected greater from her, a leader. With these security she thought, everyone should be safe. She looked down at her husband who is lightly sleeping, she wished he was awake to make her feel better. She had to do something quick, she sat next to her desk in the room and pulled out a pen and paper. She was going to start her speech.

She spent all night trying to write a perfect speech but nothing good came out of it and felt forced. She wanted something natural something real but she couldn't think of anything. It was already nine and she needed to give the speech at ten. She took a shower not bothering to wake up her husband. Her hair fell black and she curled the ends and put it a royal bun. She looked around at her dresses and wanted something natural like she was everyone friend but formal. She wore a nice black blouse, black leggings, a little make up, her crown, and heels. Great, she kissed Fairiest cheek as he slept and went to see Capricorn standing by the door as usual, guarding.

"Queen Gemini-"

"Gemini," Gemini told him once again. "Haven't you got used to calling me my first name already. We're friends, relax."

"Gemini I have something important to tell you," he said seriously. Gemini wonder what he wanted to say and hope it wasn't more bad news.

"Well then say it," she smiled.

"I have a... cousin and she goes to the school, but she doesn't have paperwork-"

"And why doesn't she have paper work?" Gemini asked curiously. "I never knew you had other relatives Capricorn."

"My mom's sister, my mom never liked her so she never told me about her," Capricorn voice was steady. "I found out recently about her, she lived in a farm after her parents were killed when she was a baby by werewolves."

"That's terrible," Gemini gasped and found it interesting that both their parents died from werewolves.

"A family friend of them, Shaman Harbor, a strawberry farmer took her over and raised her and she didn't attend school. She told me she wanted to attend this school for a better education since Shaman passed away. Her name is Luna Shadow. It was really depressing for her so she didn't like mentioning her family name without thinking sad incidents about her life. So she only apply her name as Luna but I didn't know about my aunt and their names and neither did Luna so we have no way to track their names down. Plus my parents only had files of themselves but not the relatives," Capricorn finished.

"I see that's why she wouldn't have paperwork," Gemini nodded. "Don't worry I will tell someone before she arrive and we can work this out. Maybe I can talk to her for a bit."
