after i sent that last text message i went straight to tik tok. i had a sound in my favorites. it was olivia by 1D. damn i love 1D and so does addy so i will do it for her. while in the process of making it, i took an extra step and instead of saying oliva i said adalyn. it didn't look too visible but i put it out anyways. the caption was "in 6 days im going to la with addy, payton, anthony, elmo, hannah, madi, and drayke. meet us at the airport💜"
my phone blew up with comments from people who shipped me with addy. i shipped it too. it made me happy to know that if we had a relationship it would be supported.
i posted the same thing on my snap, twitter, and instagram story. i saw that the rest of the squad did so also. there were about about 10 people in my comments saying that they would be going to meet me.
i kinda sat in my room staring at an elephant stuffed animal for a whole 2 minutes. i caught myself in the daze. i had nothing to do. i was SOOOO bored. i layed back on my bed and placed my hands on my stomach. "CHHAAASSSEEEE" i heard my mom yell from downstairs. "COMING"i shouted back.
i jogged down the stairs and met my mom in the kitchen. she was on the computer standing by the counter. "hey honey, i just wanted to talk about your trip" she says looking up at me. "okay" i say as i take a seat on top of the counter next to her. "okay so whos going?" she shakes her head a little finishing her sentence. "it'll be me, payton, addy, anthony, drayke, elmo, hannah, and madi." i tell her as i count on my fingers. "who are you bunking with?" she turns to me. "payton. we booked a busy hotel though. so payton and i are on the 2nd floor with elmo and hannah. addy and madi are on the 3rd floor. and anthony and drayke on the 4th. " i nod my head as i go on. "that's great honey. i hope i get to meet addy soon" a smile spreads across my face as my mom mentions her name. she noticed it too. "oh do you like her chase?" she raises her eyebrows a little with a smirk. i kept quiet and smiled to myself. "give it up kid you do like her" she punches me so softly in my arm as i chuckle a little.
"k mom you got me. just don't tell her" i say with a somewhat serious tone. "tell me why you like her" my mom puts her elbows on the table and holds her face in her hands. "mom there's so much to her. shes so gorgeous and uhh her eyes make me melt. her vibes are pretty cool too. she is so caring but sometimes a little too caring. she is tough and so strong. i just love her" i pour my soul out. "love is a string wor-" "i know i love her mom i know i do" i cut her off. my mom places a hand on my shoulder and looks me deep in my eyes and says "if you really love her, you gotta show her"
my mom was right. i need to tell addy.
