Adrian's POV

While showering, I finally calmed myself and stopped myself from crying. I turned the knob to colder water, but still, I felt nothing.

Napabuntong hininga ako. Wala naman akong mapapala kung hahabulin ko pa siya. I know I haven't done anything wrong. And she said she's tired. Kung ayaw niya na, edi wag nang pilitin. Papahirapan ko lang ang sarili ko kapag naghabol pa ako.

On the other hand, kung meron siyang iba, edi sumama siya dun. She cheated first and cheating is unacceptable to me.

I know my place. I'm not dumb to chase over women who can't keep their loyalty.

Hindi ako nagtagal maligo dahil alam kong naghihintay si Jean. I feel bad for making her stay. But I appreciate the company. I shouldn't keep her longer.

Agad akong nagbihis pero hindi na ako nakapagsuot ng damit. All my shirts are in the laundry. Jean wouldn't care anyway right?

"You're right, it really helped," pinuntahan ko siya sa salas.

Tumingin lang siya sa akin at hindi nagsalita. Hahaha sabi na eh, wala siyang pakealam sa suot ko.

"Coffee, Jean?" tanong ko sa kanya. I need coffee, it would help me with the mild headache I have.

"Sure," maikli niyang sagot. I could feel her gaze which I tried to ignore. Baka galit lang siya sa akin dahil pinaghintay ko siya.

I mean... she's already probably judging me. Nag-inom ako, nakatulog tapos nakita ako sa ganung kalagayan ni Jean. Hindi nga ako makatayo ng maayos kanina. I really have to thank Jean for helping me.

Ahhhhhh! Nakakahiya tuloy.

Heartbroken ako pero hindi naman ibig sabihin nun pwede akong maglasing at hindi alagaan ang sarili ko. Paano kung bigla akong tinawagan na magtrabaho? Hays.

Nakita ko yung green box sa counter top at naalala ko na this is the reason why Jean was here in the first place. I can serve this to her para naman makabawi ako sa kanya

"Wooow, hindi ko alam na nagbebake pala si president," I commented. May chocolate chips pa. Ohhhh chocolate hihi~

"Yeah..." hahaha badtrip nga siya. Ang ikli ng mga sinasagot niya.

I shouldn't keep her long then.

Hinihintay ko na matapos yung kape kaya wala akong masyadong ginagawa. I tried to keep myself busy to avoid the awkwardness between Jean and I. Inayos ko na yung mga plato at kutsara na nasa rack. It was the plates that Kiara and I used last night when she ate dinner here.

Kiara lives here too. I wouldn't be surprised if I come home tomorrow from work and her things are gone.

After the coffee was done, I poured it into two mugs.

"Black is fine for me," tatanungin ko na sana siya kung paano niya gusto yung kape niya nang naunahan niya na ako.

Pagkatapos kong templahin yung kape ko, I approached her with the cookies.

"I'm sorry for the wait," sabi ko sa kanya at sinamahan siya na umupo sa couch kung saan ako umiyak sa harapan niya
