i am now full term. im only 3 cm dilated though. im taking it easy until i give birth. lately i have had contractions but they are always 20 minutes apart. they said to go in the hospital when my contractions are 5 minutes apart. they also told me that 2 weeks ago lila was weighing 5 pounds but it felt like 100.
chase and i were ready for whenever it would happen. i heard that with your first child they usually are later. chase now had a car which used to be his parents but its his now. he has a carseat in it already which is great. we just need to wait to see when that little girl decides to come. im 15 days away from my due date. but im 9 months today. so yeah.
chase talked to his mom and shes going to be in the delivery room as is my mom. we said we're allowing limited to little visitors in the hospital. we're having the welcome home baby party. we are allowing our parents, his siblings, madi, ant, payton, cody, jaden, and donnoven. the rest of the light out gang could come the next day if they want.
it was making me nervous thinking about birth. i didn't want anything to go wrong. espcecially with lila. i want her to be completly healthy. although if she comes out sick im gonna love her no matter what. shes my baby. i was scared she would have to stay longer in nicu or something. it broke me to think about those scary things but it happens. every parent has to worry about those.
chase was out doing an interview for famous birthdays today. i sat on my bed with my journal out. i flipped to a blank page. grabbing the purple pen and titled it "Lila Rose"
