Vincent's eyes widen as he understands. "Wh- But- You said-" he huffs and just quickly gets off the bed. Addison slowly gets off the bed, keeping a hand on her stomach and attempting to walk towards the steps but collapsing near Vincent, groaning in pain. Vincent helps her up, and then picks her up so they could be quicker, quickly running down the stairs and out the door. Addison looks up at him, talking quietly. "N-No matter what.. You have to stay in the room.. You need to be there with our son in case I pass out.." Vincent frowns, looking determined. "Okay." He takes her quickly back to the hospital, running down the road, his tail flying behind him. They get Addison into a room and get her in a gown, once she was on the bed, she looks up at Vincent, her eyes tearing up and she grabs onto his hand, her starting to panic a little. "I-I can't do this! W-What if he's not okay?!" She was breathing heavily and the doctors were trying to calm her down but were unsuccessful. "I-I need him to be alive! I-I can't lose another child!" Vincent puts his other hand over the one that was holding his. "Hey. He'll be fine. You're strong, he will be too. Just calm down, you don't want to hurt it." Addison starts to take some deep breaths, attempting to calm herself down but was unsuccessful. "I-I'm trying, Vincent! I-I can't calm myself down!" She starts to cry. "W-What if I'm hurting him?! I don't want to hurt him!" Vincent shushes her quietly. "Shhh... Clear your mind... don't worry about the baby... don't worry about yourself... just calm.. focus on your breaths.." Addison takes one of Vincent's hands and lays it on her stomach along with both of her hands, attempting to calm herself again and this time she did start to relax, her starting to fall asleep. Vincent notices this and moves his other hand to her shoulder. "Hey. Stay awake, okay?" Addison opens her eyes slowly, a little delirious at this point. "I just need to close my eyes for 5 minutes.. I promise I'll be fine.." Vincent sighs and shakes his head. "No, hunny you have to stay awake. Please.." Addison looks up at him. "Did the baby make it..?" It was clear at this point she had no idea what she was saying and not understanding what was going on. Vincent, realising this, squeezes her shoulder a little. "You aren't finished, hunny." Addison looks down at her stomach and then looks back up at him. "Tell me when I'm all done.." Vincent nods. "Hang in there.." Throughout the next 9 hours, Vincent had to constantly keep Addison awake, sitting on the bed with her and keeping a hand on her stomach the entire time to make sure she felt safe as she was still in a confused state. Addison then had the baby but she didn't recognize that she did and looks up at Vincent, still very confused. "Am I almost done...?" Vincent smiles at Addison and nods. "You're done." The doctor walks over and carefully hands the child to Addison, she looks down at him and smiles softly. The boy was an Axolotis, with a black and gold colour variant. He had black hair, with a Crystal like glimmer in each and every strand, glinting with the tiny crystal fragments that helped make up the hair. He had tinted black web webbing along his spine, down his hair, and in between his toes and fingers, six black featheries going around his neck, and a black tail. He stared up at Addison with Crystal like eyes that shimmered like his hair and looked as if they were carved out of Crystal themselves, his eyelashes having the same shimmering effect as his hair. His scleras were black, his irises a bright and shining blue, and his pupils a bright white. He had gold nails, a gold tongue, and gold markings littering his body. He had three golden dots under each eye, Golden bands crisscrossing diagonally along his arms, golden rings around his wrists and ankles, a pair of crisscrossing golden rings running diagonally around his waist, golden blotches running down the back of his neck, back, and all the way down the top his tail, a golden undertail, and on his hands and feet had golden finger and toe pads, as well as golden pads on the portion of his palms connected to his top top four fingers and toes, and on his feet had golden heel pads. He also didn't yet have teeth, an extremely rare oddity for a royal, pure demon child. Addison sees that he has no teeth and looks to Vincent. "Shouldn't he have teeth...?" Vincent looks confused, looking at him and frowning a little. "Yeah..." Addison shakes her head. "It's fine. It means I can feed him." She sighs and rubs his head softly. "Do you have any ideas for a name?" Vincent thinks for a moment. "Hm... What about Warren?" Addison smiles and nods. "I love it." She looks back down at Warren. "I'm going to give you to daddy for a minute so he can see you and then I'll feed you." Addison carefully gives Warren to Vincent. Vincent holds Warren carefully, while Warren stared up at him silently, with big, curious eyes. Vincent smiles at him. "Hello, child." Addison sighs and smiles at the two of them. "I'm glad I'll be able to feed him. The only other child I was able to feed was Liam." She frowns. "I wonder if I would've been able to feed Isabelle.." Vincent sighs. "It's best not to dwell on the past, Addison." He holds Warren out to her for her to take again. Addison sighs shakily and sets Warren up and then looks at Vincent again. "She didn't deserve to die right away.. She should've been able to live.." Her eyes were tearing up and she looks away quickly. Vincent frowns and rubs her back softly. A tear runs down Addison's cheek. "There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about her.. About what she would've been like.. About what she would've liked to do with her free time.. Everything a person should experience.. But.. That never happened.." Vincent sighs. "I haven't thought about her in years.. I try not to... Pushing away the pain usually seems better than living through it... I find it best not to dwell on things like that.." Addison looked really upset at this point. "She was going to be my first born.. And it's my fault she didn't make it.. I could've done more.. I know I could've.." Vincent looks a bit guilty. "It wasn't your fault.. You were young.. there wasn't much you could do anyway..." Addison mutters. "Well who's fault was that.." Vincent looks away. "Mmf..." Addison takes Warren away and sighs shakily, grabbing a rag that she had on a table next to her and starts to burp him. Warren after a few pats spits up. Vincent was staring at the floor, frowning guiltily. Addison smiles a little at him and wipes his face, looking at Vincent. "You have to stay in here but can you watch Warren while I sleep? You could try to put him to sleep or something because it's already 4 in the morning." She yawns tiredly. Warren smiled cutely at Addison. Vincent sighs and nods, not in the slightest bit tired. Addison hands him Warren and smiles, laying down and cuddling up to Vincent, not because she chose to but because it was a habit, not even thinking about it. Vincent holds Warren, facing away from Addison and holding him close, just hoping he'd fall asleep on his own. Instead, Warren fiddled his fingers, watching them move with a mesmerised look on his face. Addison falls asleep quickly, she had her head still partially in Vincent lap and she starts to drool. Vincent grumbles a little, carefully pushing her head away and laying there, staring at Warren next to him. Addison groans in her sleep, pressing her face up against Vincent's side, curling up. Vincent lets out a long sigh, moving Warren on top of him, and Warren deciding he was comfortable, closes his eyes after staring at a button on Vincent's shirt for several minutes. Addison kept moving around, looking really uncomfortable. Vincent just stared up at the ceiling, awake, as Warren quickly fell asleep. Addison stirs, not being able to stay asleep and opening her eyes and looking up at Vincent. Vincent glances back at her. Addison had started looking at her stomach, frowning. Vincent raises an eyebrow at her. Addison looks back up at him, an angry look on her face. "This is your fault." Vincent looks very confused. "What is?" Addison huffs. "You made me have another child! Now my stomach isn't going back to normal! It's all your fault!" She looked really sad even though she was yelling at him and seemed angry. Vincent looked irritated, though still confused. "How is that my fault? That's a Normal thing that happens." Addison growls. "But it always went back right away! Now it's not! Now I'm just fat! And it's not even because I'm pregnant!" Vincent grumbles. "It'll go back eventually.." Addison shakes her head. "Use magic to fix it or something!" Vincent sighs. "I can't, I'd hurt you if I tried." Addison looked really confused, starting to calm down a bit and just being sad about it. "How..?" Vincent takes a deep breath. "Because it would disrupt your body's natural process." Addison shakes her head. "I'll be fine. I want to do it." Vincent carefully moves Warren over and sits up. "Are you completely sure? Because if you are you cannot complain to me after I do it." Addison hesitantly nods. "I can keep the pain to myself.." Vincent looks at her skeptically. "You promise not to complain?" Addison sighs. "I'll just tell you to leave the room or something." Vincent sighs and shakes his head. "Alright." He moves towards her, putting a hand on her belly, and using magic to shrink it back to normal, causing Addison to be in an immense amount of pain as he did so. Addison closes her eyes and clenches her teeth, her hands curling up into fists and her eyes tearing up, her breathing heavy. Vincent stops, finishing, after about a whole minute, but the pain stayed, only hovering. Addison turns her face away from Vincent, shaking slightly. Vincent then lays back down. "You wanted it." She didn't respond, it becoming noticable she was holding her breath. Vincent raises an eyebrow. "What are you doing?" Addison shakes her head, laying back down, her face starting to turn red but she continues to hold her breath, not wanting to breath, afraid it would make the pain worse. Vincent looks worried. "Hey, you've gotta breath." Addison shakes her head again, starting to get lightheaded. Vincent frowns and scoffs. "You asked for this! If you didn't want this to happen then maybe you should have listened to me!" Addison's vision starts to blur, her face purple. Vincent growls and then grabs her by the neck, pulling her up, and then hitting her back with the side of his fist. Addison coughs, gasping for air and gripping onto her belly, glaring at Vincent. "Y-You shouldn't of done that.. I-I was fine.." Vincent looks now angry. "No you weren't! You could've died!" Addison huffs. "I'm sure you would've liked that." Vincent looks taken aback. "Wh.. why would you.." he looks away. Addison crosses her arms. "I know you don't actually love me. You're just like everyone else. Only after me for my looks." Vincent looks hurt. "But you said... I'm not..." Addison turns on her side away from him, curling up and her eyes tearing up, actually believing that he didn't love her and just wanting to be with someone who did. Vincent gulps, and then gets out of the bed, careful not to wake up Warren, and goes to leave the room. Addison stares at him, tears running down her face. "I knew you didn't love me. At least take the kid with you." Vincent stands in the doorway for just a moment, before not even looking back and leaving, shutting the door behind him. Addison starts to cry, turning over to face Warren.
