Jaidan responds with, "Well.. I just miss the human world and stuff but I know that I'm safer here with you.. Because I know that you'll always protect me." Vincent sighs and nods. "I'll protect you as long as I can hun." Jaidan kinda just sits there the rest of the night along with Vincent who stayed up with him. In the morning Jaidan gets dressed in another solid black outfit and throws on some eyeliner and heads to Kye's room, knocking on the door and Kye answers, a group of Kitsunes in there with him. Kye blocked the doorway with his arm, glaring at Jaidan with a sickeningly cruel gaze. "Who gave you the right to come by my room whenever you feel like it?!" Jaidan simply stared back. Kye scoffs and shoves him forward, stepping back himself. Kye's friends, who had previously been in the room snickering behind him then started venturing their attention on him. "Well well, it seems your kid brother thinks he's just as good as you, Kye!" One said. "Ha! You weren't lying about his clothes! He looks like he got dressed in a dumpster!" Another one added in. "Doesn't even have any muscle to make up for it! You'd think an heir to the throne would pack a bit more punch!" Yet another met him with. Kye smirked. "You've got no business being the son of my father. No wonder he hid you from us. He probably wanted to forget about you himself!" Jaidan finally snapped back, finding a weakness to pull at in Kye's sharp words. "Well at least I don't have a lisp, you flea-ridden mutt!" Kye's friends silenced, eyeing him suspiciously, as if searching his fur for fleas, and backing away from him in the process. Kye's face went pale, and he glanced around at his friends, grasping at air for someone to back him up, but when no one did, he turned back to Jaidan, growling, a new rage filling his eyes. He stalked forward and grabbed him by the throat, walking him to the railing at the side of the walkway, the floor below it far enough down to break at least a few of his bones if he fell. "Listen here you deranged scum! I want you to meet me down in Rainflower tomorrow afternoon, right at sundown. You don't tell Vince a single WORD about this. If you do, I'll hunt you down and slit your throat! We'll finish things tomorrow, "Fair" and square. Once and for all. GOT IT?!" He finished his last sentence with bared gritted teeth, tightening his hold on Jaidan's neck, and only loosening it to let him slip a few words out.
