We spent the morning just enjoying being together. I stayed by Betts side the whole time. I couldn't keep my hands off her. I couldn't believe that she was mine and I had to keep touching her to prove it. We watched movies and cuddled for most of the morning.

By late morning, we were all getting a little restless. Betty called Slim who agreed to come over after 8 and sneak us out in the morning. I hated having to rely on him but it was the only plan we had. We called Dad to plan Betty's second meeting with the Ghoulies tomorrow. I think that we are all nervous since C and V are going with her. We decided to have the girls drive themselves and everyone else would be in the same stations as before with Sweets taking V's spot in the western car with Toni and Bear and Fang and I would take another car for the eastern spot.

After updating everyone on the plan, Veronica and Betty went to the kitchen to make us all lunch.

"Can we help?" I asked as Sweets, Arch and I walked into the kitchen. V and B had been in here for quite a while and we missed them.

"Could you set the table, please?" V asked.

"Of, course, baby" Sweets said

Betty smiled and handed us plates, silverware and glasses. I kissed her as she handed me the plates.

"It smells great in here" I said as we walked out

"So are you and Betty official now?" Archie asked

"Yup" I answered and Arch rolled his eyes. I raised my eyebrows at him and Sweets grinned.

"V and I are too, so keep your lips off my girl from now on" Sweets said to Archie

"Listen, I only kissed V to convince the Curtis, okay? I was trying to help." Archie stated

"How about when you kissed MY girl?" I snapped. Archie sighed.

"The first time wasn't but anytime after that was. You know that." Arch said

"Let's talk about that first one at Pop's the other night." I began

"Let's not, okay? I'm with you now. Arch and I are friends and we have worked it all out. Leave it alone." Betty said as she came into the dinning room carrying a pitcher of water.

We all looked down at her. I looked at Sweets and could see the love on his face, I looked at Arch and saw the lust on his. I narrowed my eyes. After she put down the pitcher, I grabbed her and pulled her close. I kissed her deeply for a moment.

After she pulled away, said, "Are you serious? I'm not territory you need to mark. What? Are you going to pee on my leg next?"

She rolled her eyes and walked out. Shit. Archie shook his head and followed her.

"She's right. You're acting like an ass" Sweets said laughing.

"I know." I replied sadly.

"You know that you can trust her, right? She only did that stuff with Archie and Slim to convince Curtis and Chuck" Sweets stated seriously.

"I know. I'm just scared of losing her. We have so many threats right now." I explained

"I understand, but if you keep acting like this, the threat that is going to end you two is you." Sweets said.

I nodded and we went back into the kitchen.

"Sweets, can you go set up drinks?" V asked

"Sure" he answered and left to go see what everyone wanted.
