Shawn's POV

I woke up by someone screaming, I shot up from bed and headed towards my window. I looked through Mia's window but the curtains were shut.shit.

I was only in my boxers but I didn't give a fuck. My baby girl might be hurt.

I headed out the door running next door, I knocked a couple of times but no answer. I stepped aside and picked up the 'welcome' mat finding a spare key. I sighed and and opened the door.

I started hearing more screaming, I ran upstairs to Mia's room and opened the door. The Sight in front of me broke my heart, tears were streaming down her face, her face was completely red. She was sweating and the part that scared me the most was she was asleep.

"Don't h-hurt me" she mumbled

" SHAWN SAVE ME" she screamed I ran and got on top of her carful not putting all my weight on her. I started shaking her.

"Mia baby wake up it's just a nightmare" I yelled..she still kept repeating "shawn save me" over and over again. I grabbed the glass off water that was beside her and poured it all over her. She gasped and woke up.

Mia rubbed her eyes panting she than removed her hand from her eyes than looked up. Her eyes widen as she saw me.

"S-shawn" she whispered than tackled me in a hug. I wrapped my arms around her tightly. I stroked her hair and mumbled soothing words. Mia soon calmed down and pulled away.

"Baby do you mind telling me what you were dreaming about" she started getting teary. Se shook her head uncontrollably.

"Shawn this wasn't a fucking dream...this this w-was a n-nightmare" she choked out hugging her knees, shaking. I sat next to her wrapping my arms around her waist. It hurt so much seeing my cupcake like this.

"Mia what happened" I said softly she than whispered.

"Shawn ??" I replied with a 'yeah' she than said

"Why didn't you save me?" I froze in my spot and tensed up a bit. What did she mean.

"Mia baby, what do you mean" I said nervously.

Mia POV

This nightmare was just plain scary. It felt so real. I was in a dark room and I was tied up. Than Brandon appeared...but this Brandon was evil so so evil. He than said he wouldn't hurt me physically but hurt me mentally. Shawn than appeared and Brandon asked shawn "do you love Mia Heart" shawn didn't respond than I felt something so painful it felt like I was being stabbed. He asked again and again but no answer and that just added more pressure on the pain. I kept shouting "save me shawn" but nothing changed.

"Shawn Mendes do you love Mia Heart?" He opened his mouth about to reply till I was woken up by what seemed like water. When I saw shawn right in front of me I felt nothing but pure happiness. When I asked shawn why didn't he save me he looked confused.

"Shawn can you save me" I asked looking in his eyes. He shot up and held me tighter.

"Of course baby, save you how? From what?" He rambled on getting angrier as he thought about someone bothering or touching me. I cupped his cheeks and he stopped talking and looked in my eyes.

"Tell me you love me" I said, he looked serious, but held pure love in his eyes.

"Mia Heart I love you and only you" than his lips met mine. We pulled away and he leaned his forehead on mine.

"Shawn Mendes..you just saved me" I whispered.
