Levi stirs, sitting up and looking around for Kye or Sasha. Emma stirs, seeing that she wasn't with Zul and starting to cry loudly. Olivia groans awake and looks to Emma and sitting up, picking her up and going out to the couch. They were gone, and the boat was stopped at a dock, though not the one they started at. Zul was sitting there, practicing his magic, as it formed and dissipated rhythmically. Olivia sighs shakily. "Zul..? Can you hold your sister for a little bit..?" Emma stops crying and just wines quietly once she sees Zul. Levi looks a little scared and gets up, carefully getting off the boat and looking around, screaming for Kye. "DADDY!! WHERE ARE YOU?!" Zul glances at them. "Yeah.." his eyes were red and puffy, and there were tear stains on his cheeks. Nobody came. Levi starts to cry, looking around frantically. Olivia frowns. "Hey, sweetheart.." She sits next to him and passes him Emma, putting a hand on his back. "Are you okay..?" Zul frowns deeply, and stares at Emma, sniffling. "No..." Eventually, a person came into view, walking towards him coming from the mainland. Emma grabs onto Zul's shirt, nuzzling him softly and holding her fox plush in her other hand. Olivia frowns more. "Is there anything I can do to help..?" Levi runs to them quickly, tears running down his face and he looked terrified. Zul thinks solemnly. "Wh..What if you and Daddy got together..?" It was a woman, who looked rather friendly. She furrows her brow and leans down to him. "Hey, little guy. What's wrong?" Olivia freezes. "What..?" Levi continues to cry. "I-I'm looking for my daddy.." Zul smiles a little. "I'm sure daddy would like you.. and I like you! And you like me, so you must like daddy.." The woman sighs and nods. "What's his name?" Levi thinks. "K-Kye.. H-He's a fox.." Olivia frowns. "Zul.. I love Brian.." Zul looks a little confused. "But.. I.. I like you better.. I've never had a mommy before.. I... I already have a daddy.." The woman raises an eyebrow. "Afton..?" Levi was shaking a lot. "Y-Yeah.. D-Do you know wh-where he is..?" Olivia frowns more. "Sweetheart.. I can't be with your dad.." The woman nods, muttering, though he could hear. "How could that monster have a son..?" Zul looks very confused now. "I don't understand..." Levi frowns. "D-Daddy's not a monster.. H-He's really nice.." Olivia sighs shakily. "Zul.. I'm having a baby with Brian.. He's the one I love.. I can't be with your father.. Okay..?" The woman chuckles. "That's funny." Zul looks sadly at the floor. "Oh.." he frowns deeply as he gets an idea. "But.. what if Brian was dead?" Olivia's eyes widen. "You can't kill him.. No.." Emma grabs at Zul's face, giggling. Levi growls and looks really angry. "DADDY'S NOT A MONSTER!! TAKE ME TO HIM!!" Zul stares blankly at the floor, not acknowledging Emma. "That doesn't answer my question." Woman sighs. "Alright, sure kid." She picks him up and starts to head into the mainland, towards a collection of buildings. Olivia shakes her head. "No. I would still not be with your father if Brian was dead." Levi looked around frantically, gripping onto the women's shirt, his breathing heavy and his eyes wide. Zul narrows his eyes on the floor. "Why not." The woman rolls her eyes. "You're a strange child." Olivia frowns. "Zul.. Please.. Your dad is already together with someone anyway.." Levi looked terrified. "Th-They're here!! I-I need daddy!!" Zul huffs. "WHY. NOT?!" Woman scoffs. "Oookay, we're getting to him." Levi starts to cry again. "Th-They're going to hurt me!! Wh-Where's daddy?!" Olivia huffs. "Zul. I don't WANT to be with your father. I want to be with Brian. End of story." The woman grumbles and sets him down in front of a building. "In here." Zul goes quiet, and glares at the floor. "Okay." Olivia shakes her head a little. "Are you hungry? Do you want to go out to hunt?" Levi frantically bursts through the front doors, looking around, tears running down his cheeks as he was shaking violently. "D-DADDY!!" Zul nods. "I wanna go alone." There were a large amount of people, men and women, sat at tables and sharing drinks. They all quiet and look at him. Kye could be seen, one foot propped up on a table, the other on the ground, his hook holding a man by the collar of his shirt, and his hand holding a gun to the man's head. He looks over, and frowns. Levi runs to him, wrapping his arms around him and digging his face into his side. "Th-They're here D-Daddy!!" Olivia shakes her head. "No. I'm coming with you. I'll leave Emma with Brian." Kye looks disgusted. The man laughs. "You've got a kid?" Kye growls and shoots the man, kicking his body away and putting his gun in his holster, before grabbing Levi by the collar with his hook and heading out the door, Sasha following. He sets him down once they were outside. Zul frowns. Levi frantically tries to get into Kye's arms. Olivia sighs. "I just need to make sure you're safe. Also, will you be able to share with Emma?" Kye picks him up. He huffs. "What are you doing off the ship?!" Zul looked a little upset. "I guess.." Levi grips onto Kye's shirt tightly. "Th-They're scaring me!!" Olivia sighs and takes Emma back, going to the bedroom and setting her next to Brian before coming back out to Zul. "Let's go. I'll just follow you." Kye grumbles. "Sasha, grab everything else we need. I need to take care of this." She nods, and heads off. Zul sighs and heads out the door. Olivia follows him. Levi cries harder, looking terrified. Zul looks around, seeing a lot of people, and frowning. "..um.. I Uh.. d-do you have a gun..? Or something..?" Kye heads back to the ship, hopping on quickly. Levi digs his face into Kye's shoulder. "M-Make them go away!! Th-They're being mean!!" Olivia sighs shakily. "I can go get a knife..?" Zul nods. Kye sighs. "Hold on.." he sets him down in the cabin of the ship on a bed, and searches his bag for one of the injections. "I don't exactly know what these do, but they've been useful so far, so.." Olivia nods and goes inside, grabbing a kitchen knife and quickly coming back out, handing it to him. "Be careful please." Levi nods shakily, gripping onto the bed sheets tightly. "Th-They're being scary and m-mean!! Wh-Why are they doing this?!" Zul takes it and nods. He looks around at the people. "I've.. never actually hunted before..." Kye shrugs. "I dunno." He finds one, and pulls it out. Olivia frowns. "Um.. Try to find someone that isn't with a lot of people.. And uh.. hide the knife.." Levi sees it, his eyes widening as he pressed himself against the wall. Zul nods and hides the knife, walking along the sidewalk and looking for someone alone. Kye sees this and quickly goes to him. "This'll only be a moment." He tries to hold him down with his arm as he tries to position it. Levi screams but Kye is successful in holding him down. "I-It's going to hurt me!!" Olivia follows a few feet behind him. Kye huffs. "Yeah, Yeah.." he puts it in, and quickly injects it. Zul sees someone, a teen on their phone with headphones in, and glances at Olivia, before bounding over. Olivia sighs shakily and watches him. Levi quickly calms down, looking at Kye and staying still. Zul goes up to the guy, and looking around nervously, jumps up behind him and stabs him in the back, making him stop, gasp, and fall to the floor, as Zul hit a lucky shot to his heart. Kye then throws it away. Levi gets off the bed and goes over to Kye, reaching his arms up to him. Olivia looks away for a moment but quickly goes over. "I'll carry him.." He picks up the body. Kye picks him up. Zul nods, and then wanders back towards the house. Olivia quickly follows, struggling a little to carry the body. Levi lays his head on his chest. "Thanks Daddy.." He looks up at him. "Don't leave me again.. Please.." Kye sighs. "Whatever.." Zul looks a bit uncomfortable about the blood on his clothes that had dripped on him. They get to the house and Olivia takes the body to the bathroom, setting it in the tub, looking to Zul. "Do you want me to go get one of Brian's shirts for you to wear?"Levi nuzzles him softly. "I feel better now.." Zul nods. looks off towards the deck. "Well we aren't moving." Olivia nods. "I'll get Emma too and you can help her eat." She walks back to the room and grabs a shirt and Emma, coming back and setting the shirt down and handing Emma to Zul. Emma sees the body and claps her hands, giggling. Levi frowns a little. "Why did I get sick..? I like the water.." Kye gives an annoyed grunt. "You got sea sick. I don't know exactly why." Zul nods, smirking as she leaves, looking at the body and snickering, but quickly reverting his expression back as she got back, and holds Emma. Emma smiles brightly. "Food!" Olivia sighs and sits on the toilet. Levi frowns more. "Will I be okay now..?" Kye shrugs. "Yeah, until we get moving again." He mutters, "where the hell is Sasha..?" Zul puts her on the ledge of the tub, holding her still.
Emma tries to get in the tub on top of the body, her teeth sharpening. Levi shrugs. "I don't know.. We can go look for her..?"
Zul lets her, looking to Olivia and frowning a little. Kye shakes his head. "No, we'll wait." Levi nods a little, laying his head back on Kye's chest. "Can I draw..? I wanna draw us.. With Sasha and the kitty.." Emma moves to one of the arms and starts to eat. Olivia sighs. "She's just a baby. I'm sure she won't eat that much. Just start eating at a different spot." Kye looks a little surprised. "Oh, um.. Sure.. there should be something in one of these drawers, I'm pretty sure I saw it.." Zul nods, getting in the tub as well. "Um... Mommy...?" Olivia looks at him. "Yes sweetheart?" Levi nods and hops out of Kye's arms looking through the drawers. " Why did the women call you a monster..? And she said I was weird.." Zul tilts his head. "Do you have a job..?" Kye frowns. "What Woman?" There were pencils and paper in the drawers. Levi grabs a pencil and some paper, laying on the floor. "The women who brought me to you. She came to me when I got off the boat." Olivia shakes her head. "No hunny." Emma was halfway through an arm already. Kye frowns more. "I see.." Zul looks confused. "Why not..?" Levi starts to draw. "Why did she say those things..?" Olivia sighs. "I just don't. Brian works for the both of us." Kye lets out a long breath. "Levi.. some people aren't the nicest.. just.. don't worry about it, Okay..?" Zul sighs. "Oh.. okay.." he looks a little disappointed. Olivia tilts her head a little. "How come?" Levi frowns a little. "But I'm not weird.. And you're not a monster.." He looks up at him. "Does she think I'm crazy..? Like Aaron..?" Zul shakes his head and looks at the body. "No reason.." he starts to eat to avoid any further conversation on the topic. Kye shakes his head. "She didn't know you.." Levi frowns more and continues drawing. "Aaron didn't know me either.. He still thought I'm crazy.." Olivia sighs shakily. Emma finishes the arm and then curls up on the body's chest, wining quietly. Olivia looks over at her, tilting her head a little. Kye looks off. "I guess.." Zul keeps eating, as if he was starving, which could be assumed. Emma continues to wine. Olivia sighs and goes over to her, picking her up and wiping all the blood off of her, holding her close. "What's wrong sweetheart?" Emma looks up at her. "Tummy.." Olivia nods a little. "Did you eat too much? Is that why?" Emma nods, gripping onto her shirt. Olivia sighs and grabs a napkin, setting her up and patting her back softly. Emma spits up and moves her head away, continuing to wine. Olivia throws away the napkin and sets her on the ground, looking to Zul. "I'm gunna go get something for your sisters tummy. Can you watch her while I go get it?" Levi finishes the drawing and sits up, holding it up to Kye. "I'm done!" The drawing was really well drawn considering his age and it was of Kye, Levi, Sasha, and Shu laying on the bed together. Zul nods. Kye smiles a little. "That's really well done, bud.." Olivia nods and leaves, coming back a few minutes later with a small item in her hand, picking Emma back up and showing it to her. "It'll dissolve in your mouth. Can you take it?" Emma nods a little and lets her put it in her mouth, it quickly dissolving and she lays her head on Olivia's chest. Olivia looks to at Zul. "Are you going to eat the whole thing now?" Levi stands up and smiles brightly. "Do you like it?!" Zul wipes his mouth and nods. Kye nods. "I do." Levi hands the drawing to him. "You can have it! What else do you want me to draw next?!" Olivia nods and sits back on the toilet, holding Emma closely. Emma looks up at Olivia and then at Zul. "Zul hold Emma.." Kye chuckles and takes it. "I dunno.. but um.. Sasha really should be back by now.." Zul wasn't paying attention. Olivia sighs and looks at Zul. "Once you're done. Do you want me to help you take a shower? I can clean the tub when you do." Levi tilts his head a little. "Can you call her?" Zul thinks. "No.." Kye sighs. "She doesn't have a phone.." Levi frowns. "Should we go look for her then?" Olivia sighs. "Zul. You should take a shower. I'll be in there with you. And Emma." Zul frowns. "I don't want to." Kye looked hesitant. "Maybe.."
Levi reaches his arms up to Kye. "Can you carry me?" Olivia frowns. "Please? What will make you take one?" Kye nods and picks him up, heading out of the cabin. Zul growls. "I. Don't. Wanna!!" Olivia frowns more. "Fine." Emma reaches her arms towards Zul. Levi lays his head on Kye's shoulder, putting the hood up and covering his face. Zul smirks a little, and ignores Emma, purposefully moving away from her, to the opposite side of the tub, ending up getting more blood on him and his clothes. Kye gets off the ship onto the dock, looking around. Levi looks up at Kye. "Is Sasha okay?" Emma looks a little hurt and cuddles up to Olivia. Olivia sighs shakily. "Do you want another shirt? For when you're done? Will you at least let me wipe you down with some wipes?" Kye sighs. "I dunno.." he heads down the road. Zul grumbles. "No." Olivia huffs. "Okay whatever." Emma digs her face into Olivia's chest. Levi frowns a little. "I hope she's okay.. Is she hurt..?" Kye shakes his head. "I don't KNOW." Zul stops eating, wiping his mouth off and deciding he was done. The body still had a decent amount of flesh on it, and the bones were still completely in tact, as his teeth weren't developed enough to cut through it. Levi frowns more. "Don't be mad at me.. I was just asking.." Olivia stands up. "What do you want to do?" Kye takes a deep breath. "I'm sorry.." Zul gets out of the tub. "Play outside!" Levi nuzzles him softly, moving his head to Kye's chest. "Can I draw our family later..? With the picture you have..?" Olivia frowns. "You can't be bloody if you go outside." Zul frowns. "Fine.. play in another room.." Kye nods. "You can.." Olivia nods a little. "Alright. Which room?" Levi smiles a little. "Family's are cool.. Do you like families..?" Zul shrugs. "Just not the bedroom or the living room.." Kye chuckles. "Uh.. I dunno, actually.. Mine hasn't really ever been stable, so.." Levi tilts his head a little. "Do you like our family..? With Jake, Emma, Zul and us..?" Olivia thinks. "How about the garage?" Kye hesitates. "I think so..." Zul smiles. "Yeah!" Levi thinks for a moment. "Are you and Jake going to get married..?" Olivia nods and heads to the garage. Emma was staying silent, just sitting in Olivia's arms. Kye slows to a stop, and he goes silent. Zul bounds out of the bathroom, small bits of blood following him on the floor. Levi looks confused. "What's wrong daddy..?" Olivia frowns a little when she sees the blood but just opens the door leading to the garage. Levi frowns. "Do you love Jake..?" Olivia goes in as well and shuts the door behind them. Emma wines quietly, reaching her arms for Zul. Kye still doesn't respond. Zul ignored her and goes into his Fox form, bounding around and getting blood everywhere. Olivia frowns but doesn't say anything, just letting him play, leaning against the wall. Emma looks a little sad. Levi frowns more, laying his head back down on Kye's chest. "I love Jake.." Zul, after a while, stood, smirking a little for just a second. "I have to pee!" He goes back into his normal form. Kye sighs shakily and continues walking. Levi suddenly starts to cry, but was trying to be really quiet. Olivia nods and opens the door, stepping inside. "Go ahead." Zul nods and bounds back to the bathroom, keeping his ears perked up to waiting if he'd hear her go back into the garage and shut the door. Kye holds him close, looking somber. Olivia goes back into the garage, shutting the door, bouncing Emma softly. Levi digs his face into Kye's chest, continuing to cry, seeming to try to cover his eyes, talking to himself. "Th-They're not dead.. I-I know they aren't.. Y-You're not making me believe that.." Zul hears this and smirks, quietly heading out the door and to the bedroom, carefully going in. Kye frowns, and whispers. "That's right Levi.. don't believe them.." Levi keeps his face hidden. "Th-They're saying our family's dead.. B-But they're wrong.. I-I know they aren't.." Brian was still asleep, the blanket covering his face. Kye sighs. "You're right, Levi.. they aren't.. they're alive.." Zul then closes his eyes, thinking about Kye, and every worry he had about him, starting to cry, and then satisfied with this, he hops onto the bed, purposefully shoving Brian in order to wake him up, still crying. Brian groans, uncovering his face and seeing Zul crying, quickly sitting up and hugging him tightly. "What's going on?" He sees the blood and raises an eyebrow. "Where's this blood from..?" Levi looks up at Kye, tears running down his cheeks, hugging him tightly. "I-I love you daddy.. D-Don't ever leave me.." Zul cries harder. "M-Mommy g-got mad at m-me w-when I S-Said I was h-hungry, and f-forced m-me to k-kill someone..! Sh-She s-said if I-I didn't sh-She'd starve me!!" Kye hugs him tighter. "I won't.." Brian looks really confused and holds him close, rubbing his back softly. "I'll talk to her later.. Do you want me to help you get cleaned up..?" Levi starts to calm himself down. "C-Can I sit on your shoulders..? M-Maybe I'll be able to see Sasha.." Zul nods. "Y-You can't tell her I told you.. Sh-She's scary.. sh-she said sh-she'd hurt m-me if I-I told.." Kye sighs. "Sure.." he helps him up. Brian sighs and nods, standing up and picking him up, taking him to the bathroom and seeing the body, frowning and walking back out, shutting the door. "We can use the other bathroom." He walks to the other bathroom, going inside and shutting the door, setting Zul down. "Do you need me to get in with you?" Levi didn't realize but had wrapped his hands over Kye's eyes. Zul nods. "M-Mmf.. c-can you p-protect me f-from h-her..?" Kye grumbles, trying to move them out of his view. Levi moves his hands to Kye's forehead, smiling a little and looking around for Sasha. Brian nods, turning on the water and taking off his clothes, grabbing two towels. Zul awkwardly takes off his own clothes, struggling with his claws. Kye sighs. A shrill, high pitched voice came from a while away, Kye hearing it with his advanced ears, and heading towards it. Brian helps him. "How do you want the water?" Levi holds on tight, looking where the voice came from. Zul thinks, losing the stutter but keeping his voice low and nervous still to keep up the act. "I've never really minded any temperature.. um.. could you fill the tub more than usual though..?" As they rounded a corner, Sasha could be seen trying to keep a bag away from several men. Brian nods and puts the plug on the tub, lifting Zul into the shower and getting in with him. "I don't have any kid soap. So, when I do your hair, just keep your eyes closed as tight as you can so it doesn't get in your eyes. Okay?" Levi points at her. "She's over there!!" Zul nods. "Okay.." Kye darts over, yelling. "Hey!" The men looks over, and pin Sasha against the nearest wall. Kye grabs his gun and points it at them. "LET HER GO!!" Levi falls backwards off of Kye, slamming against the ground and having the wind knocked out of him, gasping for air but was able to keep his head up when he hit. Brian sighs and grabs the shampoo. "Close your eyes." Kye's eyes widen, and he turns to him, conflicted. Zul closes his eyes tightly. Levi's eyes were wide as he continued to gasp for air, holding a hand to his chest. Brian washes his hair, quickly rinsing it out and then grabbing the body wash. "Do you need me to wash your body too?" Levi coughs and eventually catches his breath a little, breathing heavily with wide eyes. Brian tilts his head. "Why do you want to lay down?" Zul frowns a little. "You'll see.." Kye gulps, staying very still. "Sasha.." Sasha tries to struggle, but the men growl at her, the man with the gun turning his head for just a moment, but giving enough time for Sasha to whistle, and Kye to whip around, holding the gun out and shooting immediately at them all. Brian sighs and nods. "Alright. You can lay down." He moves over so he could lay. Levi coughs some more and stares at the ground, looking terrified. Zul lays down in the water, smiling a little and resting back so his face almost falls in. The men all fall dead, and Kye puts the gun away, hugging Levi carefully and patting his back. "It's okay.. it'll come back.." After a few moments, Levi's breathing goes back to normal but he still looked terrified, hugging Kye back weakly. Brian sighs and kneels down. "Don't put your face under. Okay?"
Zul grumbles and shoves his face down forcefully under the water. Kye sighs. "Hey, you're okay.." Brian quickly tries to pull his face back up. Levi looks up at him. "I-I-I couldn't b-breath.." Zul shoves him away forcefully, using his claws if he had to. Kye nods. "But you're okay now. It's over." Levi moves closer into Kye's arms, digging his face into his chest. "L-Lets G-Go back to th-the b-boat.." Brian huffs and pulls away. "You're going to hurt yourself. Please come back up." Kye nods, looking to Sasha, and picking him up, heading there, Sasha quick behind. Zul crosses his arms and stays under, his eyes completely open. Brian watches him, ready to grab him if he needed to. Levi rests his head on Kye's chest, holding onto the collar of Kye's shirt. Zul closes his eyes as he sees he wasn't trying to stop him anymore, and turns to his mer-form. Kye hops onto the ship as they get there, Sasha following and putting the bag away, and getting the ship onto the water and moving. Levi frowns a little as the ship starts to move, pressing himself against Kye. Brian looks really surprised and just watches him. Zul lets out a sigh and pops his head out, his tail flapping a little. "That's better.." Kye goes to the cabin and lays him down on the bed, sitting close next to him. Levi lays his head in Kye's lap, closing his eyes at an attempt to make himself feel better. "My tummy doesn't like the boat.." Brian smiles a little at him. "Do you want me to wash you in that form?" Kye sighs. "I know.." Zul nods. "I like it much better! I haven't been able to be in it for so long.. dad wouldn't let me... I missed it..." Brian nods and starts to wash him. "Your tail is very cool." Levi frowns more. "Will magic make my tummy better..?" Zul giggles. "I've got two!!" Kye shakes his head. "Levi, one of these times when I use magic when I don't know what I'm doing I'm going to accidentally hurt you.." Brian smiles more and nods, finishing. "Do you want to just sit in here for a little bit?" Levi opens his eyes and looks up at him. "Mmf.. It just doesn't feel good.. What will make it better..?" Zul nods. "You can go, if you want.." Kye thinks. "Let me see what Sasha got.." he gets up, heading to the bag, and searching through it. Levi curls up, getting under the blanket. Brian shakes his head. "I'm gunna stay with you. In case Olivia comes back." Zul frowns again, playing like her name made him scared, and nods. "Th-Thank you.." Kye sees a few medicines, and grabs one that would be useful for this, taking one out. "I could give you this." Brian sighs shakily and looks up at the ceiling, thinking about Olivia. Levi looks a little scared. "Will it make me feel better..?" Kye nods. "Probably." Zul sinks into the water fully, closing his eyes and resting. Brian was frowning deeply, really upset about what Zul said Olivia had done. Levi frowns but nods. "Will you hold my hand..? Pills are scary.." Zul lifts his head out of the water after a minute or two. "What are you going to do about it...?" Kye nods, grabbing a water bottle for him and handing him both, then sitting next to him. Brian sighs shakily. "I don't know yet.. Don't worry about it for now.." Levi takes them and grips onto Kye's hand tightly, putting the pill in his mouth and chasing it down with water, looking up at Kye when he was done. "I did it.." Zul frowns a little and nods, falling back into the water. Kye smiles at him and nods. "You did." Levi gets in Kye's lap, bringing the blanket with him, and snuggling up in it. Brian waits for Zul to be done. After several more minutes, Zul yawns and lifts himself out of the water again, changing back into his land form. Kye pets his head. After a little while, Levi looks up at Kye, smiling a little. "My tummy feels better! We can play now!" Brian turns off the water and opens the curtain, grabbing their towels and wrapping himself in one before lifting Zul out of the tub and wrapping him in his towel. He gets out himself and then picks up Zul bridal style, smiling at him.
Kye sighs and shakes his head. "Why don't you just play with Shu?" She was sleeping on the bed across from them. Zul giggles and smiles at him. Levi frowns a little. "But I thought you were going to teach me about pirates..?" Brian takes him out of the bathroom and to the bedroom, setting him on the bed. "All I have for you for now is a shirt. Is that okay?" Kye chuckles. "Alright, Alright. Come on." He gets off the bed and heads out the cabin. Zul nods. Levi smiles again and runs after Kye. Brian goes to his closet and grabs himself clothes and a shirt for Zul, coming back and handing him the shirt, quickly getting dressed himself. Kye gestures to the sea with his hook. "Pirates ride ships just like this along the sea as the rulers of its unknown wonder. I've always wanted to be one since I was little." Zul puts it on. Levi nods. "I want to be one too!" Brian sighs and sits next to him on the bed, wrapping his arm around him. "You're a brave kid. You know that?" Zul smiles warmly, looking delighted. Kye laughs. "Good!" He gestures to his hook. "You know, one of the best pirates of all time had a hook like this." Brian sighs. "Did you at least get to eat?" Levi smiles brightly. "Who was it?!" Zul nods. "I didn't like it though.." Kye laughs. "Well, he was fictional, but maybe we can see the movie together sometime. Though, now I'm the real life embodiment of him!" Levi giggles. "What's his name?!" Brian frowns. "What do you want to eat then..?" Kye smiles. "Captain Hook. A rather fitting name, don't you think?" Zul thinks. "Uh, well in the sea kingdom we ate fish.." Levi nods. "that's a cool name! Is my name cool too?!" Brian nods. "I can get you fish. How often do you like to eat? And do you want it cooked?" Kye nods. "Yes, it is!" Zul looks confused. "Cooked?" Brian sighs. "Do you like to eat it how it is? Or warmed up?" Levi hugs Kye tightly. "Your name is cool too! What do we do as pirates?!" Zul tilts his head. "I've always just eaten them straight in the water.." Kye thinks. "Well, we hunt for treasure!" Levi nods. "Where do we look?!" Brian nods. "I'll stick the fish on ice and bring them to you." Kye chuckles. "For other ships! We steal the treasure!" Zul nods. "Okay!" Brian sighs. "I'm gunna go now. Do you want to come?" Levi smiles brightly. "Cool! Let's do it!" Zul shakes his head. "No, it's fine. I think I'm just going to rest.. I'm tired still..." Kye nods. "I'll let you know if we see any on our way." Levi thinks for a moment. "Can I have a knife?!" Brian nods a little. "Are you sure? I don't want Olivia to hurt you." Kye smirks. "Sure! Hold on." He heads to the cabin. Zul hides under the covers, only his eyes up visible. "Just lock the door so I'll hear her coming...?" Brian nods and leaves the room, locking it from the inside and shutting the door. Levi was smiling brightly and waits for Kye. Kye comes back with a knife in his hand, and hands it to him. Levi takes it and grips it tightly, giggling happily. "Thanks Daddy!" Brian looks around for Olivia. Olivia was laying on the couch, cuddling Emma and watching TV. He goes up to her. "Why did you make Zul kill someone? Why did you threaten to hurt him?" Olivia looks up at Brian. "What are you talking about? He asked me to go out to hunt." Emma looks up at Brian and giggles, reaching her arms out to him. Brian takes her quickly away from Olivia, holding her close to his chest. Olivia huffs. "I did NOT make him kill someone. He WANTED to." Brian growls. "Stay away from MY children." Olivia looks really hurt and looks away. "Mmf.. They're both of our children.." Brian huffs. "They are MY children. This is MY house. So I'm telling you. DON'T TOUCH MY CHILDREN." Olivia frowns deeply, turning away from them. Brian looks down at Emma and quickly goes back to the bedroom, knocking on the door, looking really upset. Zul opens the door for him. Kye smiles at him. "Of course!" Levi giggles more. "Let's find a ship! I'm really excited!" Brian was frowning deeply and goes over to the bed, laying down with Emma, holding her close. Kye nods and heads to the bow of the ship. Zul was holding his plush close. "What happened...?" Levi follows him, holding onto his shirt. A tear runs down Brian's cheek. "Mmf.. I told her not to touch either of you.." Emma rolls away from Brian, grabbing her plush and holding it close to her chest, giggling happily. Zul frowns a little, but inside was smirking. "Oh.. thanks..." Kye stands at the edge and grabs his binoculars, handing them to Levi. "Look through these, tell me what you see." Levi takes them and looks through them out to the sea. Emma sits up, reaching for Zul. Brian turns away from them, covering his face with a pillow. The sliver of a ship could be seen in the distance. Zul takes Emma, smirking as Brian turns away. Levi takes the binoculars away from his face and points to where he saw the ship. "There's one over there!!" Emma kisses Zul on the cheek softly and then moves her head back down to his chest, continuing to giggle happily. "Zul and Emma.. Friends.." Brian was crying quietly. Kye smiles. "Alright! Sasha, full speed ahead!" Sasha nods. Zul was still staring gleefully at Brian. "Yeah.." Levi sets the binoculars down and smiles at Kye. "We're pirates now!" Emma grips onto Zul's shirt. "Play..?" Brian mutters to Zul. "Why did she do this..?" Kye laughs. "Yep!" Zul goes silent for a moment, glancing at Emma as he thought what to say. "I don't know.." Levi reaches his arms up to Kye. "I wanna see better!" Brian uncovers his face but stays turned away. "Mmf.. She shouldn't have done that.. I don't understand why she did.." Emma frowns a little. "Play.." Zul ignores Emma. "Maybe she just hates me.. 'cus.. of what I am..." Kye picks him up, and puts him onto his shoulders. Levi wraps his hands around Kye's head. "Don't let me fall this time, okay?" Emma wines quietly. Brian shakes his head a little. "She likes Emma.. You're both demons.." Kye nods, holding onto him with his hand. Zul frowns, internally laughing as he got an idea. "Then.. maybe it was because of the secret..." Brian turns back to face him. "What secret..?" Levi was smiling brightly. "Later, can I go swimming?!" Zul frowns more. "She told me not to tell you, because you'd be mad.. but when she told me I wanted to go to you.." Kye chuckles and nods. "Sure!" Levi giggles. "Will you swim with me?!" Brian raises an eyebrow. "What's the secret..?" Zul looks down. "She's pregnant.. but... with someone else.." Kye snickers. "I will, Levi." Levi giggles more. "Cool! I'm a really good swimmer!" Brian's eyes widen. "What?!" Zul nods. "I don't know what that means, but... she really didn't want me to tell you..." Kye smiles. "Great." Levi looks out to where the ship was. Brian growls quietly and gets off the bed. "Do NOT leave this room until I come back. Do you understand me?" Zul nods, his ears folded against his head. The ship was coming closer in view. Levi bounces happily. "It's closer!!" Brian leaves the room, slamming the door shut, quickly going to Olivia. "You're pregnant with someone else's child?!" Olivia looks up at him. "What..?" Brian growls loudly, reaching down to grab her but stopping himself. "WHY would you do that?!" Olivia moves a hand to her stomach. "I don't know how you found out.. But.. It is your child.. It's our son.." Brian growls louder. "I know it's not! Tell me who's child it is!" Olivia presses herself against the couch. "It's yours! I swear! We can get a test!" Brian shakes his head. "I will NOT help take care of that child!" They will NOT live in this house! You're VERY lucky I'm letting YOU stay here!" Olivia looks really hurt. "Mmf.." Brian huffs and storms off back to the room, opening the door and going inside, slamming and locking the door. Olivia curls up on the couch, crying softly. Zul gets a giddy feeling in his stomach as he hears all this through the door. We're getting close~ he thought. Kye smiles. "Good." Brian huffs and sits on the bed, looking at Zul and Emma. "I love you guys.. I'm not going to let her hurt you.." Emma gets inside Zul's shirt, popping her head out of the top. Levi stares at the ship but was starting to get nervous. "What if the people hurt me..?" Kye frowns. "They won't.. I'll protect you, Hun.." Zul holds her close. "Thank you..." Levi nods a little. "I trust you daddy.." He grips onto the knife in his hand tighter. Brian sighs shakily. "I have to go to work. Do you two wanna come? It'll be safer there." Zul nods excessively. Kye sighs as they close in on the ship. "Sasha, ready the canons!" She does, running over to them one by one. Levi smiles brightly again. "You can put me down now! I'll stay close!" Brian nods and gets up, going over to his uniform and changing into it and then going back over to Zul and Emma. "Can you carry your sister?" Zul nods, following him off the bed. Kye nods and puts him down next to him as they started to cross next to the ship. "Sasha! Fire the first!" Sasha does, and it hits below the bow of the other ship, blowing a hole in it. Levi giggles, staying close to Kye, holding onto his shirt with his free hand. Brian sighs shakily and heads out, glancing at Olivia on the way out who was curled up and crying. Emma tucks her head back inside Zul's shirt. The people on board the other ship were scurrying to safety in the cabin, and others preparing weapons. Kye laughs maniacally. "PREPARE TO BOARD!!" Zul heads out with Brian, smirking ever so slightly, and not even thinking about looking to Olivia. Levi let's go of Kye's shirt, holding onto the knife, ready to stab someone if he needed to. "I'm ready!!" Brian opens the back door of the car to let them in. Zul hops in. Kye grabs his gun. "Sasha! Keep firing!" He runs and hops onto the other ship, firing at all the armed people. Levi runs and hops on as well, running full force into one of the people and attempting to stab them in the stomach with the knife. Brian shuts to door and goes to the driver's seat, sighing shakily and looking back at them. "At my job. Can you please not say anything about what's happening with Olivia?" They get hit, but they shoot at Levi with their gun. Zul nods. "But why...?" Levi gets hit in the stomach, falling to the ground and screaming in pain. Brian sighs shakily. "I don't know what gunna happen yet.. I'd prefer to just keep it between us.." Kye whips around, seeing him and shooting the guy responsible in the head, and quickly scooping him up and hopping back onto his own ship and heading to the cabin, putting him down and searching for bandages. Zul nods. "Okay.." Levi had tears streaming down his cheeks. "D-D-DADDY..! I-It hurts..!" Brian closes his eyes for a moment before opening them and starting to drive to the station. Kye huffs in frustration as he finds them and goes to him quickly. "I know!! Hold on!!" He pulls up Levi's shirt and starts to bandage the wound tightly. Zul smirks at Emma. Levi was shaking a lot, gripping onto the sheets of the bed, his eyes wide with fear and panic. Emma peeks her head out, nuzzling him softly. "Zul is nice.." Zul whispers to her. "I am, aren't I?" Kye hushes him. "It's gunna be okay.. just keep calm..." Emma nods and smiles. They get to the station and Brian gets out, going to the back seat door and opening it. "Do you want me to carry both of you?" Levi presses himself against the bed, his breathing heavy yet shaky. "I-It hurts d-daddy.. R-Really bad.."
Zul nods. "Yes please!" Kye sighs shakily. "I know.. I'm sorry.." Levi continues to cry, reaching his hand for Kye's hand. Brian nods. "Pass me Emma first." He reaches his arms out to them. Emma tucks her head back into Zul's shirt. Zul frowns a little. "Uh.." he tries to get her out. Kye takes it. "Hey..." Emma keeps herself inside. Brian sighs. "I'll carry you bridal style so she can stay like that. Is that okay?" Levi frowns deeply. "I-I wanted to G-Get treasure.." Zul nods. Kye holds him close. "I know... it's okay though... you're gunna be fine.." Levi nods a little. "C-Can we T-Try again.. L-Later..?" Brian nods and picks him up bridal style, being careful of Emma, heading inside and going to his desk, the makeshift bed still there. He sets them down on the bed, sighing shakily and sitting in his chair. "What do you want to do?" Kye nods. "When you're better..." he heads out the cabin for just a second. "Are we close?" Sasha looks over. "Yeah, we're almost back to the dock." Kye nods and goes back in. Zul thinks. "I dunno..."
Levi sighs shakily, trying to sit up but yelping and falling back down, his eyes tearing up. Brian nods. "Well.. Do you wanna draw? I have crayons for you and Emma." Zul nods. "Sure!!" Kye frowns. "Levi, stay still.." Levi shakes his head a little. "I wanna get up and play.." Brian nods and grabs some paper and crayons, setting it in front of Zul. "Hey Emma. I've got some crayons for you." Emma quickly comes out of Zul's shirt, looking up at Zul, looking really excited. Kye shakes his head. "No. I will not let you." Zul smiles at her, looking over all the colours. Emma gets out of Zul's lap and grabs a crayon, starting to scribble on a piece of paper happily. Brian smiles at them. Levi frowns deeply. "C-Can I at least d-draw..? Y-You can help me get O-On my side.." Kye looks conflicted. "Um.. Mmf.. okay.." he grabs some paper and a pencil for him. Zul grabs a different one and does the same, making a drawing of a mermaid. Levi waits, trying to turn on his own but it causing him too much pain. Emma giggles happily and moves her hand away and showing it to Zul, it being just a bunch of lines and scribbles but she looked really proud of it. Kye sighs and sets them down, helping him on his side carefully. Zul giggles when he sees it. "Look at mine!" He holds his up, being decent for a two year old's drawing, but in the sense that it seemed to be drawn from memory, not imagination. Emma claps her hands. "Pretty!" Brian looks at Zul's and smiles a little. "Who is it?" Levi grabs the pencil and starts to draw, smiling a little as he did and covering it so Kye couldn't see it. Zul's smile fades. "Um... I dunno... she just.. she's what I see in my farthest back memories... I've asked dad about it, but.. he wouldn't tell me..." Kye sighs and glances out, noticing that they were pulling up to the dock, and stopping, letting out a relieved breath. Levi finishes after a little bit and uncovers the drawing, holding it up to him. "Here daddy..!" It was a drawing of Kye holding Levi, Levi's head resting on Kye's shoulder. Brian nods a little. "It's a really good drawing." He looks to Emma. "Yours is good too Emma." He then looks back to Zul. "Let me know if you need more paper. Alright?" Kye smiles sweetly. "That's really nice." Zul smiles a little and nods. Levi holds it out to him. "You can have it..! What else do you want me to draw..?!" Emma looks up at Zul, giggling. "Draw Emma!!" Kye smiles more and takes it. Zul tilts his head. "Okay!" He gets to drawing. Emma grabs another piece of paper and starts to scribble again but this time it was clearly a person and the person looked like Kye. Levi smiles brightly. "I can draw whatever you want..!" Zul sees it and looks a little sad. Kye chuckles. "Well, we've made it back, so let's wait. Would you mind Sasha and Shu looking after you for a while while I go and grab something?" Levi tilts his head a little. "Will they sit with me..? And can kitty snuggles..?" Emma holds it out to Zul. "It's daddy!" Kye nods. Zul sighs. "Yeah..." Emma frowns a little. "Zul not like it.." Levi nods a little but looked upset about it. "Okay.." Zul shakes his head. "I do..! I just.. I miss him..." Kye sighs and heads out of the cabin, Sasha coming in a few moments later and sitting with him. Kye hops off the boat and to the dock, heading to the station. Levi looks up at Sasha, pointing at Shu. "Snuggles with kitty..?" Emma nods a little. "Emma miss daddy too.." Brian was watching them, frowning a little. Zul nods, holding him close. Kye gets there in several more minutes than he usually would with his legs, but manages, and grabs his gun as he comes into view with the officers in front. Sasha nods and grabs Shu, Who mews in surprise, and places her on his lap. Levi pets Shu softly. "Pretty kitty.." The officers at the front see him and grabs their guns, all of them holding the guns at him. Emma hears the guns and looks over, seeing Kye and her eyes widening. Brian sees Kye and quickly gets up, standing in front of Zul and Emma. Shu purrs. Zul smiles as he sees him. "Daddy!!" Kye growls and holds his gun up at them, shooting with his fur on edge, ready to dodge any of their bullets. The officers shoot at him. Emma stands up, the pain lessened with the cast and she runs to Kye, hugging his leg tightly. "Daddy!!" The officers stop shooting once they see Emma, their eyes widening. Levi looks up at Sasha. "Does kitty like me..?" Kye smirks as he sees her, putting the gun to her head. "Do as I say or I shoot the kid." Zul looks confused as he sees this. "Dad...?" Sasha nods. Levi smiles a little. "Do you and Daddy love each other..?" Emma didn't seem to mind, just gripping onto his leg. Brian sees them and his eyes widen, but staying to protect Zul. The officers all lower their guns and one of them speaks. "Just give us back the baby.." Sasha tilts her head. "Well... I love your dad. I'm really not sure where his feelings lie, though.." Zul looks up at Brian. "Why is he doing that..?" Kye growls louder. "Release my family from your cells, and give me back my son." Levi nods a little. "I think he loves Jake.." Brian frowns. "I don't know sweetheart.." The officer who spoke looks to the other officers and they sigh and nods, them looking back to Kye. "Alright. Fine." Emma reaches her arms up to Kye.
Sasha nods. "Yeah.." Kye picks her up but keeps the gun to her. "Go. Do it. I'm not taking this gun off her until I see them all in front of me." The officer nods, going quickly to Jake's cell first, unlocking it. Jake looks confused but quickly gets out, seeing Kye and going to him, frowning when he saw Emma but going to him and getting behind him, putting a hand on his back. The officer then goes to Addison's cell, unlocking hers and she quickly runs out, seeing Kye and going to him as well. Then the officer unlocks Vincent's, frowning as he did. They then go to Brian. "The kids going." Brian looks devastated and looks to Zul. Vincent gives the officer a toothy grin and steps out, heading out. Zul frowns a little, not exactly having expected it to go this way, and doesn't move. Levi sighs shakily. "Mmf.. Do you love me..?" Brian frowns deeply and tries to pick Zul up to bring him to Kye. The officer comes back, frowning. Sasha smiles. "Well, I like yeh." Zul struggles, confused. "Wait.. no.. not yet..." Brian keeps a grip on him, walking over to Kye, holding him out to him. "Here.." Emma grips onto Kye's shirt tightly. Jake keeps his hand on Kye's back. Addison looked terrified, staying behind Kye and Jake. Levi smiles a little. "I like you too.." Sasha looked flattered. Zul sighs as Kye grabs him roughly, Zul making an uncomfortable face as Kye growls loudly at Brian. Levi grabs Sasha's hand, squeezing it weakly. "Where's daddy..?" Brian steps back, frowning deeply. Addison moves over to Vincent, attempting to hold his hand. Vincent jerks his hand away and glares at her, still angry. Sasha sighs. "He's going to get your family back." Kye huffs and takes the gun away from Emma's head. Levi smiles brightly. "Jake and Zul too..?!" Addison frowns, hanging her head but staying close to Vincent. Emma smiles at Kye. "Daddy's back!!" Jake hugs Kye tightly, whispering in his ear. "We need to get out of here.." Sasha nods. Kye scoffs. "I know." He glares at the officers and darts off with Emma and Zul still in his arms once he puts his gun away. Zul looks longingly back at Brian. Brian looks away from Zul. Jake and Addison run after them. Levi shifts himself where his head was in Sasha's lap. "When they get here can you help me sit up so I can hug them..?" Zul frowns deeply. Sasha nods. Kye runs back to the ship. Vincent follows. Levi closes his eyes, just waiting for Kye to come back. Emma kept her head on Kye's shoulder. Addison stayed close to Vincent. Jake stayed right next to Kye. Kye jumps onto it, and sets Zul down. Vincent steps away from Addison, observing the boat as he hopped on. Kye then goes into the cabin. "They're here."
Levi opens his eyes, seeing Emma in Kye's arms and smiling, looking to Sasha. "Sit me up..!" Emma bounces in Kye's arms happily. Addison frowns deeply, staring at the ground sadly. Jake follows Kye, attempting to pull him into a kiss. Sasha helps him sit up. Kye stumbles back against the doorway to get away from him. "Jake!" Sasha sighs and looks away. Zul sits sadly on the deck. Levi smiles at them. Jake pulls away, looking confused. "What's wrong..? I just missed you.. And wanted to get a kiss.." Addison sits away from them against the side of the ship. Kye huffs. "Yeah, Yeah, there's time for that later. Sasha! Get us away from here." Sasha gets up, glaring at Jake and shoving past him. Vincent flies up into the crows nest. Jake frowns and glances at Sasha. "Who's she..?" Levi looks at Kye. "Get Zul..!" Addison looks up at Vincent. "Mmf.." Emma gets under Kye's shirt, keeping her head hidden, nuzzling him softly. Kye doesn't answer Jake and goes out to get Zul. "Aye. Levi wants to see you." Zul looks over, and silently bounds over to the cabin and goes in. Levi sees Zul and reaches his arms out to him, smiling brightly. Jake frowns deeply and sits on one of the other beds, hanging his head sadly. Emma looks up at Kye, showing him the cast on her leg. Zul goes and hugs him. Kye sighs and smiles a little, hugging her tightly. Vincent looks over the ocean from the crows nest, breathing deeply. Addison watches Vincent, a tear running down her cheek. Levi hugs him back weakly. "I missed you..!" Emma giggles, nuzzling him softly. "Emma missed Daddy!!" Vincent goes into his king form, but it was different from how it was when he was older, much more innocent, with his ears growing feathery and his wings showing much more white feathers, and his flaming hair more of a calm flame, with white undertones instead of black. Zul smiles. "I missed you too!" He frowns a little as he thinks. "They gave me a mommy.." Kye chuckles and nuzzles her back. Emma giggles happily, trying to boop him on the nose but slapping him, continuing to giggle. Levi frowns a little. "Was she nice..?" Addison thinks for a moment before moving over to the ladder and climbing it, getting to the top and staring at Vincent. "Can we talk..?" Kye laughs. "Hey!" Zul nods. "I want her back.." Vincent frowns a little, but doesn't move. "I'm not stopping you.." Levi nods a little, hugging him as tight as he could which was still pretty weak. "I got shot.. We were trying to get treasure.." Emma moves up to his face, kissing him on the cheek. "Silly Emma and Daddy!" Addison looks away slightly. "I'm sorry about everything.." Zul sighs, hugging him back. "Oh.." Kye chuckles. "Indeed!" Vincent doesn't look at her. "Are you?" Addison nods a little. "Yeah.. I shouldn't have taken my clothes off in front of Aaron.. Or blackmailed you for anything.." Emma rubs her ears on Kye's face softly. Levi pulls back and sighs shakily. "Do you want to lay with me..? I'm not allowed to get up.." Vincent clutches onto the rim of the crows nest. "Yeah. You shouldn't have." Kye chuckles happily and bounces her. Zul nods, laying down next to him. "I wish you could meet mommy.." Levi curls up, snuggling up to him. "A women said I was weird and that daddy was a monster.." Addison frowns. "Mmf.." She looks up at him. "Can I hug you..?" Emma tilts her head a little and then starts to tickle Kye. Zul frowns. "She called dad a monster..?" Vincent doesn't respond for several moments. "I'm not hugging back." Kye laughs, and carefully pulls her away.
Emma bounces up and down. "Now Emma!!" Addison nods a little and hugs him tightly, tears running down her cheeks as she cried quietly. Levi nods a little. "Daddy said some people just aren't nice.." Kye then starts to tickle her. Vincent stays completely still, and says nothing. Zul tilts his head. "Oh.." Levi lays his head on Zul's chest. "Where I got shot really hurts.." Emma giggles loudly, throwing her head back and looking extremely happy. Addison pulls away after a moment. "Do.. Do you still want to be with me..?" Zul frowns. Kye laughs at her. Vincent looks caught off guard with this, and quickly looks away. "I... I'll have to think about that." Addison frowns deeply. "Mmf.. Alright.. Should I just leave you alone..? Or can I sit up here with you..? I'll stay quiet.." Levi groans quietly. "Daddy said he doesn't want to use his magic on me.." Emma moves back closer to Kye, yawning. "Sleepies now..?"
Vincent's voice quiets. "You can stay.." Zul looks confused. "Um.. I can use my magic.." Kye nods, and heads to the cabin. Levi nods a little and turns so he could put his hand there. Emma lays her head on Kye's chest, smiling a little. Addison nods and sits down, hanging her head sadly, holding her knees to her chest. Zul puts his hand against where the wound was, focusing, and trying to heal it. Vincent takes another deep breath of the sea air, smiling ever so slightly and closing his eyes again. Kye pets her head. Levi sighs with relief. "Thanks Zul.. It's starting to feel better.." Emma buries her face into Kye's neck and closes her eyes. "Daddy sleepies too..?" Addison sees him smiling and smiles a little as well, happy that he seemed happy. Zul smiles at him. Kye sighs. "Yeah." He sets her down on a bed aside from Levi's and gets on with her. Vincent sighs. "It's almost as good as flying.." Addison smiles more. "I wish I could fly.. It sounds cool.. Maybe you could take me..?" Emma cuddles up to him, opening her eyes and looking up at him, holding up her plush to Kye. "Little Emma.." Levi smiles back. "You're the best.. I love you.." Vincent tilts his head and looks at her. "Why don't you have wings..?" Kye smiles. "Mmhm!" Zul smiles brightly. Levi wraps his arm around him. "Do you love me too..?" Addison shrugs. "I dunno.. How can I tell..?" Emma holds it out to Kye. "Daddy protect little Emma.." Zul nods. "Yeah!" Vincent thinks. "I dunno.. regular demons just know how to use magic.. I'm not really sure how to explain it.." Kye nods. "I will, sweetheart." Levi smiles brightly, nuzzling him softly and thinks for a moment. "Would Jake be my mommy..? Since I don't have a real one..?" Addison thinks. "Well.. For now can you take me..?" Emma smiles and lays the fox plush in between them, curling up and covering herself with the blanket but continues to look up at Kye. "Emma Drew daddy.." Zul frowns. "He can't be a mommy.. why don't we just get my mommy to be our mommy?" Kye smiles. "You did?" Vincent sighs. "No promises I won't drop you." Addison frowns a little. "Alright.." Levi nods a little. "I want a mommy.." Emma nods. "Emma can draw daddy again..?" Zul smiles a little. "I'm gunna get mommy to be with daddy!" Kye heads this and looks over, raising an eyebrow, answering Emma, though distracted. "Yeah.." Vincent nods and perches up on the railing and folds out his wings to flex them out, and then looks to Addison. "How do you wanna hang on?" Emma sits up, clapping her hands happily. Levi frowns a little. "But I like Jake.." Addison shrugs. "Whatever's easiest for you." Zul tilts his head. "Can't he have both?" Kye frowns a little. Vincent rolls his eyes. "Get on my back, then. Don't strangle me for Lucifer's sake I have enough kids who do." Addison nods. "I won't." She hops onto his back, wrapping her arms around his neck but being careful not to hurt him. Levi shrugs. "I dunno.." Emma looks at Kye. "Emma draw Daddy now!!" Vincent then takes off into the air with a large flap of his wings, staying in the air for just a moment before swinging to the side and whirling through the air, leaning to the side and spinning around with his wings wrapped around them before he stops, letting them fall before flapping his wings again and stabilising them. Zul sighs. "Well I wanna do it!" Kye frowns more, and looks to Emma. "Okay, hold on.." he gets off the bed to grab some paper and a few crayons. Emma waits for him, bouncing happily. Levi frowns a little and looks over at Jake who was laying on one of the other beds asleep and facing away from them. Addison seemed really happy and laughs. Kye hands them to her and sits back down. Zul huffs and looks at Jake as well. "He won't mind!" Vincent chuckles, smiling as he stopped mid air, letting them fall upside down towards the water with his eyes closed, before he swoops close against the water. Addison continues laughing. "This is awesome!!" Emma takes them and starts to draw, giggling happily. Jake stirs and looks over at them. "What..?" Levi frowns a little. Vincent smiles more. "It is.." he continues flying, circling the ship, flying every direction, upside down, sideways, and upright, until he lands back into the crows nest. Zul goes stone faced. "What did you hear?" Jake rubs his eyes. "Something about me not minding something.." Emma finishes the drawing, holding it up to Kye, it looking really good for a baby and it was clearly Kye. Addison hops off his back, still laughing, hugging him tightly. "Thanks!" Zul looks away. "Well go back to sleep." Kye smiles. "That's really nice, Emma!" Vincent smiles a little, before it immediately fades into a frown and he looks away. Addison pulls away. "What's wrong..?" Jake frowns a little. "Why..?" Levi looks away, laying back down and curling up. Emma sets it on the bed and then stands up, struggling a little but managing, clapping her hands. "Emma wanna walk!!" Vincent doesn't respond, apparently back to ignoring her. Zul growls. "Just go away!" Kye chuckles. "Emma, no. Lay down." Emma shakes her head, trying to get off the bed, smiling brightly. "Emma's gunna walk!!" Addison frowns and sits back down, staring at the ground. Jake frowns more, sitting up. "Hey.. What's going on..?" Kye sighs. "Alright.." Vincent was staring worriedly at his wing. Zul huffs and whips around, looking away from him and dives under the covers of the bed. Addison sees this and looks concerned. "Is there something wrong with your wing..?" Levi was shaking a little, also under the blanket. Jake frowns deeply. "Zul.. You can talk to me.." Emma gets off the bed and looks at Kye, holding her hand out for him to take, pointing to the door of the cabin. "Out there!!" Vincent quickly folds up his wing, hiding it. "N-No!" Zul huffs. "No I can't!" Kye looks hesitant. "Emma..." Emma continues to point at the door. "Out there!! Emma wanna walk out there!!" Jake sighs shakily. "Mmf.. I love you Zul.. I want you to trust me.." Addison looked really concerned, standing up and going over to him. "Hey.. Let me see it.." Kye shakes his head. "Emma, no.." A shiver runs up Vincent's spine as she gets closer, and he holds it even closer to him. Zul doesn't say anything, only grumbling in response. Emma looked upset and runs to the door, trying to get it open. Jake looks away. "Why don't you trust me..?" Addison frowns a little. "Vincent.. Come on.." Kye frantically grabs her. Zul growls. "I like MOMMY better!" Vincent frowns deeply. "You wouldn't understand, anyway.." he unfolds his wing slightly. Addison gently tries to unfold his wing more. Emma starts to cry, reaching for the door. Jake looks really hurt. "Mmf.." Vincent gulps and lets her, though hesitantly. His wing looked completely fine, the only thing that could in any way be considered odd was a large amount of white feathers on his inner portion of his wing compared to his outer portion. Kye huffs and sets her back on the bed roughly, forgetting about her leg. Zul grumbles more. Addison tilts her head a little. "What's wrong with it..? The only difference is the white feathers..?" Jake lays back down but stares at him. Emma screams as she sits on her leg, bursting into tears.
Vincent looks away. "The problem is the white feathers.. th-theres so many.." Zul goes back under the covers and grips his eyes closed. Kye winces, letting out a frustrated huff and looking to Jake. Addison frowns a little and rubs her hand against the white feathers softly. "Does it hurt..?" Jake looks over at Kye, frowning deeply and quickly looking away again, still upset about him not letting him kiss him. Emma cries loudly.
Vincent flinches away. "..no.." he pauses. "Well, Yes.. but that's only because I pluck them out so often.." Kye looks a little angry, and growls, grabbing Emma and slamming her down on her back, his hand over her mouth. Emma struggles, tears running down her cheeks. Jake sees this and quickly gets up, running over and trying to grab Emma. "You're hurting her!!" Addison frowns more, trying to hug him. "Vincent.. You shouldn't pluck them out.. It's not good for you.." Kye growls at Jake, holding her down harder with his arm and covering her mouth and nose. Vincent shivers a little and lets her. "B-But.. th-they won't go away.." Emma struggles even more, not being able to breath at this point. Jake steps back. "Kye! Please! Just let her go! I'll watch her if you don't want to!" Addison lays her head on his shoulder, hugging him tightly. "It's okay.. It's just feathers.. I still love you.. Nobody's going to care.." Kye was gasping for air as he kept his hand there, his mind not able to figure out why and take his hand away from Emma's mouth and nose. Vincent shakes his head. "You don't understand!!" Jake looked terrified. "KYE!! SHE'S A BABY!! YOU'RE HURTING YOURSELF!!" Addison hugs him tighter. "Calm down.. Just don't think about it right now.." Kye starts to go severely light headed, and his hands slip from her as he collapsed to the side onto the ground. Vincent frowns deeply. "I can't!!" Addison rubs his back softly. "Shh.. You're okay.. I promise.." Jake quickly grabs Emma who was gasping for air, coughing harshly. He then leans down to Kye, rolling him onto his side and patting his back while at the same time doing it to Emma as well. Vincent was shaking a little. "No! You don't understand! They won't go away! They won't stop! They just keep spreading!!" It was hard to tell if Kye was even conscious or even trying to breath if he was, as he simply hung his head and sat there. Addison holds him tightly, holding him close. "Hey, Hey.. Just relax.. We can talk about it later.. Let's go lay down.. Okay..?" Jake sighs shakily and puts his finger under his nose to see if he was breathing. Emma was starting to catch her breath but still had tears running down her cheeks. Kye wasn't breathing. Vincent gulps and nods. "O-Okay.." Emma starts to lose consciousness. Jake huffs and sets Emma down, not knowing who to help and starting to panic. Addison pulls back and goes down the ladder, waiting at the bottom for Vincent. Kye continued to simply sit there. Vincent carefully flies down. Addison sighs shakily, going into the cabin and seeing Emma and Kye on the ground, her eyes widening. "Wh-What happened?!" Jake looked really upset. "Th-They're not b-breathing!! I-I don't know who to help!!" Addison looks to Vincent frantically. Emma loses consciousness, not breathing as well. Vincent shrugs. Jake looks back to Kye and starts CPR, hoping it would do something. Addison watches, looking terrified and pressing herself against Vincent. Kye blinks and quickly shoves him away. "What are you doing?!" Vincent grumbles under his breath. Addison sees him and sighs with relief. Jake quickly pulls away, glancing at Emma and seeing she still wasn't breathing. "B-BREATH!!" Kye raises an eyebrow. "What happened..?" Jake huffs. "JUST BREATH!!" Kye furrows his brow. "Wh.. Wha'do you mean..?" Jake points at Emma, still looking terrified. "SHE'S NOT BREATHING!! YOU NEED TO BREATH!! PLEASE!!" Kye looked very confused. "I... can't..." Jake scoops up Emma, his eyes tearing up and he holds her close. "SHE'S NOT BREATHING!!" Kye looks worried. "I-I don't.. I'm sorry, I.." he puts a hand to his throat, not understanding why his attempts weren't working. Emma was starting to go pale and cold. Jake holds her tightly, tears streaming down his face. "MAKE HER BREATH!! SHE'S DYING!!" Addison was frowning deeply and grabs onto Vincent's hand, taking him over to one of the beds and laying down. Vincent sits onto the bed, his wings still curled up around him. Kye started to panic, and out of desperation, he slams his fist against the bottom of his throat, and he coughs madly, but it cleared his breathing issue, and though he oddly had no self preservation instinct to, he gasps successfully for breath. Emma suddenly jerks awake, gasping for air and coughing violently, gripping weakly onto Jake's shirt. Jake holds her close, turning her over and patting her back. "Y-You're okay sweetheart.. J-Just b-breath.. P-Please.." Addison tries to move Vincent to lay down with her. "Lay with me.. We can snuggle.." Kye, after this gasp to get Emma going, simply stops breathing again, as he wasn't doing it automatically, and he felt no need to. Vincent frowns a little and lays down, facing her, his wings still curled up. As his feathers brushed against Addison, it was noticeable that his white feathers were exceptionally softer. Addison snuggles up to him, resting her hand on some of the white feathers. Emma immediately stops breathing again, squirming and trying as hard as she could to breath. Jake huffs and looks at Kye. "WHAT IS WRONG?! WHY WON'T YOU BREATH?!" Kye looks scared, his ears folding flat against his head. "I-I'm s-Sorry, I-I don't know!!" He starts to breath shakily, and obviously manually. Vincent shivers and looks surprised by this. Emma starts to breath again, her eyes wide with fear and panic. Jake stares at Emma, making sure she continued to breath. Addison smiles a little and rubs her face against them gently. "They're so soft.." Vincent blushes a horrendous amount. "O-Oh.." his wing twitches, stiffening a little. Kye continued to manually breathe, but stops just to talk. "I-I can't do this forever.." he then starts up again. Emma lays her head on Jake's chest, keeping her eyes closed. Tears were running down Jake's cheeks and he looks up Kye. "Sh-She's gunna d-die.." Addison continues to rub her face on them, moving closer to him. "I love them.." Kye's eyes widen and he shakes his head, breathing in his words, confused. "N-No.. sh-She won't!!" Vincent was completely red. "M-Mmf..!!" Jake looks back at Emma, rubbing her head softly. "Shh.. We'll figure this out sweetheart.. He's going to keep breathing for you.. I promise.." Emma keeps her eyes closed but nods a little. Addison looks up at him. "Wrap me in your wings.. They're so nice.." She moves herself so their chests were pressed together. Vincent shakily wraps his wings around her in a blanket of feathers. Kye was gripping onto his arms, staring wide eyed at the ground in confusion, as he continued to manually breath. Addison smiles a little, nuzzling his chest softly. "They're amazing.. I wish you had showed them to me before.." Jake looks back up at Kye. "I-Is something blocking you from breathing..?" Emma was gripping onto Jake's shirt weakly. Vincent was sweating. "I don't.." Kye shakes his head. "I-I-I don't know what's going on.." Jake was frowning deeply and moves closer to Kye. "L-Let me check.. M-Maybe there's something in your airway.." Addison tries to kiss him softly.
Kye looks scared. "H-How are y-you going to.. ch-check...?" Vincent lets her, but doesn't move. Addison grips onto the collar of Vincent's shirt, pulling herself up so their faces were together, continuing the kiss. Jake sighs shakily. "Ch-Check your throat.. I-I need a light though.." Vincent simply lets this go on in paralysed shock. Kye frowns. "Ch-check the d-drawers.." Addison closes her eyes for a moment before pulling back and opening them again. "You're adorable, you know that?" Jake nods. "J-Just keep b-breathing.." He gets up, shifting Emma into one arm and searching through the drawers for a flashlight. Emma opens her eyes and looks at Kye, her eyes filled with pain. Vincent looked embarrassed, blushing once again. Kye gives Emma a sympathetic look as he kept breathing. There was one in a lower drawer. Jake quickly grabs it and goes back to Kye, sighing shakily. "I-I'm gunna n-need both hands.. C-Can you hold E-Emma..?" Addison nuzzles his cheek softly. "I love you hunny." She boops him on the nose, trying to get him to smile. Kye gulps and nods, going and grabbing Emma. Vincent simply looks startled, and shrinks his head back against his shoulders. Addison sighs. "Why won't you smile?" Emma moves to Kye's arms, gripping onto his shirt now, closing her eyes again, it seeming to be easier than keeping them open for her. Jake frowns a little and moves to Kye's mouth. "I'm gunna hold your mouth open.. Okay..?" Vincent frowns, looking upset. "I-I just.. I'm sorry.." Kye nods, relaxing as to not get in his way. Addison frowns a little. "Mmf.. I just like to see you smile.. It's nice.." Jake sighs shakily, using one hand to carefully hold Kye's mouth open as much as he could and tilts his head back a little, using his other hand to hold the flashlight and sticks it part ways in his mouth, looking down his throat. Vincent looks guilty, and mutters. "I-I'm sorry..." deep in his throat, a large black bug looking thing scuttles away from the light further down his throat. Addison sighs shakily, laying her head on his neck. "What will make you smile..?" Jake's pulls away from him, his eyes widening. "Th-There's a b-bug!!" Emma turns her head away from Jake, just keeping her eyes closed. Kye looks confused. "I.. don't feel anything..." Vincent frowns more as he thinks. "I... don't know..." Addison thinks. "What if we go back outside..?" Jake looked terrified. "W-We have to G-Get it out!!" Kye frowns deeply and puts a hand to his throat. "I don't feel anything.." Vincent pauses. "Maybe.." Addison smiles a little. "Can you keep at least one of your wings around me..? I really like them.." Jake was breathing heavily. "I-I swear!! I-It's there!! H-How do we get I-It out?!" Emma groans quietly, covering her ears, not liking Jake's yelling. Kye had gone blank faced. "I don't feel... anything..." quickly, he pulls up his hook and stabs it into his arm. Vincent hesitates, but nods. Addison gets out of the bed, smiling at him. Emma screams at the top of her lungs, squirming. Jake's eyes widen. "Wh-What are you doing?!" Vincent follows her out, keeping a wing around her. Kye stares blankly at it. "I can't feel it... but... she can..." Addison lays her head on his shoulder, walking out the door and going to the side of the ship, staring out at the ocean. Emma continues to scream. Jake frantically tries to pull the hook out of his arm. "S-Stop hurting h-her!!" Vincent stares at the water and it's glittering waves, intaking a deep breath of the salty air, and his eyes go soft and tired, a small smile making its wall across his face. His arm is easily persuaded, and the hook pulls out. Addison watches him, smiling a little as well. "That's the smile I wanna see.." Emma was crying harshly. Jake hugs Kye and Emma tightly, digging his face into Kye's shoulder. "I-I don't know what's g-going on!! I-I want to help Y-You guys!!" Vincent stares down, his smile increasing a little. Kye had stopped breathing again, it seeming to be accidental. Emma starts to choke. Jake pulls away quickly. "K-KEEP B-BREATHING!! Y-YOU'RE GOING TO K-KILL HER!!" Addison smiles brightly, moving to the front of him and laying her head on his chest. Kye jumps and starts to breath again. "P-Please stop doing that.. you're scaring me.." Vincent closes his eyes, putting his hand on her back and rubbing it, tilting his head up and just breathing in the scents. Emma starts to breath again. Jake looked terrified. "Wh-What do I-I do..? Sh-She can't die.. A-And why is there a b-bug in your th-throat..?" Addison nuzzles him softly. "I love being with you.. It's the best.." Kye stares at the ground, and moves his hand against his neck, tracing his wound scar carefully. Vincent hugs her softly. Jake thinks for a moment and then looks up at Kye, frowning deeply. "E-Emma's has smaller h-hands.. Sh-She can reach down A-And grab the b-bug..? O-Or I could.. I-If I n-need to.." Addison pulls his head down, kissing him passionately. Kye frowns deeply. "What.." Vincent reciprocates, keeping his eyes closed. Addison carefully tries to move herself into his arms, pulling herself up as much as she could, closing her eyes as well. Jake looks away slightly. "W-We need to get it out.." He looks to Emma. "D-Do you th-think she could D-Do it..?" Emma was curled up in Kye's arm with her eyes closed again. Vincent helps her up. Kye stares at her. "I.. don't know..." Jake looks back to Kye. "W-Would you let h-her..?" Addison kisses even more passionately, pulling back slightly. "I've missed this.." Kye doesn't say anything for several moments. "I.. don't.." he suddenly goes fully silent, just staring blankly. Vincent's eyes were glassy. "I know.." Jake looks really worried. "K-Kye!! S-Say something!!" Addison lays her head on his shoulder, pressing her face against his neck and taking a deep breath. "You smell nice.." Kye blinks. "Sleep.." Vincent furrows his brow. "I... do..?" Addison nods and keeps her face there. "I love it.." Jake thinks for a moment, looking to Emma, taking her from Kye quickly. "Emma. Can you grab the bug from Daddy's throat?" Emma opens her eyes and tilts her head a little but nods. Jake moves her to Kye's mouth. "Just grab it sweetheart. Don't worry about hurting him." Emma nods and sticks her hand in Kye's mouth, reaching it into his throat, feeling around for the bug. Vincent looks confused. "How.." Kye quickly tenses and coughs, biting down on her arm instinctively. Emma screams, trying to pull her arm out. Jake tries to pry Kye's mouth open. "I-Ill do it myself!! J-Just let go of her arm!!" Addison shrugs. "I just do.. It's wonderful.." Kye lets go so she could get it out, and he breaths heavily, hunched over, saliva dripping from his mouth, and staring at them with wide, twitching golden eyes, that pierced through their souls like a fox staring down a rabbit. Vincent remains confused. "I don't under.. what do I smell like?" Jake quickly shoves his hand down his throat, feeling around for the bug, not caring if he got bit. Emma curls up on the ground, holding her bleeding arm close to her chest. Addison shrugs again. "You just smell nice.. I don't see why people don't like it.." She shifts a little in his arms, pressing their chests together.
Kye growls and even quicker bites down on his arm, biting even harder, aiming to bite all the way through it. Vincent raises an eyebrow. "What the hell.." Addison looks up at him. "Do you not like it..? Because I absolutely love it.." Jake screams but continues to feel for the bug, tensing to make it harder for him to bite through it. Vincent tilts his head. "You know where I got this scent from, right...?" Kye clenches his teeth to bite down harder, as hard as he could. The "bug" could be felt at the very edge of his grasp, but instead of a fleshy feel, it was metallic. Jake grabs onto the bug, tears streaming down his face as Kye bit all the way through his arm. It being cut off from halfway down his forearm. He moves the rest of his arm away from Kye's mouth, passing out immediately. Emma was screaming. Addison shakes her head a little. "Where'd you get it..?" Kye struggles with this, but he swallows it whole. Vincent frowns. "From dying." Emma looked terrified, covering her face with her arms and continuing to scream. Jake was losing blood quickly from his arm. Addison sighs shakily. "Well I still like it.." She slides her hands under Vincent's shirt, holding her hands on his sides. "Do you think I smell nice..?" Vincent nods. "I do." Kye stares at Jake, disgusted. Emma uncovers her face, seeing Jake and quickly looking to Kye. "Jakey hurt..! Daddy and Emma help Jakey..!" Addison smiles a little, sliding her hands up and over to his chest, laying her head on top of them. "You look a lot healthier in your younger body.." Kye doesn't move from where he was. "He got what he deserved.." Vincent blinks, taken aback by this, as he had never really noticed. "I... I do...? How... so..?" Emma frowns and moves herself over to Kye, cuddling up to his leg. "Jakey gunna die..?" Addison shrugs. "You seem to be in less pain.. You're able to move better.. Just overall.. You seem a lot better and healthier.." Vincent smiles. "I... I guess I am..." Kye chuckles darkly. "Let's hope." Zul was watching them from right under his covers, his eyes wide. Emma reaches her arms up to Kye. Levi was still fast asleep. Addison smiles back at him, blushing slightly. "You're the only man I've ever met that I've actually fell in love with.." Kye doesn't take her. Zul was shaking, and nudges Levi. Vincent looks surprised. "R..Really...?" Emma wines quietly but just curls up, covering her face again. Levi groans quietly, looking at Zul. Addison nods a little. "Even Kye.. I didn't really love him.. Because I love YOU.. With all my heart.." Vincent smiles more and leans in, nuzzling her softly. Zul puts a finger to his lips to tell him to shush, his eyes wide. Levi tilts his head a little in confusion but stays quiet. Jake was still laying on the ground, barely breathing. Emma gets up and goes over to Jake's bleeding arm and puts one of her hands on where it was cut off, using her ice magic to cool it at an attempt to make it stop bleeding. The bleeding slows until it reaches a complete stop and then she looks at Kye. "Emma saved Jakey..!" Addison nuzzles him back softly. "Do you think I'm pretty..? Like for real..?" Zul moves so he could peak out where he was to see them. Kye growls. Vincent chuckles. "Of course I do, Hun." Emma gets back up and goes over to the door, trying to open it. Levi frowns when he sees them, gripping onto Zul's arm tightly. Addison smiles happily and lays her head back on his chest. "I wish we could just go somewhere alone.. Without everyone else.." Kye doesn't move to stop her. Zul gestures to the door. Vincent sighs and puts a hand on her head. "Yeah..." Levi turns away to face the wall, curling up and covering his face with the hood on Kye's hoodie. Emma reaches for the door knob, wining as she couldn't get it open and banging on it. Addison sighs shakily. "Do we have to stay on this boat forever..?" Zul frowns, his ears folding against his head, and he huffs, darting to the door and ramming it open, and bursting out. Kye whips his head around to look, growling loudly. Vincent shakes his head. "I believe we're going somewhere.." The door is slammed in Emma's face and she falls onto her butt, hurting her leg in the process and starting to cry. Levi wraps himself in the blanket, not wanting to make Kye mad. Addison nods a little, pressing herself against him. "I'm really hungry.. I haven't eaten in a while.." Kye yells in pain, and glares angrily at her. Vincent nods. "Let's see what I can get you.." Zul sees Addison and Vincent and frowns deeply, gulping and carefully going over. Jake was starting to stir, groaning loudly. Emma moves back over to Kye, laying a few inches away from his leg and curling up. Addison nods and then notices Zul, hopping out of Vincent's arms and kneeling down to him. "What's wrong sweetheart?" Kye huffs. "Dang it.." Zul was watching Vincent, a little scared. "Um.. I wanna go back... something's wrong with Kye.." Addison tilts her head a little. "What's wrong with him?" Jake looks at his arm and huffs, looking at Kye. "What the hell..? Why'd you have to bite it off..?" Emma looks at Jake but quickly hides her face again. Zul frowns. "H-He bit off other dad's arm..." Kye glares at Jake. "Don't stick it down my throat if you don't want me to snap it off!" Jake sighs shakily. "I was trying to get the bug out.." Addison frowns and looks to Vincent. "Can you go see what's going on in there..? I'll stay with Zul.." Kye growls. "What BUG?!" Vincent sighs and shakes his head. "I guess.." he heads there. Jake sees Vincent and sighs, holding up his arm to show him. "Yay.. Now I'm missing part of my arm.." Addison looks back at Zul, hugging him tightly. "Did he hurt you?" Zul hesitates as he shakes his head. "I was scared he would though.." Vincent looks bored. "Good riddance..." Jake sits up weakly, groaning, looking genuinely upset about his arm. "I was trying to get the bug out of his throat.. And because I tried to help him, this is my reward.." Addison nods a little and stands up, picking him up and holding him close. "You're okay now.. I promise.. I won't let him hurt you.." Vincent furrows his brow. "What bug?" Zul snuggles up to her. Addison sighs shakily and rubs his back softly, bouncing him slightly. Jake shrugs. "I touched it and it felt like metal.. Not like a normal bug.." He stares at his arm. "Can we deal with my arm first..? Like.. Can you make me a new one..?" Vincent tilts his head, muttering. "Like a computer bug.." he focuses back onto him. "No. I cannot." Zul looks up at her. "Why do you like grandpa..?" Addison looks really surprised. "Uh.. Well um.. I've loved him for 23 years.. So.. But.. I don't really know why I love him.." Jake huffs. "Fine.." He looks at Emma. "She must've stopped the bleeding.. Cuz I wouldn't be here right now if someone didn't.." Zul frowns a little. "He's scary..." Kye scoffs. "Stupid kid. Shoulda left you to die." Jake frowns and moves over to Emma, scooping her up with her good arm. "Hey sweetheart.. Thanks for helping me.." Emma looks up at him, trying to get back over to Kye frantically. Jake sighs shakily and sets her back down. Emma quickly goes back over to Kye, curling up next to him. Jake looks back up at Vincent. "There's something inside of Kye.. It's making him act really strange.." Addison frowns a little as well. "He can be.. But he's also really nice.." Kye growls aggressively at her, shoving her away. Vincent was deep in thought. "When could this have.. hm..." Zul looks confused. "When...?" Addison thinks. "Well.. If I ever start to freak out about something.. He'll always calm me down.." She chuckles. "Everytime I have a kid, he's always there to calm me down. I'd be just a huge hot mess without him." Emma moves a few feet away. Jake sighs shakily, using one of the beds to stand up and then sitting on that bed, holding his hurt arm to his chest. "Mmf.. Do you know what it is..?" Zul frowns a little. "Oh.. but.. weren't they his kids too..?" Vincent shakes his head. "It's technology, but I'm not sure who could've made it, or how he could've gotten it." Addison nods. "But he doesn't really like kids. That's why it means a lot to me when he helps with them and stuff." Jake frowns. "Can you get it out of him..?" Emma stands up and runs over to Vincent, wrapping her arms around his leg weakly. Zul looks even more confused. "If he doesn't like kids then why does he get so many..?" Vincent shakes his head. "Not without damaging him." Vincent stumbles back, growling and trying to kick her off. Emma stays on for a moment but then falls off, just sitting on the floor sadly. "Emma wanna be held.." Jake ignores Emma. "Mmf.. How bad would it hurt him..?" Addison shrugs. "He just does." Zul stares at the ground and lays his head against her shoulder. "Why did you and other dad go away with the scary officers...?" Vincent thinks. "Well. That depends where the bug's already gotten, and what's it's done there, on top of where it is at the moment of removal." Addison frowns deeply, holding him close. "It's because I hurt Emma and Jake hurt Levi.. But I promise I won't hurt any of you ever again.." Jake frowns deeply, glancing at Kye. "Would he survive..?" Vincent shrugs. "High chance he dies. Medium high chance he'll have a much shorter life span. Very very very very very low chance nothing happens. Zul nods. "Okay.." Jake looks away slightly. "Should I knock him out until we can figure out what to do with him..?" Addison sighs shakily and walks over to the side of the boat, turning herself so they could both see the water. "It's so pretty, isn't it..?" Vincent nods. "Unless the bug has caused any issues other than Personality." Zul nods, smiling. "It is.." he squirms in her arms, trying to be put down. Jake sighs shakily. "Hopefully one punch'll knock him out.." Jake quickly gets up, going over to Kye and throwing a full force punch at his face. Addison sets him down, smiling a little as she watched the waves. "Your grandpa really likes it too.." Kye was caught off guard, and though this doesn't knock him out, his head slams against the bedframe of the bed Levi was laying in, which does, and he falls slack against the floor, unbreathing since he was no long able to manually do so. Zul smiles brightly and looks up at her as he squats down very close to the edge. "He does..?" Emma screams and then suddenly stops, starting to choke. Jake sees this and his eyes widen, quickly going to her and scooping her up, looking to Vincent. "I-I forgot!! K-Kye was breathing manually!! E-Emma's gunna die now!!" He looked panicked and terrified, holding her close as she continued to choke. Addison nods and holds onto the back of his shirt. "Yeah.. He does.." Vincent furrows his brow. "Well you sure jump to conclusions fast." Zul, feeling her holding him lets himself flop his body over the railing. "That's cool!" Addison holds onto him tightly. "Yeah.. It makes him smile.. Which is nice.." Jake goes over to Vincent quickly. "H-How do I get her to breath?!"
Zul giggles as he sees a fish, leaning over more to try and touch it. "Maybe he's nice after all.." Vincent tilts his head. "Well... she has a connection with him that allows to feel what he feels, generally. So when he is supposed to be choking, she does, but as he is not, if I strengthen the bond, to where she feels exactly what he feels, not just what he should, it should allow her to not need to breath." Jake nods rapidly, not really caring at this point, just wanting to get Emma breathing again. "Y-Yes! D-Do it!! H-Hurry!! P-Please!!" He holds Emma out to him. Emma was starting to lose consciousness. Addison moves him so he could touch it, keeping a tight grip on him. "He is nice.. He just doesn't like to show it.." Vincent nods and puts a hand on her head, using his magic as shown with an aura flowing from around his hand to around her, before it shatters into shards and dissipates. "There you go." Zul thinks. "Huh... maybe he's scared of something.." he jerks forward and downward to grab the fish. Emma wasn't breathing but seemed to be fine now, looking over at Vincent and reaching her arms out to him. Jake smiles a little at her. "Thanks Vincent.." Addison huffs as she's jerked forward but she manages to keep a grip on him, waiting until he grabbed the fish and then pulling him back up. "I dunno.. He could be afraid of something.." Vincent shrugs. "I'm not holding it." Zul holds the fish to his face, observing it as it flopped around frantically. "Do you have any idea what it could be?" Addison shakes her head a little. "No.. But he doesn't like to talk about stuff like that.. He doesn't really like to talk about much in general.." Jake holds her close. "It's okay sweetheart.." Emma looks at Jake's missing part of his arm, holding it close to her chest and using her magic to warm it. Jake smiles at her. "Thanks hunny.. I appreciate it.." He looks up at Vincent. "This kid is special.." Zul tilts his head at her. "Oh.. maybe I could ask.." he goes to try to eat the fish's head. Vincent blinks boredly. "Yes, that's why I haven't killed it." Addison shakes her head. "No. Don't do that." Jake sighs. Emma keeps using her magic, smiling at Jake. "Emma make Jakey better.." Jake nods. "Yes you are.." He looks back up at Vincent. "Is Zul okay..?" Zul chops down on the fish, slurping it up and staring at her with the tail hanging out of his mouth. "Why not..?" Vincent shrugs. "Why should I care?" Addison sighs shakily. "I don't want him in a bad mood.. I want to hang out with him but he doesn't like to be with people when he's in a bad mood.." Jake frowns a little but just sighs, glancing at Kye. "We need to figure out what to do with him.." Zul furrows his brow. "Oh.." he slurps up the tail and swallows it whole. He tries to grab at the bottom of the railing to pull himself closer to the water. Vincent sighs. "Indeed." Addison grabs him and pulls him back up. "That's enough for now." Jake frowns more as he watches Kye, going over to him and kneeling down, shifting Emma into his bad arm and rubbing Kye's head softly with his hand. "You'll be okay hunny.. We'll figure out a way to help you.." Zul wines. "Hey!!" Vincent crosses his arms. "He never got his ring back, did he?" Addison huffs. "You can get more later. I'll take you swimming or something." Jake frowns deeply and shakes his head a little. "No.."
Zul growls. "I wanna swim now!!" He struggles, trying to throw himself off. Vincent scoffs. "Well, ain't that something." Jake stares at the ground sadly, keeping his hand on Kye's head. "Mmf.. He had to save Addison.." Addison huffs and grabs onto him. "Okay! Just hang on! I've gotta ask Vincent something!" Zul grumbles. "Fine.." Vincent raises an eyebrow. "Excuse me?"
Jake looks up at him slightly. "Addison got attacked and was stripped of her clothes.. The person was hurting her and was going to throw her out into the streets.. Kye gave up the ring to get her back.." Addison lets go of him and goes back to the cabin, going up to Vincent. "Hey Vincent?" Vincent frowns, and whips around to look at her, narrowing his eyes but shaking his head and calming his expression. "Yes?" Addison sighs. "Zul wants me to take him swimming. I honestly don't want to but I will. I don't have a bathing suit so I'll have to swim in my clothes. Can I wear your shirt or something when I get out? So I'm not sitting in soaking wet clothes?" Jake lays down next to Kye, laying Emma in between them and cuddling up to him.
Vincent looks confused. "If you don't want to just don't take him." Addison frowns a little. "I don't want him to go alone.." Vincent rolls his eyes. "Don't have him go at all then." Addison sighs. "He's just gunna jump in. He already tried to." Vincent chuckles. "You haven't left him very supervised considering." Addison's eyes widen and she bolts back out of the cabin and to where Zul was. Zul was gone. Addison looks around frantically, screaming for Vincent. "VINCENT!!" Vincent sighs and comes out, his hands in his pockets. "Gone, is he?" Addison nods, looking to Vincent. "C-Can you fly around and see if you can see him?!" Vincent chuckles. "Do it yourself." Addison shakes her head. "I don't have wings!! And even if I did I don't know how to use them!!" Vincent shrugs. "Well, then we better hope he ain't dead. Or something." Suddenly wings unfold from Addison's back. Addison sees them and stares at them with wide eyes. "What the hell?!" Vincent laughs. "Magic is usually emotion based."
The wings were white like the feathers Vincent had. Addison looks at Vincent. "How the hell do I use them?!" As Vincent sees the wings his smile fades, and he stumbles back, his eyes wide. "No.." Addison looked panicked. "Vincent!! We can deal with them later!! Just tell me how to use them!! Please!!" Vincent looked in shock, not being able to process this. "H-How.. I-I couldn't have.. theres no way..." Addison eyes start to water. "Vincent.. Please.. We can deal with the color later.. I need to find Zul.." Vincent gulps. "Z-Zul's Fine.." Addison shakes her head. "You don't know that!! I need to find him!!" She frantically tries to make the wings flap but wasn't getting anywhere. Vincent looked like he was panicking, but for a much different reason. "J-Jus.. f... Rhythm.. how... you can't be... what... you're a... you have... wha..." Addison was starting to cry. "Please just wait to deal with this!! What if Zul is hurt?!" Vincent sighs shakily. "He's.. not... just.. look.." his eyes flutter closed as he faints. Addison huffs, not knowing what to do and continuing to try and flap the wings, eventually figuring it out and getting herself in the air. She looked terrified and starts to look around for Zul, flying slowly and shakily, struggling to keep herself up. There was a shine of silver scales in the water following the boat. Addison flies over it. "ZUL!!" Zul pops his head out, flapping his merman tail against the water. "Cool!! You have wings now!!" Addison huffs. "Where did you get that tail?!" She shakes her head. "Get back on the boat!! Now!!" She was clearly having a very hard time keeping herself up. Zul frowns. "I will.. I just wanna swim..." Addison grunts, her slowly starting to fall. "PLEASE!! GET BACK ON THE BOAT!! I'M BEGGING YOU!!" Zul frowns more and jumps out of me water, changing his form and crawling back over the wall and onto the boat, staring at the ground sadly. Addison manages to get herself over the boat before her wings give out and she slams hard against the deck, knocking the wind out of her and she gasps for air, holding a hand to her chest.
Zul looks confused and worried. "Addison..?" After about a minute, Addison catches her breath, turning on her side, her wings just laying there, her shaking a little. Zul goes over. "Are you Okay..?" Addison nods a little, looking over at Vincent, weakly getting up and going over to him, just laying down next to him, managing to wrap him in her wings and pulling him closer. Zul sighs, going back to sitting and slouching over.
