Jaidan sighs shakily, gripping onto him even tighter. "M-My father loves you.. I-I wouldn't be surprised if H-He loved you more than H-He loves me.. You're his bestest friend in the entire w-world.. P-Please don't doubt that.." Leroy giggles. "You're short and can't fight big dudes off. That's one of the main things right there. And you also don't look threatening, dude. You don't dress threatening either." Kayla frowns deeply, crossing her arms. She saw his point. Though, still, she didn't like being wrong. She grumbles, "Why would I need to be [threatening]..?" Henry sighs shakily. "Jaidan.." he takes a deep breath, staring sadly at the ground. "I'm still [scared] of him.." Jaidan sniffles, looking up at him. "Wh-What if I hold your hand..? W-Will you b-be okay then..? And-And he wouldn't do anything with me there even if H-He did do something.. I-I'll stay with you And-And you can stay in my room with m-me so that you won't b-be alone with him.." Leroy scoffs. "To make up for your shortness." Kayla scoffs, just blatantly offended by this. "And what is wrong with me being short?! Why would I even need to fight anyone?!" Henry thinks long about this. "Mmf..." Leroy sighs, clearly annoyed with her. "Go away." Jaidan sighs shakily. "M-Mmf.. I-I'll never leave your side unless you give me permission.. And-And.. M-Maybe we can be friends too.." He looked hopeful. Henry laughs awkwardly. "Uh.. oh.." Kayla bristles. "Wh- I- ugh!" She huffs. "[Regardless], I am how he gets what he does. Period. Ask him if you're so unbelieving." Leroy doesn't respond, just staring at her blankly and after several moments he says, "Go back to your kid." He rolls over. Jaidan smiles a little at him. "W-Would you want to be M-My friend..?" Kayla grumbles, and holds out the Joy, sealing them into an opaque disk container and putting it in her pocket, before getting up and leaving, going back to Harry's room. Henry just stares at him. "Um.. I don't... Mmf..."Leroy curls up, closing his eyes and falling asleep quite quickly. Atticus was now in the bed as well but was on the opposite side of Harry as Carter so Kayla could still lay with Carter and Harry. He was asleep and had his head pressed up against his back. Harry was half asleep at this point, his hand still over Carter as Carter slept quietly. Harry looks over to her and smiles weakly. "Hey, sweetheart.." Jaidan sighs shakily. "I-I promise I won't hurt Y-You.." he was gripping onto him tightly, clearly just wanting him to hug him back. Kayla smiles back at him, and takes out the container, placing it on the bedside table, as she figured nobody would think to open it, and lays on the bed. "Hey.." Henry seemed nervous about this. "..Mm.." he slowly wraps his arms around him. Kye's head twitches to the side, his eyes fixing on a new portion of the ground.Jaidan looked happy with this, resting his head on his chest, nuzzling him softly. He murmurs to him. "..I'm going to get you out of here.." Jake was now crying softly as he watched Emma, having had to put something under her so she wouldn't burn the sheets. Harry sighs, reaching his free hand over to her and pulling her closer. "Atticus was really upset and came in her a little bit ago.." he yawns. "And Carter woke up but went back to sleep within a few minutes.." he had closed his eyes again as he spoke. Henry sighs. "Alright.." Kayla nods, doing the same. "Mm.." There was a sudden loud banging on the front door. Jaidan looks up at him and kisses his cheek softly. "Thank you for giving me a chance.. U-Um.. The torture will keep going until I can get back and bring you back, B-But.. I'll be as fast as I can.. It's going to feel really long but don't forget it'll end soon, okay..?" Harry sighs, murmuring to her. "..Aaron sent you a text by the way.. ..Didn't read it.." He falls back asleep. Max hears it and sighs shakily, hoping it was karma. He gets up, not even wiping away his tears and just opens the door. Henry frowns deeply. "Mm.. alright.." Kayla tilts her head, opening her eyes again, and grabbing her phone, looking at the text. It was Karma. He was breathing heavily, and bursts in, covered in sweat. He had his rosary on. "Something's happening. Get Jake, everyone needs to know." He quickly goes to the couch and grabs the remote. Max frowns deeply, upset that he didn't even get a 'hello'. He sighs shakily, quickly going to Anthony's room and scooping up Jake, sitting him in his wheelchair. "We can come back to Emma in a moment.. Karma wants us all on the couch.." he quickly goes to the living room, sitting on the couch away from karma, just staring at the ground silently. Jake quickly rolls himself out, looking to karma. "What's going on??" The text read, "I wish we were cuddling rn.. I miss ur warm cuddles.." The text was sent 10 minutes ago. Jaidan sighs, squeezing him tightly before getting up and leaving quickly, unpausing the torture. He looked excited and quickly teleports back to the house, looking in the basement first for Vincent. Kayla lets out a long sigh. She texts back, "Me too. It'll all be back to normal, soon." Vincent was at his work table by the hung suit where a connected forearm and hand piece sat there, while Vincent hung over it, wrapping his hand in bandages as blood dropped heavily from several areas on it. Karma huffs, turning on the tv and switching to the news channel. A woman spoke, as a photo of a tall, red-furred Kitsune in a gas mask with hood over their head obscuring their hair as the gas mask obscured their face, and wearing tight, neon clothing standing on a burning car was shown to the side of the screen. "Breaking News! In the main city area of Los Angeles, a masked criminal, seemingly a [Demon] has been causing mass destruction everywhere they step! We advice everyone in and around the city to evacuate, or stay inside a heavily protected building at once while the police handle this Demonic threat!" Jaidan sees this and growls loudly, going over to him and ripping him over to him by the collar of his shirt. "WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT THE SUIT?!" he looked beyond furious, glaring harshly at him. Aaron texts back quickly. "Can I come in there to just say hello..?" Max frowns deeply, glancing at karma. Jake looked worried and glances at karma as well before pulling Kye's phone out of his pocket and wheeling out of the room and back to Anthony room. He calls Zarron. Max just looked upset about karma and then news. He murmurs extremely quietly. "..Not even a hello.." Vincent yelps, frowning deeply and was very quick to explain himself. "I-I didn't put it on!! I- I was just trying to fix a piece I noticed was clipped in wrong and it snapped!!" Zarron picks up fairly late in the rings, groaning a little. "Hello..?" Karma hears this and frowns deeply, growing furious. "Seriously? THAT is what you're worrying about right now?! You've got to be fucking kidding me!!" Jaidan huffs. "I can't trust you for even a few minutes, can I?" He lets him go, shoving him back to the desk. "Who else can I use for the necromancy? I'm bringing him back under certain conditions and one of those is I can't use myself." He stares at him. "Who can I use?" Max looked scared and EXTREMELY upset. He quickly stands up. "I'm gunna g-go." He tries to run to the front door, tears starting to run down his cheeks as he cried harshly. Jake sighs shakily. "M-Mmf.. Can you come to karma's..? I need you to take Emma and probably Anthony back to hell with you.. Please.. Something happened with a Kitsune and Karma and Max are fighting, Anthony's in a coma so he's helpless and Emma's my responsibility until Kye's back.. C-Can you please come get them..?" He sounded upset, thinking about Kye. "I need to keep them safe and I can't fight and protect them from anything in a wheelchair.." Vincent frowns. He didn't mean to have upset him. "You can use anyone, as long as they're equal to him in power energy.." Karma frowns deeply. "Max!!" He quickly gets up, bolting to him and wrapping his arms around his waist from behind, squeezing him tightly. Zarron frowns deeply. "Oh.. sure, Okay.. I'm on my way." He says, hanging up. Jaidan nods. "Alright. Can you help me find someone, please? And then teach me how to do it?" Max collapses in his arms, crying violently into his hands and shaking harshly, karma clearly having upset him greatly. Jake sighs shakily, looking to Emma and wrapping her in a blanket, scooping her up and wheeling himself to karma's room. He moves Anthony into his lap, keeping his feeding tube in him and grabbing the syringe. He waits silently. Celeste was laying in her bed in her normal form reading a book. The pups were all asleep under her bed.
Vincent sighs, and nods. "I'm sorry, Jaidan.." karma holds him close. "Max.. I'm sorry for snapping.." Kye was gone. Jaidan glares at him slightly, moving over to him and helping him wrap his arm tightly. "Shut up and just help me. I'll tell you the terms he said." Max turns around so karma could hold him up better, digging his face into his neck as he continued to cry. "Y-Y-You just w-walked out O-On me.. And-And then when Y-You came b-b-back.. You-You didn't even S-Say hi t-to me.. I-It h-hurts.." Jake looks away from Kye's wheelchair, sighing shakily and just staring at the ground as he waited for Zarron, holding Anthony and Emma closely, whispering to Emma. "Daddy will be back soon, baby girl.. Until then, you'll be with Zarron.. And.. If he lets me, I'll come with you.. I promise you'll always be safe.." Karma sighs. "I know.. I'm sorry..." Zarron gets there soon, and knocks on the door. Karma looks to it, and opens it. Zarron nods to Karma, and quickly heads to his room, going in to look for Jake, seeing him and going in. "Hey." Vincent frowns deeper. "Mmf.. alright..." Jake looks to him, sighing shakily and holding Emma wrapped in the blanket out to him. "You might wanna hear up your hands and arms before you take her.. She's boiling hot.. Like.. Enough to hurt me as a fire type.." He looked extremely upset, trying desperately not to look at Kye's wheelchair. Max quickly moves back to karma and into his arms, sniffling and feeling safer with him. He murmurs quietly. "D-Do we need to go a-anywhere..?" Jaidan sighs. "He's going to be staying in my room with me and if Xavier is there. And he's not to be left alone with you and I have to stay by his side at all times. But, I promise I won't listen to you guy's conversations and stuff. I'll put on headphones or something." He smiles a little at him, it clear he was trying his best to make Vincent happy. Zarron frowns, and does so, before carefully taking her. Karma sighs. "Do you want to..? I was planning on staying to protect everyone else.." Vincent purses his lips. He was in fact unhappy about this, but says nothing. Jaidan notices this and frowns a bit but tries to hide it, just sighing shakily. "Now, we need to find a person so I can do it." Jake sighs shakily. "C-Can I come with you guys..? Max and K-Karma can handle themselves.." He was still holding Anthony close, debating whether or not it was going to be okay to take Anthony. Max sighs shakily, shrugging weakly. "I-I don't know.. We'd have to take Anthony, Jake, and Emma with us wherever we go.. D-Do we have anywhere to go..?" Vincent nods. "Then lets go.." Zarron frowns. "Mm.. I think you should stay.." Karma sighs. "Not.. really..." Jake frowns deeply, glancing at Kye's wheelchair again and bursting into tears, trying desperately to get them to stop, but it was clear he wasn't doing okay, just clutching onto Anthony tightly. "..H-H-He's g-gone.." he murmurs shakily. Jaidan nods, grabbing Vincent's hand and holding it tightly, sighing. "He's giving you a chance, daddy.. You can't push him away.. He's just.. Nervous.. He loves you and you love him.. And I love you.. So.. Let him give you a chance.. Okay..?" Max sighs shakily, holding onto him tightly and sitting in his lap on the floor. "M-Mmf.. I-I just.. I don't want any of us t-to get hurt.." Zarron frowns deeply. "What? Who?" Vincent lets out a long, shaky sigh. "I just... Jaidan, I..." he gulps. "I've dealt with this pain for three decades... over thirty years..." Karma sighs. "We won't.. we.... Mm.. I'll keep you safe.. and..." he hesitates, before saying, "I've already ran into them once.. if it's necessary I'll know how to get away a second time.." Max frowns deeply. "...Wh-When...?" Jake cries violently. "..K-Kye.. H-He's dead.. H-He might n-n-not come back for h-half a y-year..!! I-I don't want to b-be that long without h-him.. I-I'm l-lonely.." Jaidan stops walking , stopping him as well and moving in front of him. He doesn't say a word, just giving him a hug, figuring he could use it. After several moments, he says. "I'm always here for you." Karma sighs. "Just now.. that's why I ran back..." Zarron, by this understands what was talking about. "Oh.." he sighs. "Jake, that's very unlikely.. the reason these things sometimes take half a year is because the injury was so severe they had to fabricate new pieces of their body.. Kye's body was still mainly intact... it shouldn't take nearly that long..." Vincent's eyes soften, and he hugs him back tightly. "Thank you, so much, my son.." Max frowns deeper, squeezing him as tight as he could, digging his face into his neck. "P-Please don't ever just l-leave again.. I-I literally sat in the c-corner crying B-Because I thought you w-were going to G-Get hurt or J-Just left me for G-Good.." he grips onto him even tighter. Jake sniffles. "I-I-I'm s-still lonely.. H-He's g-gone and I'm J-Just stuck In a wheelchair.." he slams his fist down on the arm of the wheelchair, crying harder, looking angry with himself and just wishing Kye were there to comfort him. Emma was starting to burn through the blanket, it starting to catch fire, Jake having already taken her clothes off of her so she wouldn't burn them. Jaidan sighs, just holding him tightly. "It's what you've always done for me and it's what I'll do In return for you." He smiles up at him, opening his locket and showing it to him, trying to put him in a better mood. Karma frowns deeply. "I'm so sorry, Max.. I won't...• Zarron bites his lip, watching Emma. "Everything will turn out fine... I promise..." Vincent smiles a little, his eyes warm. Jaidan giggles a bit as he gets an idea, closing his locket and letting go of him. "Can I ride on your shoulders while we search? I'm much, much lighter than I was before! I've been going to the gym!!" He giggles more, hoping Vincent would be proud of him for this as he had kept it up even after Vincent had stopped making him. Jake just hides his face in Anthony chest, crying into it. Emma catches the blanket on fire Completely. Jake quickly looks up as he felt the heat and frowns deeply, quickly grabbing her with his metal hand and pulling the blanket off of her, and just risking.burning himself, having no shirt on and just holding her to his chest, wincing as burns started to form but knowing Zarron probably didn't want to hold Emma as she had no clothes on. He puts out the blanket, groaning. "We need something that won't catch fire.." the burns were only on his chest as he was using his metal hand to hold her. Max sniffles, snuggling up to his chest. "A-Are you better N-Now...? I-I don't want you to flip out on m-me again..." Vincent raises both eyebrows. "Oh? You have?" Zarron frowns deeply as he stares at the burns. "Why..? I can just hold her.." Karma frowns deeply. "I... Mmf... Max, I know this is hard for you to understand... I just... I can't always be out..." Jake huffs a bit. "But then YOU'LL be burned.. I can't walk anyway.. It's just another thing to add to my list of injuries.." Jaidan nods rapidly, lifting his shirt so he could see his stomach, that clearly had muscle now and he had a well defined 6 pack. He looked extremely proud, then rolling up his sleeves and flexing his arms for him, looking up at him with hopeful eyes. Max so sighs shakily. "Th-That's fine.. J-Just.. P-Please don't yell at me about it.. J-Just tell m-me you need to go.. Please.." Zarron sighs. "Jake, don't worry about me. You have more standing on you." Vincent smiles more, tilting his head. "Excellent job." His eyes widen as he gets an idea of his own, and he smirks a little. Karma nods. "Alright... I'm so sorry about before.."Jake huffs a bit. "I don't want people feeling bad F-For me!! I-I just want people to GENUINELY want to h-hang out or want to h-help me!!" He was gripping onto Emma now with his other hand as well, his entire chest and his real hand covered in burns at this point, and part of his arms. Max snuggles up to his chest, nuzzling him softly and looking up at him. "You're really beautiful, you know.." Jaidan smiles brightly with this approval from Vincent, this clearly giving him confidence. He notices his smirk. "Whatchya thinking 'bout??" He just looked extremely excited, thinking that maybe one day he'd be as strong as Kye. Zarron didn't know what to say to this. "Just give her to me, Jake.." karma smiles a little. "You are too.." Vincent chuckles. "Oh, just an idea I had." Jake huffs, clearly in pain, but just keeps a grip on her, just continuing to cry, his tears burning away as they hit Emma and himself, as his body was already at an extreme temperature as well. "I-I can't D-Do this.. I-I can't J-Just NOT h-have him.. H-He's dead.. H-He's going to S-Stay like that And-And I have to care for his children I-In a wheelchair all b-by myself.." he was starting to hyperventilate, clearly having a panic attack, his vision blurring and his words weren't fully coming out or just didn't make sense. Jaidan giggles, hugging him tightly. "My goal is to be stronger than Kye!! Do you think that's possible??" Max blushes immensely, digging his face into his neck. "I love you.." he mumbled into his neck, embarrassed, finding it adorable when karma said that to him, it making him feel like he was actually loved. Carter had woken up and started crying, but Atticus had already been awake and was walking around the room with him in his arms, just bouncing him gently and singing to him quietly, Carter seeming to enjoy it. Harry was still out cold, snoring quietly into his pillow. Kayla groans, shifting into Harry, hugging him tight and nuzzling her face into his side. Zarron frowns deeply. "Jake, calm down.." he puts a hand on each of his shoulders, looking straight into his eyes. "It's going to be okay. Kye will be back before you know it." Vincent laughs. "Maybe." Karma smiles brightly. "I love you too." Jake continues to cry violently, struggling to stay conscious with his struggle for breath. "I-I-I can't l-live without him.. M-My d-dad.. H-He'll k-kill me.. I-I'm weak.. I-I'm g-going to d-die too.." he looked absolutely terrified, shaking harshly and dropping Emma and Anthony to the floor, but neither of them hit hard, just falling to the ground. His entire just was completely burned, along with his real hand and down that arm to his elbow, his metal hand fine due to the fact it covered about halfway to his elbow. Harry shifts, nuzzling her back. Atticus glances at them and looks down at Carter, whispering to him. "Do you wanna give momma some good morning kisses?" Carter had been extremely discombobulated since he woke up, his vision slightly blurry and his stomach upset, but he nods weakly. Atticus smiles and goes over to the bed, laying Carter next to Kayla. Carter reaches his hand weakly to his own mouth and kisses it, putting it on her cheek. He looked sick, and after a few moments he empties his stomach onto Kayla, starting to cry loudly. Atticus quickly tries to grab him back, his eyes widening a little, not meaning for him to have done that to her. "Carter!! Not on momma!!" He whisper-yelled. Max smiles a little up at him. "Should we make food and cuddle or something..? You can choose what we do, babe.." he kisses his nose softly, then leaving a trail of kisses down his neck. Jaidan smiles brightly. "Cool!!" He looks up at him. "So, can I ride on your shoulders while we search for someone??" Kayla tenses, and her eyes widen. She yelps, and hugs onto Harry tighter, not meaning to but the way she was squishing his ribs he might not be able to breath well, and it would probably hurt quite a bit. Vincent nods. "Sure." Karma sighs shakily, and he smiles weakly. "Yeah.." Zarron quickly picks up them both. "Jake, you're wrong. He isn't dead anyways, he's just gone for a little bit. He'll be back. Your father won't have a chance to hurt you." Jake cries harder. "Y-Y-You don't understand.. Y-You have C-Celeste And-And-And Sh-She's perfect.. I-I have wh-whatever Kye h-has.. H-He's g-gone.. And-And my F-Father W-WILL kill m-me.." Max nods. "I'll make us some food in a bit.. But first let's lay on the couch and cuddle for a little bit.." he stands up, pulling karma up with him and pulling him over to the couch. He pushes him back against it gently and grabs a blanket, getting on the couch with him and laying down, resting his head in his lap, nuzzling him softly and turning on the tv. He takes off karma's pants and shirt as well as his own, covering them up in case anyone walked in, just enjoying being happy with him. Harry coughs harshly, squirming a bit. Atticus was very quick to wipe everything off of her, sighing shakily and taking Carter back, backing away from the bed and bouncing him gently. "Shhh.. Calm down, sweetheart... I cleaned up momma.. It's okay.. You didn't mean it.. Just relax.." Carter was whimpering quietly, clearly not feeling good and just digs his face into his chest as he cried softly, wishing Kayla was holding him. Jaidan giggles, going behind him and carefully climbing up his back, easily getting onto his shoulders. He rests his chin on his head, smiling brightly. "It's fun being tall!!" He shifts so he and Vincent were more comfortable, not wanting to cause Vincent any pain. Zarron lets out a long sigh. "Celeste is Kye's. I don't really have anything either. Except.. [also] a dad that frequently attempts to kill me." Karma nuzzles him. Kayla didn't let go. She was breathing heavily, her face pressed into Harry. If anything, she squeezed harder. Vincent laughs, and heads up out of the basement, kneeling down basically to get through the door, and does the same for the front door to get out.Jake just continued to cry, the syringe for Anthony's feeding tube on the ground. Emma was still extremely hot. Anthony had shifted his head very slightly, but it was clear he wasn't fully waking up yet. Jaidan giggles, seemingly happy like this, it reminding him of when he was a kid and they'd play around. He nuzzles him softly. "Soooo.. What kind of person are we looking for??" Harry opens his eyes, prying her off of him, looking in pain and extremely confused. "What's wrong??" Atticus went to the corner of the room, holding Carter closely. Max, after a little while, turns over and digs his face into Karma's stomach, kissing it softly and looking up at him. "Can you try to help me sleep for a little bit..? I'm trying my best to try to get myself to sleep a regular amount of hours a night but it's really hard when you aren't with me, so.. Maybe I could try now when you are here with me.." Vincent sighs. "Someone... smart." Kayla's eyes were still wide and dancing, and she was shaking a little. She looked... unlike herself. Her hair was messy from sleeping, and she looked as though she hadn't slept at all despite this. Karma nods. "Sure.." Jake just pushes Zarron, trying to hide his face in his hands. "J-Just G-G-Go.. T-Take Th-Th-Them.." Harry quickly pulls her into a tight hug, holding her close and rubbing her back softly. "Did you have a bad dream, hun..?" Max nods back, snuggling up to him and closing his eyes, trying desperately to fall asleep, moving one of his hands to karma's, holding it tightly. He uses his other hand to move karma's hand to his hip, just wanting to be close to him. Jaidan nods even though Vincent couldn't see him. "Alright! How um. How do you know if someone is smart by just looking at them??" Zarron frowns deeply. "Okay.." Mmf... stay safe.." he quickly heads out, and makes a portal back to the home. Kayla shakes her head very weakly, her mouth parted open slightly as she stared, still wide eyed, at the ground. Karma smiles a little, chuckling lightly. Vincent laughs awkwardly. "Aha... um... well I suppose [you] can't.." Anthony shifts his head again, it resting on Zarrons shoulder, and it was clear the feeding tube was bothering him, his hand twitching towards it. Jake just stays where he was. Max presses himself up against him, making a quiet noise but it was clear he was falling asleep. Harry frowns deeply, just holding her tightly and rubbing her back softly. Carter looked over towards Kayla and wines, managing to be able to register something was wrong with Kayla even through his foggy thoughts. Atticus quickly goes over, setting Carter in Kayla's arms, watching him nervously. Carter moves his hand to his mouth again, kissing it and then putting it on Kayla's lips, murmuring extremely quietly. ".....Momma...." Jaidan sighs. "Alright. Lemme know if you find someone. Wha'do we do with them? Kill them? Kidnap them?" Zarron frowns more, quickly setting him on his bed.. emma on the floor, and looks over Anthony. Karma blushes deeply, but just keeps with him, nuzzling him softly and holding him close. Vincent sighs. "Kidnap them, and then kill them through ritual." Kayla's eyes widen further and her jaw snaps shut. She squeezes him hard, her claws digging into him as she narrows her eyes, before she stops abruptly, her eyes softening, full of guilt as she sighs shakily and quickly lets him go, her heart pounding, and she, out of pure instinct and desperation grabs the tin she had kept the Joy and snaps it open, quickly grabbing one and popping it into her mouth, swallowing and snapping it shut, bristling and squeezing her eyes shut as tears dripped silently from them, her jaw clenched as well. Anthony looked uncomfortable, clearly waking up slowly, his hand twitching again towards it and his head twitching as well. Celeste comes into Zarrons room, seeing Emma on the floor first and immediately bolting towards her, but quickly stops as she could feel the heat from her before touching her. She glances at Zarron, grabbing a pair of leather gloves and one of Zarrons leather jackets, wrapping her in the leather part of the jacket and scooping her up, glaring at Zarron slightly and growling at him. "How would you feel if someone left ME naked on the floor?!" She was clearly very upset about this, feeling Zarron had invaded Emma's privacy, holding her close but making sure she was safe with the leather. Harry frowns deeper. "Mmf.." Carter didn't cry, his concern for Kayla overwhelming him as he put a hand on her cheek and just keeps it there, clearly extremely weak and struggling to keep his hand there. He murmurs again. "...M-Momma.. ..h-head huwts.." Atticus sits at the end of the bed, watching them silently. Max falls into a deep sleep, one hand holding karma's hand still and the other on top of karma's other hand, him curling up around their hands to keep them like that. Jaidan nods rapidly. "Cool!! Can I help you kidnap them??" Zarron frowns deeply. "Celeste, if I put her on the bed she would've lit it on fire, and I can't hold her right now. I'm trying to help Anthony. Now, be careful. She could kill you if you were exposed to enough of her heat." Kayla kept her hand over her mouth from when she had shoved the joy into her mouth, and her hair falls from behind her shoulders, obscuring her face since her head was tilted down slightly. With her other hand, her gripped the tin tightly. Vincent nods.
Celeste scoffs. "YOU LEFT HER NAKED ON THE FLOOR!! THAT'S CRUEL!! YOU SHOULDA COVERED HER WITH YOUR LEATHER JACKET!!" he sits in the corner of the room, smiling at her. "I'm protecting you now, little one.. You're safe.. Don't worry.." She boops her on the nose softly, still wearing the leather gloves. Harry sighs shakily. "M-Mmf.. Kayla.." Carter just burries his face into Kayla's chest, sniffling. Kayla whimpers quietly, tensing. Her shrill murmur could be heard, "I-I'm so sorry.." muffled from her hand. Zarron frowns deeper, looking to the ground, guilty. "Mmf.." Celeste sighs, just cradling her and bouncing her softly, clearly just trying to protect a fellow Kitsune. Anthony let's out a very very quiet groan, his hand moving closer to the tube and it was quite clear he wanted it out. Harry frowns even deeper. "You didn't do anything, sweetheart.. It's okay.. Just tell me what happened.." Carter very weakly tries to pry Kayla's hand off of her mouth, but Harry helps him and gets it off. Jaidan sighs, nuzzling Vincent's head softly. "Lemme know when you find someone.." he growled at someone as they walked by as they had given them a weird look, Jaidan clearly being overprotective over Vincent, not liking it when people did that to them. Zarron sighs, feeling disconnected from them. He looks back to Anthony, and puts a hand against the tube. "Mm.." he supposed he could take it out for now, and attempts to carefully, shifting him to do so. Kayla didn't open her eyes however. She just whimpers more. "I-I.. I-I can't tell you.." she repeats, "I-I'm so sorry.." Vincent lets out a long sigh. "It's alright, Jaidan.. let it be.." Jaidan huffs, his hair falling in front of his eyes. "I hate it when people look at us weird. I don't care if you're purple and I'm a grown man sitting on your shoulders. They need to mind their own fucking business." He was clearly quite upset about this. Harry sighs shakily, nuzzling her softly. "Do you want me to have Atticus go get Aaron..?" Anthony shifts again, but Zarron us successful. Anthony blinks his eyes open very slightly, his eyes moving towards Zarron as he just stared at him, not knowing who he was or where they were at, frowning deeply, wishing he could get up, but still extremely weak. Vincent frowns a little. "But it's Okay.." Kayla shakes her head vigorously. She didn't want him to think she needed him to be better... well, quite frankly she did, but she could keep herself stable enough for now with the Joy's help. She opens her eyes now, though tears still streamed down them silently, and looks up at him. The Joy was indeed helping, fortunately. "I'm okay now.." she murmurs, wiping her tears away. Zarron stares back at him. "Rest." He says. Anthony murmurs quietly. "..Who are you and where's my dad..?" He coughs a bit, groaning quietly. Jaidan huffs, sliding off his shoulders and moving to his front, climbing into his arms and resting his head on his shoulder. "Mmf.. I don't like people being mean to you.." he looks up at him, clearly having moved as he wanted to be able to see Vincent's face. Harry sighs shakily. "Mmf.. Okay.. Um.. Why do you.have Joy..? I'm not mad, just.. Just wondering.." Carter just lays his head on her chest, his head pounding but he stayed quiet, sensing Kayla would help him once she was better. Zarron sighs. "I'm Karma's brother. You're safe." Vincent's face was somber. He murmurs, "I don't either.." Kayla bites her lip, looking off. "I.." she hesitates. "I need it..." she scolds herself, figuring this would only make it worse. It made her sound desperate. Harry sighs, kissing her forehead softly, not wanting to upset her anymore. "That's fine, sweetheart.. I told you, I'm not mad.." Atticus looked upset and whispers to Kayla. "...He's been acting weird all morning and when I laid him on you, he puked and then I quickly cleaned it up but now he's still acting weird and I don't know what to do..." Anthony huffs a bit, glancing down at himself and sighing shakily. "Put clothes on me at least, asshole.." he was clearly just being grouchy, using the little magic he had in this moment to summon his phone and headphones, setting them next to him. Celeste quickly looks over. "He said a bad word, daddy!!" Anthony glares at her harshly, scoffing lightly. Jaidan holds onto him tightly, kissing his cheek softly. "I'll never ever ever make fun of you or say mean things about you. I think you look awesome and are unique and it makes you super super special. Same with Nova. You're both beautiful." Carter looks up at her, wining quietly and putting a hand shakily on his head, sniffling. "..Head huwts, m-momma..." Harry just watches Carter and her with concerned and worried eyes. Anthony freezes suddenly, murmuring quietly. "...What did I take...?" He thought he had taken something and overdosed, starting to freak out on the inside, knowing this would've broken karma's heart. Celeste stares at Anthony,. murmuring under her breath. "..Bad words are bad unless said by daddy.." Jaidan nuzzles him softly, smiling a little and looking around. "What're we gunna do to kidnap them..? I've only ever killed.. Not really kidnapped.." Zarron furrows his brow. "What? Nothing, I think you just got attacked." Vincent chuckles a little. "You'll see." Kayla sighs shakily, putting a hand against his cheek and kissing him gently on his forehead, and just holds him close. It was very clear to Harry that she was still on edge. Carter nuzzles her hand softly, closing his eyes and clearly doing much better with the fact of him just being in Kayla's arms. Harry could see this and rests a hand on his cheek, rubbing it softly with his thumb. "Hey.. It's okay.." he glanced at Atticus and mouthed something. Atticus nods, quickly getting up and Aaron walks in several moments later with Athena in one arm, quickly going over to the bed, glancing at Harry and putting a hand on Kayla's back. "Kayla..?" He looked worried. Anthony looked relieved, muttering. "Oh thank goodness.." this clearly relieved him greatly. He grabs his phone, looking at the time and sighing shakily, handing his phone to Zarron unlocked and on Levi's texts. The most recent text was sent many hours ago. "Respond to him.." the text read, "I'm laying with Zul, Agent indigos new baby, and a new boy that we met. I really really miss you and I hope you are doing good. Tell Uncle karma I said hi." Anthony sighs. "Tell him I miss him too or something.. And say that I'll tell karma.. He doesn't know I'm Karma's kid yet.." He coughs again, groaning and moving a hand carefully to his ribs, sighing shakily. Jaidan smiles more. "Okay! I love hanging out with you.." he snuggles up to his chest, looking around but clearly not knowing what to look for. Kayla's eyes go soft. She bites her lip hard, looking guilty for a moment, before sniffling and leaning into him. Zarron furrows his brow. "Why can't you do it?" Vincent smiles at him calmly, and looking around himself. Jake had calmed down quite a bit and was just sitting in his wheelchair silently as he stared at Kye's. Aaron sits next to her on the bed and rubs her back softly, leaning down and nuzzling her cheek. "What happened..?" Harry just stayed silent, hoping he could help her. Anthony huffs a bit, coughing again. "Because my lungs feel like they are on fire, I can't see properly, my head's pounding, I feel sick, I'm nauseous, I literally just woke up from a coma.. Plenty of reasons.. Just do it.." He presses his hand against the left side of his rib cage, letting out another quiet groan. Jaidan sighs. "Have you seen anyone yet?" Zarron sighs. "Sorry.." he looks to the phone, texting, "Okay, I will. Miss you." Kayla murmurs quietly into his ear, in Demonian, "My schizophrenia.." Vincent shakes his head. Aaron makes a sound of understanding, setting Athena next to Carter in Kayla's arms and pretending to give Kayla a hug, but quickly slipping a much higher dose of Joy into her mouth, whispering back in Demonian. "Take this.. It's a higher dose.." He pulls away. "Are you okay now..?" Carter reaches a hand towards Athena, making a noise so she knew it was him and grabbing her hand, holding it weakly, murmuring to her. "..Sissy.. ..Baby head huwts.." Levi responds with quickly. "Are you okay?? I was worried!! You didn't answer me right away and I thought you were hurt.." Anthony just stares at the wall silently, sighing shakily and just keeping his hand against his ribs, it clear something was wrong but he was just trying to push through it. Jaidan sighs and nods. "Alright.." Kayla gives him a grateful look, swallowing, and nodding. Athena looks to his voice. "Mm..?" Zarron lets out a long sigh and texts back, "Yeah" Vincent keeps looking. Jake decides that it might be best for.hik to get out of the house. He grabs a hoodie and puts it on, trying to cover the burns despite the fact it hurt to touch them. He sighs, wheeling himself out and towards the city, his Hood up. Aaron smiles at her, glancing at Athena. "I'll let you spend some time with Athena and let Athena and Carter hang out.. I'll be back in a little while and text me if you need me to come get her.." Carter squeezes her hand again. "..Baby's head huwts.. .. baby Hit head.." he was clearly trying to explain to her what had happened. Levi responds back once again with. "Okay, miss u and love u, ttyl" he puts his phone away. Anthony groans louder this time, looking to Zarron. "My lungs literally feel like they're dying.." he had started to break out into hives, it looking like he was having an allergic reaction to something, but it wasn't clear to what. Jaidan just rests his head on his shoulder, playing with his own locket and glancing down at his hand that had the ring on it, smiling a little at them. The area was completely desolate. It was silent, nobody was anywhere, and the smell of smoke hung in the air like a thick fog. Kayla nods. "Okay.. thank you..." Athena puts a hand on him. "Mm.. sowy..." Zarron's eyes widen. "Anthony, what are your allergies?" Vincent stops suddenly, staring at a man on the steps of a library, scribbling in a notebook. "Him."
Anthony looks to him, confused. "Um.. The major one I guess is peanuts.. I obviously can't eat them in the first place but I'm not supposed to touch them either.. But um.. Why..?" Carter rolls over so he was snuggled up to Athena, sniffling and digging his face into her chest. "..Sissy snuggles baby.." Aaron leaves. Carter kept trying to get out sentences to Athena, clearly wanting to talk to her. Jaidan climbs out of Vincent's arms, looking at the man and nodding rapidly. "Okay! Wha'do I do??" Jake sighs shakily, not caring about the smoke, used to having Kye and Emma lighting fires. He just continues to wheel himself through the city, just wanting some peace and quiet. Zarron frowns deeply. "You're breaking out." Athena smiles at him, nuzzling him as she felt him. Kayla sighs shakily, and looks back to Harry. As Jake got closer to the city, the smoke thickened evermore. Too did the sound of the crackle of flame. As he went in, the fire could be seen. Buildings were destroyed, cars were too, and off in the distance... a tall fox in neon could be seen, facing away from him. Vincent kneels down. "Head over there." Jake sees them and sighs shakily, figuring nothing worse could happen to him. He hears his body up to try to match the heat from the fires in the air, and goes closer to the fox. Jaidan nods. "Do I go like talk to him or something??" Harry was watching Carter and Athena, smiling at them. Carter coos quietly, wrapping his arms around Athena, clearly enjoying spending time with her. "..Baby loves Sissy and baby loves momma and loves daddy.." Anthony looks down at himself and his eyes widen, him frantically trying to get up out of the bed. "No, no, no, no, no.. I ain't dying like this.." he huffs as he was struggling greatly to get up. "Find an EpiPen!!" He had still been coughing and holding his hand over his ribs. Celeste looks over quickly, tilting her head. "I stole some from the doctor as a joke but if you need one there is some under my bed. Just be careful of the pups, please. They'll help you if you ask though." She was still cradling Emma. The fox was crouching down, their tail, giant in size, swishing in the air, their tall ears alert on top of their head. Suddenly, as Jake got close, it turns its head abruptly, and gets up with a swoosh of their foot to face him. Vincent nods. Kayla held them both close. She sighs. "Are you really fine with it..?" Zarron huffs. "I- Celeste, you-" he shakes his head. "Whatever!" He leans down to look under the bed, looking for the EpiPen she was talking about.
Celeste sighs, looking back down to Emma. The pups were all cuddled up under the bed, but their was also baskets with other things in it. One of the pups looks up at him, just staring. There was a bin of things Celeste had seemingly stolen from the doctor including EpiPens. Anthony was starting to panic on top of the reaction, hyperventilating as he continued to cough, it seemingly just continuing to get worse. Jake just drops wheeling himself and puts on the brake, staring at them, seemingly not afraid at all. Harry sighs and nods. "Have you met leo? He literally is always high. It's fine, sweetheart." Carter nuzzles Athena. "Baby help sissy walk and sissy help baby walk..?" Jaidan nods, and heads over to the man, smiling at him and sitting next to him on the steps. "Hey." Zarron grabs one of the EpiPens and quickly goes to Anthony, sticking it into him. Kayla frowns deeply. "But I'm not like that..." The fox gently steps towards him, their feet more paws than actual feet, and didn't have shoes on them. They walked delicately, slow, almost dance-like. Athena tilts her head. "Sure!" The man looks up and to him, confused. "Um... Hey..?" Jaidan sighs lightly. "Whatchya doing?" Anthony looked relieved, falling back against the pillows, having started to cry. He looks at him, clearly extremely appreciative. He puts his hand to his throat, having felt it starting to close. He sniffles, coughing a bit and reaching his hand out to try to pull him into a.hug, clearly needing the comfort, having truly thought he was about to die. Celeste was just minding her own business with Emma, it clear she didn't actually care. Harry sighs. "I know that. I'm just saying. I'm fine with him so it means that I'm fine with you." Carter giggles, sitting up and keeping a grip on her hand, pulling her to the edge of the bed. "Baby fall if get off.." Jake continues to stare. "You don't scare me." The man looked confused. "Um.. writing..?" Zarron smiles a little and hugs him gently. Kayla gulps, and nods. "Okay.." she glances at the tin. The effects of the higher dose were beginning to kick in, and she lets out a long sigh, smiling a little. Athena frowns a little. "What..?" The fox says nothing. The gas mask obscured their face, so no emotion could be sensed either. They stop as they get about a foot away, and puts their hands on their knees, leaning over him and tilting their head, seeming curious as they stared, very very close to him. Jake grabs them by the neck, gripping them tightly with a boiling hot hand, digging his claws into their neck. "WHO. ARE. YOU." Carter sighs, looking over to Kayla. "Momma!! Baby and sissy need off!! Pwease.." Jaidan smiles more and nods. "That's cool! What're you writing about?" Anthony cries softly into his shoulder, shaking a bit. "..Thank y-you.." he was clearly still struggling a bit to breath, keeping a tight grip on him. One of the fox pups comes out from under the bed, hoping up onto the bed and licking Anthony's cheek, cuddling up to him. Their ears perk up, and they go completely still. Gingerly, they put a hand to Jake's hand, slipping it into a position where they were holding it. Kayla sighs, and helps them both off. The man looked nervous. "Um.. it's a report..." Zarron smiles more at this. "Of course.."
Anthony sighs shakily, carefully letting go of him and curling up into a ball, sniffling. "M-Mmf.." The pup climbs over Anthony so that it was in his arms, nuzzling him. Celeste sees this and giggles. "Pups! Come snuggle with the boy!" The other four pups quickly come out and jump onto the bed, all of them cuddling up to Anthony. Celeste giggles more. "Good job!!" Anthony smiles at them, petting them all carefully, murmuring. "..They're adorable.." Jaidan sighs, not knowing why he was nervous, but figuring it could be dude to the fact he was a demon, and he quickly uses his magic to hide his horns and tail. "That's always fun.. What's your name by the way?" Jake pauses for a moment, having to take a deep breath to remind himself that it wasn't Kye he was touching. He sighs shakily, throwing them away from him. "Fuck off." He takes off the break and tries to continue wheeling away. Carter giggles a bit, keeping a grip on Athena's hand and standing himself up by using onto Athena's shoulder tightly. "Sissy help baby and baby help sissy.." Zarron chuckles. The man frowns a little. "Clyde.." The fox steps away for a moment, watching him, before quickly running behind and grabbing the back of the chair firmly. Athena smiles at him brightly. Kayla watches them with calm eyes.Carter keeps a grip on her to stay up but starts to walk around with her, making sure she didn't run into anything. Harry looks to Kayla. "He's doing really well.." he looked nervous about his next part. "Um.. Has he been to the doctor for his uh.. Size..?" Anthony sighs shakily, glancing up at Zarron. "Mmf.. Thanks for helping me, bro.. Um.. What's your name..? Since now you are um.. My uncle.. So.." Celeste looks up at Zarron, confused by this. "He's my cousin??? He's pretty though.. Can we keep him?! I'll babysit him!!" Anthony gives her a weird look, disregarding his own question. "Uh.. I'm 15, fam.. You're like 11.. I don't need you babysitting me.." Celeste growls loudly at him. "I AM 13 YEARS OLD!! MEANIE!!" Anthony sighs, rolling his eyes at her. "Sorry, 13.." Celeste huffs, looking to the pups. "Pups, come over here!" They all quickly do so, cuddling up to her legs. Jaidan smiles brightly. "Mines William!" He had already thought of this prior, figuring Vincent wouldn't care if he used it as the dude would be dead soon. Jake huffs a bit, growling and quickly spinning his chair around. "WHAT. DO. YOU. WANT." he was clearly extremely frustrated. Kayla's smile falls slowly. Sharp and cold she says, "That's none of your business." Zarron laughs awkwardly. "Um.. Zarron..." Vincent, however, as he hears this, bristles and makes a face, feeling oddly violated. Clyde laughs awkwardly. "Um.. okay..." The fox leans over him again, this time putting a hand on the armrest of his chair, and the other on his leg, staring into his eyes as their faces were inches apart. Clyde sighs. "Um... why are you talking to me..?" Anthony sighs, nodding to Zarron, still giving Celeste a weird look, muttering to Zarron so she couldn't hear. "Um.. Why does she think SHE can babysit ME..? She uh.. She does realize I'm older than her, yeah..?" Celeste was still cradling Emma, murmuring quietly to her and the pups, smiling at all of them. Jaidan shrugs. "I wanted to see if you maybe wanted to be my friend?" Harry frowns deeply, sighing shakily and looking away, clearly having just been curious, but figuring he might get this response, and he just stares at the wall silently, a little hurt. Carter falls and wines quietly, still holding onto Athena's hand. "..Baby fall, sissy.." He was clearly discouraged by this. A shiver runs down Jake's spine and he gulps. "..Mmf.." he carefully put his hand on top of the foxes hand that was on his leg, pushing it down on his leg, turning his charm on a bit, clearly just accepting it, knowing it meant nothing and Kye was the only one who would mean anything to him. Zarron sighs. "Don't worry about her. She's used to living more or less alone." Clyde raises an eyebrow. "I- what? Why?" Athena frowns and tries to help him up. Kayla looks to Harry. "It's alright." The fox seemed a little taken aback by this. Quickly, they press a button on their neck that had been covered in metal and attached to the gas mask, before leaning further over him, and resting his other arm on his other leg. They speak. The voice was clearly not theirs, or at least not naturally. It was clearly at least altered by the mask on purpose, but either way, it sounded rather feminine. "You don't need that, you know~." Jake sighs shakily, carefully trying to pull the fox into his lap, letting out a very quiet noise. "Mm~ Come here.." he turns his charm up more, using his tail to try to take the gas mask off of them. Jaidan shrugs again. "Because you look smart and cool. So I just wanted to see if you wanted to be." To Vincent, it would be clear he was starting to get nervous talking to Clyde, but he hid it from Clyde himself. Anthony let's out a long sigh, nodding a bit. "Mm.." he shifts, pushing himself up weakly so he was sitting up, sighing shakily and gulping. He glances up at Zarron. "Where's the bathroom..?" He runs his fingers through his hair, attempting to fix it at least a bit. Carter quickly grabs onto her again, hugging her tightly to stay up. "..Mmf.. ..Baby gunna fall again.." Harry glances at her. "Mmf.. I was just curious.. We have a doctor here and I was gunna offer to take you to him.. he ain't that far from my room, you know.." Zarron sighs, gesturing. "Down the hall." Kayla looks a little surprised. "Oh- um.. yeah, uh.. okay. I'd.. I'd appreciate that." Vincent sighs, beginning to go over. Clyde looked surprised. "Really..?" The fox does get into his lap, but the gas mask wouldn't come off, though the hood, obscuring the hair, didn't seem to have anything keeping it over. Jake sighs shakily, another chill running down his spine, but he didn't seem to bothered by the gas mask. He lays his head against the foxes neck, using his arms to push himself up a bit. "..Mm..~.." he made another small noise, but a bit louder, nuzzling them. Carter falls again and this time pulls Athena down with him, starting to cry quietly. Harry sighs shakily, nodding a bit. "Alright.. Wanna go now..?" Jaidan smiles more. "Mmhm! I'm not very smart when it comes to like reading and writing but I'm very very good at math!" Anthony nods quickly, trying to get up frantically and leaving the room, going to the bathroom quickly and trying to shut the door. One of the pups had noticed something and bolted after him, scratching at the door and wining for someone to come. Anthony quickly goes over to the toilet, emptying his stomach, pressing a hand against it and crying quietly, having expected this to happen as it always did when he used the EpiPen, but hating it every time, also feeling quite dizzy and weak, just curling up on the floor, this seemingly what the fox had noticed and it kept wining and scratching. The fox chuckles, rubbing their ears against his face. He would know from Kye that this was a very... [rare] action, seeing as they weren't family. Athena yelps. Kayla nods. "Sure.." she looks to them. "We might as well bring them both." Clyde smiles a little. "That's cool." Vincent keeps an eye on them, and transforms then into a spider. He goes up to Jaidan, going up him and into his hair, by his ear. Zarron just waits. Jake looked surprised by this, carefully trying to pull their Hood down. "Mm..~" Jaidan had seen him transform and seemed fine with it, continuing to smile at Clyde, rolling up his pants leg a bit to show him the metal. "Math made this for me." He giggles, not wanting to say he had made it, as he hadn't, but also not wanting to bring up Vincent's name. Carter rolls on top of her, huffing a bit and just laying there, clearly upset about falling. Harry nods, getting up and going over, not grabbing them though as he didn't want to upset Athena. Anthony comes out after about 20 minutes, looking miserable and just laying back down on the bed, sighing shakily. The pup looked extremely worried, hopping up on the bed with him and licking his face carefully, looking to Zarron and wining, snuggling up to Anthony's chest, continuing to lick him, seemingly trying to give him a bath. Celeste had fallen asleep, having set Emma down still wrapped in the jacket and kept the leather gloves on, holding on of the other pups in her arms, all the pups besides the one with Anthony asleep as well. They tense as it falls, clearly shocked by this as they went still. As the hood fell, long, red hair flowed from one side, the other side containing short hair that didn't flow. Clyde's eyes widen, and immediately he looked a bit freaked out. Kayla gingerly grabs both of them, rubbing Athena's back softly before picking her up to let her know it was going to happen, which she seemed to appreciate. Zarron furrows his brow. "You okay?" Jake then tries to pull off the gas mask, clearly not caring even if they were a female. "Let me take it off..~" Jaidan notices this and frowns a bit, clearly covering it back up. "I was in a really really really bad accident and then the doctor said they had to amputate it but then one of my family members makes fake limbs for people and he made it for me and had the doctors attach it. It's water proof and everything. I've had it for so many years now I sometimes forget I actually ever had a real leg." Anthony groans quietly. "I kinda wish I just let the anaphylactic shock kill me.. The side effects are awfullll.." he burries his face into a pillow. "Everything hurts and I literally just emptied anything that was left in my body.. I don't even wanna get up to hunt at this point.." The fox moves up to his face, continuing to lick him, trying to clean him, and due to the fact he was only in boxers, the pup was cleaning his entire body. Carter quickly shifts himself to be closer to Athena, wining a bit and nuzzling her softly, grabbing her hand and keeping a grip as he used his other hand to uncover Kayla and latch on, begining to eat. They let out a nervous sound, and quickly puts hands to his, keeping it on. "No." They say, a note of desperation clear. Clyde tilts his head. "Oh.. that's cool." Zarron frowns deeply. "Mm.. we have food for you here..." Kayla makes a face. "Carter, not right now.." she quickly get him off, and covers herself up. Carter raised his hand to hit her but before he could, Harry quickly grabbed him and held him close, holding his hand softly. "Hey. Don't hit momma, little one. It's not nice." Carter stares at him, sticking his tongue out and slapping his cheek. "Bad!!" Harry stares at him blankly, not reacting to it. Jake rolls his eyes. "I don't care what you look like. You're satisfying me and that's all I care about. Just lemme take the mask off of you." Anthony tilts his head to look up at him. "Can you get me some then..?" Celeste was still out cold, and Emma was still boiling hot, but was contained in the leather jacket. Kayla gives Harry a guilty look. "I'm sorry about him.." The fox reels back. "If... If you take it off... you have to promise to keep your eyes closed..." Zarron nods. "Sure.." he gets up off the bed, and leaves the room. Jaidan smiles a bit and nods. "Yeah! I can pretty much do exactly what I was able to do with a real leg and more. It's obviously heavier and stuff but that's about it for negative stuff." He scratches his head near where Vincent was, clearly trying to tell him he was running out of ideas to talk about. Harry looks to her. "He's fine." He keeps a grip on him, heading to the doctors room, about half way there handing Carter back to Kayla. Carter tries to latch on again, wining loudly. Jake scoffs lightly. "Fine, whatever. I'm literally covered in scars if that's what you're covering." Anthony just lays there silently, starting to cry quietly into the pillow, wishing he was with karma as he knew karma would cuddle and hold him.
Vincent whispers into his ear. "Take him into the library." Clyde laughs gingerly. "Cool!" Kayla doesn't let him, letting out a long sigh and just walking with Harry there. The fox pauses. "Mm.." they pause again. "Just keep them closed.." they gingerly put their fingers to his eyelids, closing them over, before gently taking off the gas mask, hair falling over half their face. Zarron comes back soon with food. Jaidan giggles. "Wanna go look for books with me and the library?? Maybe you can recommend some for me!" Carter huffs, starting to scream. Harry comes into the doctors room, smiling at a young woman, going over to her. "Hey. I was wondering if you could talk with my wife and her kids just for a check up on them." The woman smiles and nods. "Of course, hun!" She looks over towards Kayla, Carter, and Athena, seeing Carter screaming and searching through a vin, offering a pacifier to Kayla for him. "Try this." Jake moves his face closer to theirs, pushing them into a kiss, opening his eyelids just enough so he could see them but so that they couldn't see his eyes were open, his charm getting stronger as they went on. Anthony was still crying, but much harsher now, and glances at Zarron, wishing he had his hoodie and just sitting up against the headboard, keeping his head tilted downward to try to hide it. He murmurs quietly and shakily. "How long until I-I go back with my d-dad...?" He was shaking slightly, looking paranoid, and scared, even more so without his clothes and hoodie on to hide him. Clyde perks up. "Aha! Yeah!" He gets up. Kayla takes it quickly, murmuring thanks and trying to give it to him. Since they were so close, and their eyes were closed, he couldn't see much, but some, still. Their skin was rosy, flush at the cheeks. Just by looking at that point he could tell they had a certain innocence to their face.. at least like this. Though, they didn't seem to have any scars, at least not any too bad. The only ones noticeable were a scar running through their eyebrow, and one in a crisscross on their cheek. Zarron frowns deeper. "Mm.. I'm not sure.. we brought you here to protect you.."Jake sighs, making the kiss more passionate, before pulling away slightly, breathing warmly against their lips. "You don't look bad, you know.. um.. How old are you..?" Jaidan giggles more, getting up as well, opening the door for him and gesturing for him to go in, murmuring to Vincent so Clyde couldn't hear. "What do I do in here?" Anthony eats quickly, slouching back down and covering up to his neck with the blanket. "M-Mmf.." he glances at him. "Can I h-have a b-beer or s-something..?" Carter quickly latches onto it, stopping his screaming and cuddling up to Kayla's chest, clearly satisfied with this. The woman gestures to a table for Kayla to sit on with them. "Let's do the older one first, sweetheart."
The fox frowns deeply, and quickly shoves the gas mask back on, getting off of him. "You promised!!" Vincent whispers back, "Lure him into a dark area. Away from cameras. Away from people." Zarron frowns deeply and gets up, quickly going to his office and grabbing the paper that held the details about the alcohol meetings, walking back to the room, going in and searching for where it said when the meetings took place. Kayla smiles at Carter, and sits onto the table, rubbing Athena's shoulder, murmuring a quiet explanation to her to make sure she wouldn't be spooked by anything that happened. Athena nodded, understanding. Harry murmurs something to do the doctor, Kayla able to hear slightly. "She's blind by the way.." The woman smiles kindly and nods, going over to them and carefully starting the procedures of a normal physical for her age, looking to Athena. "Can I take you from your mommy for a few seconds, sweetheart? I just have to get your height and weight. I'll give you right back." Carter seemed peaceful now, playing with kayaks hair. Jake frowns a bit. "Mmf.." he looked guilty. "I-I'm sorry.. I just.. I was just curious.. I didn't mean to upset you.. You're beautiful.. I really didn't mean to upset you.." he turns off his charm, genuinely feeling bad now. Jaidan grabs Clyde's hand, pulling him toward a bookshelf that was far away from everyone and was much darker. "Let's look here!" He murmurs to Vincent afterwards. "Here?" There was a meeting that would start in thirty minutes. Anthony stares at him, seeing the papers he was looking at and huffing a bit, looking away. "Alcohol and drug group therapy ain't gunna help me, fam. I do them because they make me feel better and block out the pain of this stupid world." Athena tilts her head. "Mm.." she nods. The fox kept their hands on their gas mask, and takes several steps back in quick succession. They seemed [very] upset. Vincent says, "Yes." Clyde looked a bit nervous. "Aha.. okay.." he heads there. Zarron makes a face. "This is [mine]." Anthony rolls his eyes. "Mm." He looks down at the pup, whispering something in it's ear. The pup tilts it's head, immediately looking to Zarron and going to him, sniffing him and barking at him. Anthony chuckles a bit weakly, coughing. "You smell like alcohol, fam." The woman smiles at her, carefully picking her up and setting her on a scale, taking her height as well, looking at the results. Jaidan giggles, pretending to look at the books on the shelves, waiting for Vincent to say something. Jake frowns deeper, wheeling towards them slightly, sighing shakily. "I can't get out of this.. I want to hug you but I can't unless you come here.." Zarron frowns deeper. "Oh, I didn't know." He says sarcastically, making a face. Athena was about 2 feet, 8 inches, and 25 pounds. Vincent says, "choke him." Coldly. Clyde smiles brightly as he searches through as well, seemingly excited to be doing this with someone, innocence glittering in his eyes. The fox huffs. "I don't trust you!!"
Jake sighs shakily. "Mmf.. Do you want me to go..?" Jaidan sighs, going up behind Clyde and covering his mouth with one hand, wanting to make it quick and flipping around to his other side, pressing him against a wall has he choked him. Anthony rolls his eyes, clearly having found it funny. "Are you seriously gunna go to a reform group? That stuff is stupid. They do alcohol and.drug tests Everytime you go. THAT, is one thing I'm not looking forward to with my dad. Cuz I'm almost positive he's gunna make me do it." The woman sighs, bringing her back to Kayla. "She's doing well with her height, but she's several pounds under the recommended/average weight for her height and age." Kayla sighs. "I suppose that's as expected.." The fox seemed conflicted. "I didn't think you were like this anymore.." they murmur. Clyde's eyes widen and he thrashes, eyes welling up with tears, and staring into Jaidan's with a look of pure betrayal. Zarron huffs, growling quietly. "Do you think I [want] to?! I HAVE to. Now if you excuse me, I have to change so they don't think I haven't been suffering all day because I've tortured myself not touching a drop." He gets off the bed. Anthony quickly sits up. "Aye!! Don't leave me here with her!!" He points at Celeste. "I ain't becoming some make-up and dress up doll. Gimme some clothes." He frantically gets out of the bed, looking a bit scared of Celeste. "You have to tell my dad I did this with you though, cuz I ain't gunna restart with him." Jake looked confused. "Wh.. Wha'do you mean..? Who.. Who are you..?" In the back of his mind, for some reason, he felt like this fox was Kye, but he tried to push it away, knowing it was stupid, but it still kept pushing at him and he murmurs quietly. "..Kye..?" Tears start to come to his eyes as he thought about him, desperately holding them back, bitting his lip and drawing blood. Jaidan keeps a grip on him, and once he passed out, he lets go, scooping him up and murmuruing. "Transform back now, please. You're making my head itch." The woman sighs lightly, looking to Carter. "How old is he? 2, 3 months?" Harry frowns a bit at this, hoping it didn't offend Kayla. Zarron furrows his brow. "Uh, or you could actually come. It'd be nice to have some company." The fox scoffs lightly, and quietly. "What does it matter..?" Kayla just frowns sadly. "9 months.." Vincent does so, brushing himself off. Jaidan releases his magic and brings back his horns and tail, smiling at them and then looking to Vincent. "Um. Are you going to be able to help me bring Henry back or am I gunna have to do it myself?" Anthony nods rapidly. "Your clothes are gunna be big on me but I don't actually care. My dad wears same size as me pretty much so it ain't much different but what can I wear?" He clearly just didn't want to be alone with Celeste. The pup that had been with Anthony quickly runs back to Celeste. The woman frowns a bit. "Oh.." she sighs. "I haven't really done very much with babies, I mostly specialize in older children and adults. There are several doctors near the castle that I'm sure if you got security, you could take him to." She looked genuinely sorry that she couldn't help him very much. "I do always have spare baby toys and pacifiers though. I'm working on getting a degree as a pediatrician though!" Harry sighs, having just been watching. Carter looks up at Kayla, cooing quietly and pointing to the pacifier in his mouth, clearly trying to tell her he liked it. Jake now looked extremely upset. "P-Please.. K-Kye..? Please give me a s-straight answer on what your name is.." he looked like he was starting to panic, reaching his hand out to them, wishing he could get up. Vincent sighs. "I can't.." Zarron nods. "Mm, basically anything I have." He goes to his closet, still in that room, grabbing two outfits, handing one to him. Kayla smiles a little at Carter, before it falls as she looks back to the woman. "Alright.. thank you anyways..." The fox frowns deeply, murmuring quietly, "Aziende.." Jaidan sighs, nodding a bit. "Is it really hard to do..?" He looked like.he was getting nervous now. Anthony quickly puts it on. "Do you have a hoodie I can wear?? I um. Don't really go out without one, so.." Carter coos quietly, looking over to the woman and waving at her, pulling the binkie out of his mouth. "Bye-Bye!!" He puts it back in. The woman looked surprised. "He speaks very well actually." Harry smiles at this. Jake looked relieved, but also still worried. "M-Mmf.. Do we know each other.....?" Vincent purses his lips. "Erm.. that's... difficult to say..." Zarron nods, and passes him one. Kayla sighs. "He does.. Mm.. Bye..." she heads out. The fox said nothing. Anthony quickly puts it on, putting up the hood and grabbing his headphones and phone, putting them in his pockets. He sighs, looking over to Celeste and glancing at Zarron, going over to her and scooping her up along with the all the pups, placing them all on the bed with her and making sure she was warm with a blanket, going back over to Zarron. "There. Now, am I pretending to be your friend, son, what?" Jaidan looked worried now, wining a bit, glancing down at Clyde. "..You do think I can do it, R-Right..?" It was clear he needed this boost of confidence from Vincent. Harry follows quickly. Carter pulls the binky out and tries to pull down Kayla's shirt again and latch on. "Baby hunwy.." Jake sighs shakily. "M-Mmf.. P-Please.. Tell me.. Wh-Where do I know you from..?"Zarron shrugs, changing his shirt there. "You could also not pretend to be anything and just be my nephew." Vincent frowns, but nods. Kayla frowns deeply. "Hold on, Hun.. when we get back to the room..." The fox just stares, before looking away. They open their mouth to speak, before abruptly snapping it shut, ears perking up as they hear something, quickly pulling up their hood and curling in their shoulders a little as bullets are shot at them from behind. Jake's eyes widen and he frantically wheels forward, scooping the fox up into his lap and covering him, using the back of his wheelchair as cover and quickly wheeling into a small, dark alley, having gotten hit with one bullet in the arm and sighing shakily, figuring it wasn't too bad, but breathing heavily. Carter wines a bit, huffing and curling up, putting the pacifier back in his mouth. Harry sighs, going into his room and over to his bed. Anthony sighs. "Alright." He pulls up karma's contact,sending him a text. "I woke up. I'm with Zarron. I love u and he's being really nice and helping me. I'll come back to u soon." Jaidan sighs shakily. "Alright.. Where do we go now so you can show me..?" The fox yelps. "Wh- What are you doing?!" Kayla sits there against the headboard, and lets Carter eat once she was situated. Zarron sighs, going to the bathroom and changing the rest of his clothes, before coming back. "We should probably head there, now." Vincent sighs. "Back to the house."Jake groans quietly, putting his hand to his wound. "I was saving you, stupid.. I ain't letting you get disabled and caught.. I still need you.." he was clearly in quite a bit of pain. "And no, I don't need a hospital.." Carter coos quietly, eating happily. Harry sighs, looking to Kayla. "I have to do a few things today but I can have Atticus come help you and stuff. I'm sure he'd be glad to. Or Aaron." Jaidan nods, moving over to Vincent and hooking his foot around his so he could touch him, teleporting them back to the house and into the basement. Anthony sighs and nods. "You'll probably have to explain to them why I have the EpiPen drugs in my blood and stuff by the way. They typically ask about everything, so." He waits for him to teleport them. The fox squirms. "Why do you NEED me?! Why would I care whether or not you need a hospital?!" Kayla nods. "Mm.." Vincent heads to a door. Zarron sighs. "Okay." He teleports them both there. Harry sighs, getting up and heading into the bathroom to get ready and shower. Carter let's go, looking up at Kayla with sad eyes. ".. where's Daddy..? Daddy left baby with Mommy and sissy and man.." Jaidan follows Vincent close behind. Anthony slips his hand into Zarrons, gripping it tightly and sighing shakily, clearly not liking this already. As they walk in, they are stopped for the alcohol and drug tests, them doing them to both of them. Anthony was clean, besides the stuff in the EpiPen and they look to him. Anthony huffs. "Look at what it is, dufus. It's epinephrine." The person sighs. "Calm down, kid." They check and nod, letting him in and then checking Zarrons results. Jake huffs a bit. "I was trying to help you!! I lost my fiancé who was also a Kitsune and I figured I could help YOU!!" he looked upset about this. "I was literally just trying to be nice!!" He kept a grip on them with his arms, not caring about the blood. Kayla sighs. "He's just in another room, hunny.." Zarron, despite having not drank for the day, still had a noticeable amount of alcohol in his system. The fox tenses, and goes still, staring into his face silently. Jake sighs shakily, tears dripping from his eyes from the pain, as well as the fact that now he started thinking about Kye again. He releases his grip on them. "Just.. G-Go.. I'll call my b-brother-in-law.." he looked heartbroken. Carter frowns deeply. "..Daddy don't like baby.." The person sighs. "You have a noticable amount of alcohol in your system. I'll let them know." He says something into a walkie and then let's him through. Anthony quickly grabs onto Zarrons hand again, frowning deeply and hugging up to his side, this working much better with Zarron rather than karma as Zarron was much taller and he could snuggle up under his arm. Jaidan follows Vincent. The fox quickly stepped away, but didn't go, keeping their eyes on him. Kayla frowns deeply. "No, hun.. he loves you.. so, very much..." Zarron makes a face, very annoyed by this, grumbling under his breath. Vincent closes the door behind them as they both went in, the room completely dark.Jaidan quickly hugs up to Vincent's side as he knew Vincent could see much better than he could in here. "Mmf.. I can't see.." Jake pulls out his phone, struggling to see anything through his blurry vision and tears. He huffs, trying to find karma and eventually just giving up, crying harsher but keeping it quiet. "That's Wh-Why I asked if you were K-Kye.. I miss him and I C-Can't do anything to get him b-back until he gets back.. He-He did a thing that royals do and-and now he's not here.." Anthony sighs shakily, looking paranoid, and scared, holding onto Zarron tightly, glancing up at him. "M-Mmf.. P-Please don't let go of m-me.." He was clearly reliving a bad memory that was upsetting him greatly. He brings them over to a table with chairs, letting Zarron sit and quickly moving his own chair closer so he could be how they were before, wiping his eyes and pressing his face into his chest, murmuring. "..Th-They don't like d-demons.." Carter sniffles. "But daddy left baby.. Daddy don't like baby anymore.." He looked like he was about to cry, clearly upset about this. Vincent sighs. "I know. Set him down." The fox stared at him silently. Voices could be heard from afar, and quickly the fox digs in their pocket, grabs a piece of paper folded up, and hands it to him. "I've gotta go... call that number if you want to see me again." They bolt off. Zarron lets out a long sigh, rubbing his back. "Hey.. it's okay... I'll be here to protect you if anything happens, alright..?" He glances up to see the other people there. Kayla frowns even deeper. "Carter..! You do nothing but cry when he tries to do anything with you!! If anything, YOU don't like HIM!!" Jake takes it, just shoving it in his pocket, tears continuing to drip from his eyes from both the pain of his arm as well as the pain from Kye. He tries to find Karma's contact again, managing it and calling him, holding the phone to his year with his good arm, sobbing harshly now. Anthony sniffles, just keeping his head dug under Zarrons arm, crying quietly. There were several other people there, most of them men, and a few teens around Anthony's age, them all seeming calm and relaxed, not seeing to care, but Anthony continued to panic, his arms around Zarron tightly. There was a counselor as well at the head of the table, who had begun talking. Carter frowns deeper. "M-Mmf.. Ba y just wants momma most time.. Momma and daddy both hang out with sissy.. Not baby.." tears start to run down his cheeks, it clear he was feeling left out of the family as everyone always paid special attention to Athena due to her being blind. Jaidan sighs shakily, setting Clyde down carefully, quickly hugging back up to Vincent's side. "Mmf.. I set him down.."
Karma picks up quickly. "Hello?" Zarron sighs, murmuring, but fairly loud, "Anthony, it's okay. Just listen, it's alright." Kayla shakes her head. "Carter. I want you to spend the night with your father tonight." Vincent nods. "I know." He kneels down.Jaidan sighs shakily, sitting on the floor silently, not able to see anything and figuring Vincent wouldn't let anything bad happen to him. Jake sobs into the phone. "P-Please come G-Get me.. I-I-I was shot in the A-Arm and-and can't see.. P-Please.." Max was still asleep with his face dug into Karma's upper thigh. Anthony sniffles, not looking up but going silent, clearly listening now. The counselor looks over to Anthony and Zarron. "We have two new participants. Anthony and Zarron. Would you like to introduce yourselves?" It was also noticable that Zarron and Anthony were the only demons in the room. Anthony tenses, glancing up at Zarron, frowning deeply. "..M-Mmf.." Carter frowns deeper. "M-Mmf.. Baby want momma.. Momma has food and momma cuddles.." Vincent murmurs quietly to himself as he readies Clyde into the necessary position. Karma frowns deeply. "Okay, um- where are you?" Zarron makes a face. "No." He says bluntly. Kayla shakes her head. "You said daddy didn't like you. This is your time to prove to him that you like him, so you can see too that he likes you."Carter sniffles. "M-Mmf.. Momma visit..?" Jake sighs shakily. "I-In the city.. I-In a D-Dark alley.." he cries harder, it clear he wasn't okay, and most of it wasn't because of his arm, it was because of Kye, having seen Aziende bringing him so much more pain. The counselor glares at him slightly. "Please introduce yourselves, Mr. Afton and Mr. Williams." Anthony looked horrified, slowly sliding into Zarrons lap, wanting his protection. Everyone else in the group was staring at them as well. Jaidan lays back against the ground, murmuring quietly to himself as well, it clear to Vincent he was worried about doing this, not wanting to fail. Kayla shakes her head. "You don't depend on only me." Karma frowns deeply, eyes widening. "Why did you go into the city??" Zarron huffs. "Fine. I'm Zarron, and he's Anthony. He's my nephew. Anything else I need to say?" He says, boredly. Vincent sighs. "Jaidan, you'll be fine."Jaidan looks over to where he heard his voice from. "Says you, the king of hell.. I'm not even that experienced in magic things.. Yeah, I'm strong, but what if I fail..?" His voice got quieter at the last few words. "..I'm tired of failing you.." Carter wines loudly, clearly not liking this, gripping onto the pacifier tightly in his hands. "Momma not nice!!" Jake huffs a bit. "J-Just come G-Get me!!" He hangs up the phone, shoving it into his pocket weakly, pulling a picture of Kye and him out of his pocket, gripping it tightly and staring down at it, seeing both of their smiles with Emma in Kye's arms. "M-Mmf.. I miss you baby, so, so much.. I-I'll always be here for y-you.. No matter what happens between us, I'm h-here.." he pulls the glass fox out of his pocket, seeing if it had broken, not having checked since Kye disappeared, knowing he was going to be heartbroken if it had, trying to prepare himself for it. The counselor looked annoyed. "Mm. Mr. Williams." Anthony looks up slightly at them. "M-Mmf.." The counselor sighs. "You have to participate." Anthony huffs a bit, digging his face into Zarrons neck and wrapping Zarrons arms around him, his Hood up to help hide himself. He murmurs extremely quietly into Zarrons ear. "..I-I hate this.. ..I-I wish my M-Mom w-was here.." Zarron could feel Anthony's body shaking harshly as he gripped onto him. Vincent lets out a long sigh. "You're not going to fail. The people who fail at this are those who [don't] have the king of hell as their teacher. You'll be fine. You're not some average person. You're my [son]. Remember that." He ruffles his hair. Kayla was clearly getting tired of this. "Carter.." Zarron lets out a long sigh, looking up. "He's just nervous." He looks back to Anthony. "Anthony. It's okay. Just introduce yourself. Don't think about the people. Okay?" Karma huffs, and shifts Max off of him. "I need to go get Jake." The fox glistened in the light.. there was a very small indention at the heart of the fox, where glittering shards sprinkled from to the sides of the hole. Somehow Jake knew what this meant. Doubt. Not much, but it was there.Jake frowns deeply at this, crying even harder and just putting it back in his pocket where the foxes number was. Max jerks awake, breathing heavily and looking to karma, frowning deeply and grabbing him tightly, massaging his leg. "But I was warm.." Anthony sighs shakily, looking up very slightly but keeping his face hidden by his hood, his voice dropping and sounding much deeper than it normally was, him seemingly having done this on purpose, and his tears weren't noticable when he spoke. "Names Anthony. Do drugs and drink alcohol. My dad and my uncle are helping me." He quickly buries his face back into Zarrons neck. His performance of his not crying clearly had been practiced as he had done it a thousand times before. Jaidan smiles a little. "Thanks, daddy.. Thank you for always helping me.." he hugs him the best he could as he couldn't really see where he was. Carter sticks the pacifier back in his mouth, resting his head on her chest and poking Athena's cheek to try to get her attention. One of the other teenagers had muttered something quietly that was audible to Zarron. "You look super gay, dude." Karma blushes madly. He sighs shakily. "Max, he's in the city.. he's hurt..." Zarron licks something out of his teeth, simultaneously and purposefully showing them off, and glaring at the Teen, and letting out a low growl from his throat in his direction. Athena wines. Vincent hugs him back. "Of course.." Max sighs, squeezing his thigh once but then letting him get up. "Fine. But I want my cuddles when you get back." He lays his head down on a pillow, giving him his clothes. The teen rolls his eyes at him. "I'm not wrong, bro." He says, once again only Zarron able to hear. The counselor had continued talking. Anthony hears the teen this time and looks up at Zarron. "M-Mmf.. What's he saying..?" He whispers in his ear. Carter giggles, taking the pacifier out of her mouth. "Sissy!!" He pokes her again in the cheek, continuing to do it. Jaidan nuzzles him softly, pulling back. "You're the best father anyone could ever ask for, you know that..? If you weren't my father, I don't think I'd still be here.." he smiles weakly at him, knowing he'd be able to see it. Karma nods, and quickly heads out. Athena squirms away. Vincent laughs nervously. "Mm.." The counselor smiles at Anthony and zarron. "Thank you." The teen rolls his eyes at him. "I'm not wrong, bro." He says, once again only Zarron able to hear. The counselor had continued talking. Anthony hears the teen this time and looks up at Zarron. "M-Mmf.. What's he saying..?" He whispers in his ear. Max sighs, snuggling up and waiting. Jake just continued to cry, waiting for karma as he struggled to stay conscious, going in and out die to the blood loss, trying to dig the bullet out. Carter wines. "Baby playing with sissy!!" Jaidan finds his face and kisses his cheek softly, sitting back down and sighing. "so.. um.. first off I can't see, so... Secondly, Wha'do I do for this..?" Karma quickly flies to the city. Athena screams as she squirms away again, and falls off, gasping for air as it had been knocked out of her. Kayla's eyes widen. "Carter!!" She grabs him harshly, putting him against the pillow and getting off the bed to go to Athena. Vincent sighs. "You'll need to do the ritual. Saying the string of words needed for this one should do it." Zarron huffs, leaning back in his chair. "Don't worry about it. It's best not to indulge." Anthony sighs shakily. "Mmf.." the teen whispers to Anthony. "I said you look gay, dude." Anthony stiffens and he slowly picks his head up, and looking to the teen, a look of pure hatred in his eyes, one that showed if someone didn't stop him, he'd kill him on the spot, growling under his breath. Carter looked horrified, letting his pacifier fall out of his mouth and into his hand, looking scared now. "S-Sissy.. B-Baby killed S-Sissy..?" He looked terrified. Jaidan nods a bit. "So.. I just repeat the words you tell me and then he's alive..?" He was clearly confused. Jake's head had fallen back but he kept hanging on just that little amount, knowing he needed to stay awake. Once he saw karma, he murmurs quietly. "..K-Karma.." Zarron groans. "As if my headache wasn't bad enough.." he grabs him by the back of his shirt as a precaution. "Just let it go. He's only saying it to get on your nerves." Kayla sighs shakily, holding Athena close, tears bursting from her eyes, just out of worry, as she held her tight, curled up with her on the ground. Vincent tilts his head. "Mm.. sort of. Though, You've gotta kill him first..." just by his words, it was clear he was apprehensive about this. Karma quickly finds him, and runs to him. "I'm here!" Anthony huffs, glaring harshly at the teen. He slams his head gently back onto Zarrons shoulder, digging his face back into his neck. The teen chuckles, clearly amused by this. Carter looked extremely upset now, thinking he killed Athena and bursts into tears as well, hiding himself under the blankets and pillows. Jaidan nods. "I'm good at killing people, that's fine." Jake groans quietly, reaching his bloody hand that was digging for the bullet out to karma, grabbing his hand, not seemingly caring about getting blood on him. He grips it weakly, squeezing it the best he could.
Zarron takes a deep breath, and looks to the counselor, just trying to listen. Kayla gulps. "Carter.. you [can't] do that.." Vincent frowns. "Mm.. they have to die the same way the person you're trying to bring back, died.." Karma sighs shakily. "Geez.. where is it?" Carter cries even harder. "B-Baby killed s-s-sissy!!" It was clear he felt extremely guilty. Jaidan frowns deeply. "Mmf.. But.. How.. How do I get him.. to do.. that..? He's not unstable like me.. It's not that simple to get someone to decide to do that.." Jake brings karma's hand to his shoulder, resting his hand over to wound and coughing a bit, clearly trying to use his hand to dig the bullet out, but what he didn't realize, is that the bullet had an exit hole in the back of his shoulder, but karma could see this, so his digging was useless, the wound just needed to be sealed and cleaned on both sides. Anthony was clearly starting to doze off, snuggled up to Zarron with his face still hidden in his neck, it quite clear to Zarron that he was comfortable with him enough to let his guard down and let him protect him. The counselor continued to talk to everyone, not once looking back to Zarron and Anthony, bit several papers had been passed out to everyone to take home with them afterwards, them continuing to talk and calling on people to share their experiences, eventually looking to Anthony and Zarron, speaking to Zarron. "Would you like to tell us what made you start with alcohol and/or drugs?" Kayla squeezes her eyes shut. "No.. just please be careful.." Vincent looks off. "You force them.." he murmurs, quietly. "Like I did him..." Karma's eyes widen at this, and he quickly grabs his hand and pulls it away. "Stop it. Doing that is only making it worse." Zarron frowns deeply. "Uh.." he should've known this was going to happen. He shakes his head weakly to clear his mind, seeing that Anthony was dosing off, and lets out a long sigh, murmuring, though loud enough for them all to hear. "My father.." Jake groans quietly. "G-Get the bullet out.." he grabs onto his shirt, clearly just needing to be positive that he stayed, not wanting him to ditch him. Everyone seemed a bit confused. The counselor sighs. "What did he do that caused you to do it?" Carter sniffles, peeking off the side of the bed down at Athena, reaching his hand down, trying to get to her, clearly wanting to apologize. "Sissy...?" Jaidan frowns deeper. "Mmf.. HOW though..? It can't be that simple.. I don't have anything to make him wanna die.." Karma shakes his head. "We just need to clean and bandage it.." Zarron frowns deeper, struggling to find his words. "He.. Mm..." he sighs. "He hated me.. [hates] me... he abused me... and.." he pauses, letting out a longer sigh. "He gave me this scar.." he shifts his hair so the stitches became the part, and so they could all see. He wasn't self conscious about it really, just angry. He murmurs, "Among others.." Athena was shaking horribly. She clutched onto Kayla like she thought she [was] going to die. Vincent lets out a quiet, flat laugh. "You get rid of the things that make him want to [live].." he stared at the ground with a look of pure hatred. Hatred, solely aimed at himself.
Jaidan moves over to Vincent, pulling him into a tight, comforting hug. "I know I'm not the perfect son or anything.. But.. I love you so much and think you're the coolest and most generous person I know.. Everything I've ever learned has been from you.. When I dropped out of school because of the Schizophrenia, you were there to support me and sit with me and talk to me.. You were the one who bought me my plush after my first attack when I was seven.. You're the one who no matter how bad a fight is, always comes around to help me.. You're the one who's loved me since the day I was born when I mother wouldn't.. YOU are the ONLY reason I am still here today.. Yes, Jake and several other people have stopped me from hurting myself.. But who has always been there for me to talk to and who has been the one who would lay with me and watch over me to make sure I didn't do anything.. Who used to get up in the middle of the night with me when I was sick and rub my back and cuddle me.. Who STILL gets up in the middle of the night when I'm sick to lay with me.. Who loves me unconditionally and gives me everything I could possibly need.. You.. You do, daddy.. You are so amazing.. Even if you weren't the king of hell and we were just some poor humans on the side of the road.. I know for a fact you'd still do all those things for me.. That's just who you are.." Carter sniffles. "Baby w-wanna say sowwy to sissy, m-momma.." everyone gasps besides the counselor but the counselor quickly quieted them down. "I'm very sorry to hear that." They looked to Anthony. "How about you, Mr. Williams?" Anthony, obviously didn't answer as he was asleep, and the counselor says his name again. "Mr. Williams?" Jake sighs shakily, letting his head fall back again, coughing a bit again. "..It h-hurts.." He sighs shakily. "J-Just lick up some of Th-The blood.. P-Please.." Vincent nuzzles him, tears welling up in his eyes. "I love you, so much, Jaidan.." Zarron makes an awkward face. "He um... he's asleep..." Karma sighs. "No, Jake.. I don't want it to get infected.." Athena hugs her tighter. Kayla shakes her head. "She wasn't want an apology.." Jake huffs a bit. "Th-Then close the (c)darn wound and take m-me home.. P-Please.." he looked desperate. The counselor huffs a bit. "Wake him up then. Now." Anthony was sound asleep with his head on Zarrons shoulder. Carter wines a bit, flipping off the bed so that he landed in Kayla's arms as well, trying to snuggle up to Athena. "Baby sad.. Sissy don't like baby now.." Jaidan nuzzles him back. "I love you too, daddy.." he held onto him tightly. "I could literally write 1000 pages on everything you've done for me and it still wouldn't be enough.." he kisses his cheek softly. "You've done more for me than anyone has ever done for anyone.. You've ALWAYS put me first before yourself.. And.. Mmf.. I know you don't do that for a lot of people, and um.. It makes me feel special.." he smiles a bit at him. Karma lets out a long sigh, ripping his shirt and wrapping it around both sides of the wound. "Burning it shut wouldn't be the best idea right now.. I have stuff at my house to fix it properly.." he starts them heading there. Zarron bites his lip, shaking Anthony lightly, not wanting to hurt him as he did this, but it being enough to potentially do the trick. Kayla huffs, angry, quickly shoving Carter down and getting up solely with Athena as she cried out. Vincent sighs shakily, hugging him tightly. "That's because you [are] special.." Jake sighs shakily, groaning and just sitting there. "C-Can I have C-Cuddles when Y-You're done doing wh-whatever with it..? I-I miss K-Kye and-and his soft fox c-cuddles.. H-He'd rub his ears on m-me and it W-Would make me f-feel good.. B-But now he's N-Not here so I-I don't get A-ANY cuddles N-Now.." Jaidan smiles a bit more. "Thank you, daddy.." he squeezes him as tight as he could. "So.. Can you help me find something I can take away from him to make him do that..?" Carter now looked even more upset, and not knowing what to do, just curls up on the floor, shaking and wining quietly. Anthony jerks awake quickly, gasping for a breath, clearly startled. The counselor sighs. "Mr. Williams." Anthony looks over. "M-Mmf.." The counselor sighs. "What caused you to get on drugs and/or use alcohol?" Anthony frowns deeply, shadowing his face again with his Hood. "I'm an orphan, have no relatives that are trackable, I had to pull the plug on my mother when I was 13. She got in a wreck when I was 11 and I stayed in the hospital with her for two years. Once I pulled the plug on her, I sold the house I lived in, bought a crappy apartment, buy and sold drugs for a while. Then, Zarrons brother, karma, my current father, took me in and him and his fiancé have been taking care of me ever since. He got me off drugs almost completely and I've only had like two alcoholic beverages since I've been with him, and they were very little alcohol." The counselor made a sound of understanding. "Ah. Alright." They didn't seem to care as much about the two of them as much as they did everyone else, quickly moving onto the next person. Anthony was clearly not doing okay, his nails dug into Zarrons back as he shook slightly, trying to hide it. He murmurs to Zarron extremely quietly. "..I-I'm h-having a panic attack I-I think.." he lets him see his face, which was extremely pained, holding back sobs and tears, clutching onto him tightly. Karma nods. "Course..." Vincent nods. "Mmhm.." Kayla quickly leaves the room. Zarron frowns deeply, glaring momentarily at the counselor, and rubbing Anthony's back. "It's alright.. I'm here... take deep breaths, it's okay..."Anthony found this quite comforting actually. He rests his head on Zarrons chest, taking deep breaths, just letting his guard down again and letting Zarron hold and protect him. He starts to cry softly into Zarrons neck, but not as bad as it would have been. He murmurs quietly. "...Th-They don't E-Even care..." Jake sighs shakily, groaning quietly and as they walked into the house, Max yelled out, seeming meant for karma. "I'm still waiting for my cuddles!!" Jake huffs a bit, lifting his head up weakly, clearly struggling but managing. "It's still b-bleeding, K-Karma.." Jaidan sighs, glancing at Clyde. "He ain't gunna wake up, right?" Carter just puts his pacifier back in, curling up into a tight ball as he continued to cry. Harry walks out of the bathroom and sees Carter, frowning a bit and scooping him up, calling Kayla's phone. Zarron nuzzles him gently. "I know.." he says, sombrely. Karma murmurs, "I know.." he wheels him to the bathroom, grabbing his medical supplies from there. Vincent shifts uncomfortably. "He might.." Kayla doesn't pick up, cursing under her breath. Quickly she sets it elsewhere and just keeps moving as far from it as she could. Harry let's out a long sigh, looking down at Carter and nuzzling him softly. "Do you want to go to your daddy, sweetheart..?" Carter sniffles, gripping onto him tightly and nodding rapidly. Harry nods back. "Okay, hun." He walks to Aaron's room, knocking on the door. Aaron sighs. "Come in!" Harry does so, going over to the bed with Carter. "Hey.. I don't know where Kayla went and she ain't picking up the phone and um.. Carter was just laying on the floor crying.." Carter frantically reaches for Aaron. Aaron looked extremely confused on why Carter wanted this, but takes him, even more surprised when he cuddles up to him. He smiles at Harry. "Thank you.." Harry nods, leaving. Jake sighs shakily, shifting himself out of his shirt and setting it on the floor, figuring he could do something with it later. "M-Mmf.. You C-Can't put me on the edge of we cuddle on the couch B-By the way.. Cuz if my legs fall off Th-Then I can't really get Th-Them up from that position very easily.." he had let his head fall back again. Max was waiting impatiently, still exactly where karma left him, unclothed as he just waited under the blanket for him, clearly excited. Jaidan sighs and nods. He uses his magic to produce rope and cloth. He ties Clyde up, covers his eyes with some of the cloth, and then making a gag so he couldn't speak, looking back to Vincent. "Now that won't be a problem." Anthony sighs shakily, sniffling and just keeping his head where it was against his neck. A few minutes later, the meeting ended and the counselor dismissed them, everyone starting to get up. Anthony heard this and weakly gets out of his lap and grabs his hand, staring downwards. "M-Mmf.. Can W-We just go s-somewhere out of H-Here, Zarron...?" Karma nods. "That's fine.." Vincent nods. Zarron lets out a long sigh, rubbing his head for a moment before nodding. His headache had only gotten worse. Anthony could see the pain on his face and sighs, and once they got outside, he puts his back up against him. "Get on my back. I need the exercise anyway." Once karma had dealt with his shoulder, he tries to use his arm, able to use it enough and just stripping out of his clothes and letting himself just be in his scale clothing. He wheels out to where Max was, and instantly chuckles at Max. Max was sprawled out on the couch waiting for karma without the blanket on anymore, covering himself up only a little when Jake came but then seeing karma and giggling. "Come cuddle now." Jake giggles as well. "I'm coming too..!!" Max nods to him, as Jake carefully got himself onto the couch, laying behind Max. Max Pat's in front of him for Karma. "Come onnnnn.." Jaidan sighs, standing up and helping Vincent up, holding his hand tightly. "Now um. Where's the door? Still can't see very well." Aaron smiles a bit at Carter, kissing him softly. He gets up and searches around for Kayla while bouncing Carter gently. Zarron raises an eyebrow. "What? No.." karma lets out a long sigh, going over. Vincent helps him to it. Kayla was back in the garden, crying silently, holding Athena close. Aaron sees this and his smile drops instantly. He carefully walks over and kneels down to her, putting a hand on her cheek. "What's going on, sweetheart..?" Carter looked a bit scared of Kayla, pressing himself up against Aaron's chest. Anthony huffs a bit. "Get. On. I can see you're in pain. And I've got some drugs that'll be out of your system within a few days, so let's go, yeah? I definitely need it." Max quickly pulls karma's clothes off of him, pulling him onto the couch with them and pressing their chests together, nuzzling him softly and entering into a passionate kiss. Jake had his charm on slightly, staring at both of them, clearly happy just watching them. Max nuzzles him as he pulls back slightly from the kiss. "Mm..~ Can we just stay like this forever..~?" He nuzzles his face into his neck, kissing it gently. Jaidan sighs, opening it and going back out into the basement. "Soooo.. How do we find out?" Vincent sighs, following. "Research. Find family, friends, work, school, etc." Kayla sighs shakily, tensing. "Go away.." she murmurs. Zarron frowns deeply. "Mmf.." carefully, he does so. Karma laughs awkwardly, nuzzling him back.
Max sighs shakily, using his still semi-hurt arm to wrap around him, smiling a bit at it. "It's getting better and I'm able to use it more.." Jake smiles a bit at this as well, nuzzling Max's back, using his magic to warm all three of them under the blanket. Jaidan smiles brightly. "Maybe Logan can help!! He's really really really good at stuff like that!! He's where I got my fake ID's when I was younger." He giggles, knowing that Logan and Vincent were at least speaking at this point. Anthony grunts a bit, readjusting him and teleporting to Zarrons house in Canada, letting out a long sigh, having Remembered this house and sets him down on the couch. He uses his magic to produce several joints and other things, showing them to him. "Have your pick. The weed will be out of your system within a few days, and it feels really nice and some of this stuff you snort and other stuff you eat. Take what you want." Aaron frowns deeply at this, setting Carter down away from Kayla and hugging her tightly, kissing her cheek gently. "Sweetheart.."
Karma smiles brightly. "Good.." Vincent nods. "Mm.." Zarron lets out a long sigh, taking one of the joints. "Thanks.." Kayla was shaking a little, and cries harsher, holding Athena tighter. Jaidan giggles a bit, grabbing Vincent's hand and heading up to the room Logan was in with him. Logan was laying on the bed. Zarelli was sitting on his stomach as they signed to each other, both of them smiling. Liam was asleep next to Logan, tear stains on his cheeks, it clear he had been crying. Jonah wasn't there, seemingly not at the house. Jaidan frowns deeply as he sees Liam, his entire mood dropping. "M-Mmf.. Daddy.. Liam's sad.." he stood in the doorway, staring at Liam. He looks up at Vincent. "He's been really sad since he got here.. Do you know why..?" Max sighs lightly, clearly happy with him, and enjoying Jake's warmth. He leaves a trail of kisses down karma's neck, breathing heavily and pressing himself against him, whispering something in his ear quietly, and Jake hears this, bursting out into laughter. Aaron frowns even deeper. "Mmf.. Baby.." he holds her and Athena close. "Please.. Tell me what happened.." Anthony nods. "Mmhm. Can't tell my dad though. He'll kill you for letting me and kill me for doing it." He lights his own and Zarrons joint, laying down and resting his head in Zarron's lap and blowing the smoke up into his face, smiling a little at him, clearly trying to be comforting. "Um.. I was uh wondering.. If.. If I could see under your bandana..?" He quickly adds. "I-It's okay if I can't!! I just.. I was just wondering.." he was clearly trying to comfort him, not wanting to upset him or force him, knowing it was probably a sensitive subject. Vincent sets out a long sigh. "No." He says bluntly. Zarron stares at him blankly, with an unchanging frown. "No." He says bluntly. Karma blushes madly, and frowns deeply. "Max!" He hisses. Kayla sniffles. "He pushed her off.." Jake continues laughing. "DUDE!! HE'S NOT GUNNA DO THAT IN FRONT OF ME!!" he laughs harder. Max huffs a bit, just grabbing onto Karma and massaging his back, nuzzling him softly and smirking a bit at him. "You are no fun, baby.." he presses his face into his neck. Anthony nods. "That's fine. I was just asking. I didn't want to force you." He sighs, staring up at the ceiling. After several minutes, he mutters. "Have you ever felt like the whole world is against you and nobody truly understands what you're going through even though you know people have..?" Jaidan sighs shakily. "Mmf.." he walks over to the bed, moving to Liam and pulling him up into a hug, nuzzling him to wake him up. Liam groans quietly, looking up at him and sighing shakily, digging his face into his chest as he began to cry again. Jaidan frowns deeper, rubbing his back as he held him close, gesturing for Vincent to talk to Logan first. Logan glances at Vincent, continuing to sign with Zarelli, Zarelli clearly not having seen Vincent yet. Logan smiles at Zarelli, signing one last thing. Zarelli nods to him and lays down on his chest, resting her head on his chest facing away from Vincent. Logan looks to Vincent. "What's up?" Aaron glances at Carter. "M-Mmf.. I'm sorry.. I.. Mmf.. I-I'm sorry.. Harry brought him to me and said he was on the floor c-crying, so.. I-I thought maybe he had just fallen off the bed or something and-and that's why he was crying.." he now looked guilty, despite the fact that it wasn't his fault. Zarron stares at him blankly. "Yes." Karma blushes harder, wining. Vincent looks to him. "We need you to do something." Kayla whimpers a little. "She's hurt, Aaron.."Aaron eyes widen and he snatches Athena from her before she could do anything about it, examining her throughly. "Hey, baby girl.. Can you hear me..?" Anthony sighs, nodding. "That's literally my life.. I know people have gone through similar things as me and whatnot but it really doesn't feel like it.. I never had a father and my mother got in a car accident.. And then two years later I had to make the choice to pull the plug on her.. I think I left that hospital once in those two years.. Eventually, my friends stopped coming to see me.. I had no family to support me.. My mom was literally the only person I had left and she was so, SO, caring and generous.. She was one of the most amazing people I've ever met.. Then, when I joined back into school, Levi and I became friends and stuff and he told me about his Schizophrenia and everything else and I told him I was cool with it and I'd always be there for him.. I literally went home and researched and found everything I could on it so I could make sure I could properly help and support him if anything ever happened like attacks and stuff.. And I know you're supposed to make them feel safe and if you know what they like or what calms them down, let them do it or help them with it.. Stuff like that.. Levi has always talked about this little boy named Zul, and about how he was the most amazing person in the world, and when I finally met him, I understood why.. He's so protective over him, he loves him, he supports him.. All the things I wish I had had when I was going through the stuff with my mom.. I just.. I wish I had met karma and everyone earlier.. I.. I feel like my life would be so much better if I had.." he looks to him. "It might just be the drugs making me say all this crap to you but I do genuinely trust you.. A lot, actually.." He smiles at him. Jake looked amused, just watching silently. Max let's go of him, moving his hand up to around Karma's body, holding him close. He giggles a bit. "I love how I'm the taller one and should be the one holding and cuddling you but you're the one who actually holds and cuddles me.. I'm literally like 5 inches taller than you.." he kisses his cheek softly. Logan sighs. "What is it, dad? Zarelli needs a nap so I have to take her with me whatever it is."
Athena wines loudly, clutching onto him tightly. Kayla frowns deeply. Zarron continues to stare blankly. The weed had been effecting him... in an interesting way. After a while, he says, "You have a parasite." Karma frowns deeply. He didn't like this at all. "What..?" He looked hurt, and confused. Vincent makes a disgusted face. "Do you [seriously] have to bring the child?"Logan glares harshly at him, growling under his breath. "She can't hear, stupid. If anything were to happen, she wouldn't know until it already happened. I do NOT leave her alone. She's ALWAYS with someone I trust. And frankly, I'm not sure why I let you hold her." He had his arms wrapped around Zarelli protectively. "I'm not going to be like my own father who literally left for years at a time and when he did come, he didn't talk to me. I'm not going to be an absent father who doesn't care about my child. I actually love her and I want her to feel loved." He quickly looks away as tears built up in his eyes. Jaidan frowns deeply at Logan, glancing at Vincent but quickly just looking down at Liam and paying attention to him, knowing if Vincent wanted him to leave he'd say so, and if he wanted him to stay, he'd leave him alone, just tuning out their conversation. Logan looked quite upset now, it true he had and still did feel like Vincent didn't love him, and only came to see Jaidan and Addison. Max notices this and sighs shakily. "I was just kidding, baby.. I was just saying that it probably looks weird when I'm crying and stuff and you're holding me but I haven't had a chance to really hold you and make you feel better.. You've just always done it for me.." Jake nuzzles Max's back softly at an attempt to be comforting. Anthony jerks his head to look at him, staring at him like he was crazy. "I ain't got no parasite, fam. I'm just high, stupid." Aaron nuzzles Athena's cheek softly. "Can you tell me what hurts, baby girl..?" Vincent frowns deeply, his eyes widening a little, and he goes completely silent, a hush falling over the room. He stared with his mouth parted slightly open in shock for quite some time, before he snaps his jaw shut and looks away. He hugs his arms to each other, sinking back, shifting his shoulders and spine in a way that was meant to make him look smaller as he tensed, though despite this he still towered over them all, even though it had worked. Karma's eyes soften. "Oh.." Zarron tilts his head. "Yes you do." He raises his hand, and sticks his pointer finger against Anthony's forehead. "In here." Athena whimpers. "E-Everything.."
Jaidan notices Vincent's reaction and felt the need to stick up for him, looking to Logan with a blank expression. He sets Liam down as he had fallen asleep again, then grabbing Zarelli carefully, setting her next to Liam. He quickly disconnects both his arms and his metal leg, holding them out to him. "You see these? I know they aren't the original set but do you know who BUILT the original set? Do you know who made sure you'd be able to live a happy, healthy life, and be able to raise a family as you are doing? The man standing next to this bed did. Our father. He's done SO much for you. He could EASILY take EVERYTHING away from you in a split second. That house you live in, is his. Your phone bill is paid for by him. Your grocery bill is paid by him. Zarelli's doctor bills as well as everyone else in your household is paid by him. The computer you do everything on was paid for by him. Your car was paid for by him. That isn't even HALF of everything he has given you. And if you seriously can't respect him enough to just help him out for ONCE in your life, then maybe you don't deserve this family. Our father is the most amazing, kind hearted, beautiful person I know. And I would let EVERYONE in this world die in front of my eyes if it meant he would live. He is the ONLY person that has kept our family alive. Oh! And who do you think helped you until you were stable enough to get to the hospital when you lost your limbs? He did. I find it quite disgusting when his own son, you, treat him like he's a piece of trash. He doesn't deserve that. He deserves to be loved by all of us." Logan was shaking a bit now, flashbacks from losing his limbs hitting him as well and causing him to shake more. "M-Mmf.." Jaidan reconnects all his limbs and quickly gets up and moves over to Vincent, pulling him so he was sitting on the bed and quickly sitting next to him, pulling him into a tight hug. "Hey, hey.. It's okay.. I'm right here just like I said I always would be.." he nuzzles him softly and kisses his cheek gently. Logan's bottom lip was quivering as he stared at Vincent, it clear he hadn't actually realized how much Vincent had given him, tears dripping slowly from his eyes. He murmurs quietly to him. "..D-Do.. ..D-Do you l-love me..?" He looked a bit hopeful now, but not wanting to get his hopes up too high as he knew he could very well be rejected. Anthony huffs a bit. "Yea, I do. It's called mental illness, dumbass." Aaron kisses her softly, using the little magic he knew how to use, to warm her soothingly. "Daddy's right here, sweetheart.. It's okay.." Max sighs shakily. "You've always comforted me, and held me, and cuddled me when I was upset or sad.. You've always been there for me since the moment we met.. I've never had my chance to try to do the same for you.. I just.. I want to be enough for you.. I NEED to be enough for you.. I'm willing to do ANYTHING to make you happy.. Your smile is the one thing in my life that brings me pure joy and happiness.." Jake listened to this, his eyes tearing up slightly as he thought about this, this being the exact same way he felt about Kye. Every time he saw him smile, he felt like everything was going to be okay, feeling like no matter what, they'd make it. Vincent sighs shakily, his eyes soft, and warm. "Yes, Logan.." he lets out a flat laugh, smiling awkwardly as he looked away. "If I didn't... you'd [know].." Athena nuzzles his chest. Zarron sighs, shaking his head. "No. In your [thoughts]." Karma kisses him softly. "Don't worry about that.." he smiles at him warmly. "Your being here is all I need to be content.. no more.." Max smiles a bit back at him, kissing his lips softly and smiling a bit more. He brings his bad hand up to karma's face, his arm and hand shaking a bit but it was clear he was trying. He cups his cheek in his hand and rubs it the best he could with his thumb, clearly trying to show him how much better it had gotten, liking when karma was proud of him. Logan shakily sits up and moves closer to Vincent. Jaidan quickly moves back. Logan moves into Vincent's lap as he had watched Jaidan do it a thousand times. He wraps his arms over his shoulders and around his neck, hugging him tightly as he cried softly into his shoulder, it clear this had made him so much happier, feeling now he had someone who understood some of his struggles, and just holds onto him as tight as he could. Jaidan murmurs in Vincent's ear. "He really really loves you.. Not as much as me obviously, but he does love you.. He just needs some extra affection maybe.." Aaron sighs shakily, pushing Carter closer to Kayla. "I'm holding Athena." He holds her closely and snuggly to his chest. Anthony rolls his eyes at him, putting several pills in his own mouth and swallowing them. "No. You're just high and being annoying. Take this. It'll make you sleepy." He puts a pill up to his mouth that was recognizable as Xanax. Karma nuzzles his cheek against his hand, looking into his eyes with a loving expression. Vincent smiles a little. "Aha.." he rubs his back softly. Kayla frowns deeply, and gets up, stepping away from Carter, glaring at him. Zarron scoffs lightly and takes it. "You're wrong." Anthony rolls his eyes again. "Mm. Whatever." He snuggles up in his lap, putting out his joint and sighing lightly. "I think I'd much rather prefer you drunk." Aaron now looked mad. "Are you seriously not going to hold him because he accidentally pushed her off the bed?" He quickly scoops up Carter in his other arms, holding them both tight to his chest. Carter looked broken, no tears falling as he just stared at the ground with his pacifier in his mouth, not wanting to move, or speak, or do anything. Logan sniffles, continuing to cry into his shoulder, his cries getting harsher as some of his best friends last words ran through his brain. He murmurs quietly to Vincent so Jaidan couldn't hear. "...O-One of the last things h-he said b-before he died.. ..H-He said that I couldn't live in the p-past forever.. And.. And that I-I would find a w-way to move on and be okay.. ..I-I think I'll b-be okay with Y-You.." tears run down his cheeks faster, and to Vincent, it was clear how upset he was. He grips onto something tightly into his pocket, it seemingly a photo as it was sticking out slightly. "..I-I wish you had met him while he W-Was alive.. ..He's.. He's in hell.. H-He's so beautiful, and his smile could l-literally make Y-You smile so f-fast.." Jake slides off the couch and into his wheelchair, grabbing his clothes and setting them in his wheelchair with him. He murmurs to Max that he'd be back and heads to Anthony room, calling the number the fox had given him. Max smiles a little more at him, pulling him closer and then on top of him as it was now just them on the couch, keeping his hand on his cheek, eventually having to drop it but feeling proud of himself anyway. "I love you so much, karma.. Your smile is so, so beautiful.." he hugs him tightly with his good arm. Zarron makes a face. "Thanks." He says, sarcastically. Kayla's eyes go soft, her mood [completely] changing. "I-I.. n-no.." she looked desperate, shocked, and terrified. Vincent's eyes widen a little. He was shocked beyond believe at all of his new friendliness, but these words surprised him the most. After a few rings, it picks up. Karma hugs him back. "I love you too.."Max sighs shakily, flipping him back off of him and just cuddling up close to him, snuggling his head up into his neck, shoulder, and chest, his leg wrapping over him. "Mmf.. can we sleep or something..?" He giggles a bit. "I need my sleep cuddles.." he was clearly just trying to be cute, smiling childishly at him. Anthony huffs, elbowing Zarron in the crotch. "Just shut up and wait for everything else in me to kick in. I'm not high enough yet to deal with you." He summons a bottle of alcohol, opening it and taking a large gulp out of it. Aaron scoffs. "Can you not see how hurt he is?" He holds Carter out to her. Carter looked a bit afraid of her still, tensing slightly. Jake sighs shakily. "Mmf.. It's Jake.." Logan sighs shakily, looking up at him with desperate eyes. "L-Later.. A-After I do whatever you G-Guys need.. C-Could.. Could you take m-me to see him..? J-Just.. Just for a few m-minutes.. P-Please.." Karma chuckles, nodding. Zarron lets out a loud yell of pain, quickly crumpling to protect it, looking confused and bewildered, and as he gets the bottle, his eyes widen, and he gives him a betrayed, hurt expression... mixed with no shortage of desperation. Kayla frowns deeply, twitching hesitantly, as she really didn't want to take him, but gulps, doing so with shaky arms anyways, needing Aaron far more than she needed her opinions on the matter. The fox takes quite a lot of time before they say, "Hello, Jake." Vincent pauses, going silent as he stares at him. He lets out a long sigh after a while, and nods. Jake sighs shakily, sounding sad. "Hey.. What're you doing?" Max looked happy with this, hugging him tightly and making sure they were both covered with the blanket and warm, also enjoying the heat and warmth from karma's body, it clearly being quite comforting to him. Anthony chuckles a bit at him. "You are gunna get wicked tired if you drink some with that Xanax." He summons a cup as well, pouring a small amount in it and giving it to him. "Don't ask for more cuz you ain't getting any." He drinks the rest of the bottle quickly. Logan looked extremely happy with this, nuzzling Vincent's chest softly. Jaidan huffs a bit. "Can we please get back on track now? You can deal with catching up later." Logan looks up at Vincent, nodding a bit. "What did you need me to do..?" Carter stares up at her with fearful eyes, shaking a bit. "M-Mmf.. Momma not nice.. Momma leave baby.." He murmurs extremely quietly. Aaron huffs. "Let your mother hold you, Carter." He was rubbing Athena's head softly and rubbing her back as he bounces her gently in his arms. The fox pauses again. "Hiding." Zarron purses his lips, just quickly and clearly desperately taking it and gulping it down, letting out a relieved sigh. Vincent sighs. "We need you to research someone." Kayla looks away, really not like being with him at the moment, but says nothing to Carter. "Aaron.." she murmurs, very quietly, in a slight wine, with a shake. Aaron glares at her slightly. "What, Kayla?" Jake lets out a long sigh. "Mm.. Where at? I'm bored and the only other people in this house are a couple and they're cuddling on the couch together. I'm lonely." Anthony sighs, closing his eyes and cuddling up to Zarrons stomach. "Mm.. You're warm.." Logan's eyes light up. "Awesome! Do you have a computer I can use??" Vincent nods. Zarron frowns deeply, and shoves him away. Kayla looked absolutely crushed by his look, tears immediately surging to her eyes, and she squeezes them shut, looking away immediately and tensing as she tried not to cry. The fox again, pauses. "City. I'll come." Jake sighs shakily. "Okay. Cool. Can't wait." Aaron looked equally upset, just holding Athena carefully and singing quietly to her in a shaky voice. Carter was clearly conflicted, wanting to comfort Kayla, but also still scared and upset, bit he chooses comfort, and puts his hand up to her cheek, rubbing it softly. Anthony glares up at him. "You have a clingy, scary daughter and 5 fox pups. I don't think me cuddling with you is anything." He cuddles back up to him, nuzzling his stomach softly. "She is really freaking scary, though." Logan looked excited, and moves Liam's arm over Zarelli so they were close, covering them both with the blanket. Jaidan stands up. "We going to your office, daddy?" Logan stands up as well. The fox hangs up. Zarron frowns deeper. "She's not my daughter.." Vincent nods, and heads out to it. Kayla hated that he touched her, but she could do nothing about it. She had gone pale, and tears began to drip from her eyes in quick succession, quickly continuing more rapidly and stronger. Jake sighs shakily, getting his pants on and just staying in his wheelchair and leaving his shirt off, waiting silently for the fox. Anthony rolls his eyes. "Yes, yes, Levi told me. Originally Kye's but that you're a better parent. Kye tried to kill me the first time we met, so." Logan follows quickly. Jaidan grabs Vincent's hand, holding it tightly. Logan glances up at Vincent. "Um.. I know that uh.. I didn't really invite you guys to my wedding and um.. I'm really really sorry about that.." Carter quickly takes his hand away, squirming out of her arms until he hit the ground, frantically walking and crawling away from them and away from the castle, heading straight for the city. Aaron hadn't noticed yet as he was paying attention to Athena. Eventually, there was a sharp rapping on the window. Zarron frowns deeper. "I don't want her." Vincent purses his lips, looking away. He was clearly upset about this, but he said nothing. Kayla does notice, but she didn't want to intervene. She squirmed in her skin, however, and quickly gets up to grab him. It was better than dealing with Aaron yelling at her later. Jake smiles a little and wheels himself over to the window, opening it and moving back. Anthony let's out a long sigh. "Here's the thing. If you've been raising her, she needs to gain Kye's trust like she has with you. And you can't just ditch her with him and not let her see you, okay? You've just gotta make sure she's comfortable wherever she's at cuz if she's not, she'll kill us all." He wasn't even looking at Zarron, staring at the wall. Carter wines loudly, trying to get away from her again, it clear he was quite upset now as he and Kayla had always been extremely close. Logan moves up against Vincent's side and nuzzles it. "Mmf.." Jaidan opens his office door and goes in, quickly grabbing his plush as he had left it in there, putting it in his pocket. Logan sees it and smirks but quickly drops it, remembering he was friendly with them now. He moves over to the computer, sitting in the chair. "Anything you need saved first? Also, writing everything down you know about them." Zarron makes a face, looking away. "Mmf..." Aziende hops into the room. Kayla keeps him held tight. "Aaron..." she murmurs again. Vincent shakes his head. Jaidan wrote down e erythung he knew himself, writing, "Clyde" and "male". He looks to Vincent. "You have anything else?" Logan glares slightly at Jaidan. "You really think a gender and a first name helps me at all?" He looks to Vincent. "Please tell me you have ANYTHING else?" Carter starts to cry. Aaron glances over, huffing and getting up. "I'm taking both of them." He snatches Carter from her, walking quickly towards the city as tears ran down his cheeks quickly. Jake smiles at them, wheeling himself over to the bed and sitting in it, patting next to him for them to come over. "You do, remind me of Kye.. A lot.." he smiles a bit, admiring them and just examining them. "A lot of people see him as a monster and that he's just some horrible person but he's actually so so sweet and he makes sure I'm okay and the kids are okay.." Anthony sighs, looking up at him. "Kids hate getting abandoned. Just as much as adults, but it hurts a child so much more most of the time because they've become attached to the person. If you just drop her off with Kye and leave, that's a wound that'll never heal. You can't do that to her, alright? That is something that she will never forget and that will haunt her for the rest of her life, knowing that someone she trusted left her to die."
