Chapter 33: Decisions, fights and rapture

-Well Arianne is too good to make you understand the rules but I’m not. She announced and with that she actually griped my wrist and yank me forward

-Hey! Cam protested but she won’t stop walking forcing me to follow her. I tried to pull back but it was pointless. This girl was too strong. Until Cam, appeared in front of us, with his arms crossed in front of his chest

-You won’t tell her what to do.  He said through gritted teeth

-Neither will I, let her make the most stupid decision ever. That’s when anger overwhelmed me. I’ve had enough. She had no right to tell what to do and what not

-Neither of you actually! The choice is mine! I shouted as I draw back my hand. A few students start to stare in our directions. Cam and Gabbe noticed as well.

-We’re not making a scene here. Cam said in a low voice and his eyes found mine

-Go with her and we’ll talk later. And with that he turns and leave, which meant I was alone with Gabbe.

 Moments later, I was sat in a table with both Arianne and Gabbe praying for the bell to rang. 10 more freaking minutes.

-Luce, you have to understand we only want what’s best for you. Arianne tried calmly

-Cam is good for me. I snapped. Gabbe rolled her eyes

-Okay look, he might said he loves you but he’s lying. It’s just a game to make you leave Haven and when you’ll do it he’ll just found another toy to play. I shoved the part of me that was telling me that this was actually making sense and looked away. Cam loved me for real.

 They kept on and no about how wrong this was until the bell finally rang and I headed to my next class, not looking at either of them. 

 I had Math, meaning I would be with both Cam and Arianne. Speaking of her, she rushed toward me and grab my hand

-Sorry but you’re sitting with me today. She said. Rolling my eyes I pulled my hand back only she didn’t let go of me

-Let her go Arianne. Cam said standing beside me. Their eyes met and she looked at him like she wanted to kill him

-I’m not gonna let you seduce her again!

-Already have! He complained and I chuckled. He sure had

-Arianne… Don’t do that okay? Just let me choose what I want. And if anyone’s gonna pay the consequences it’s gonna be me. I told her calmly. She stare at me for a while

-Do you really think to fell? She asked. I shook my head

-I…I don’t know.

-You have to decide before the battle starts you know. Beside me, Cam rolled his eyes

-We know that. Arianne let go of my hand but her eyes was still on me. 

-Just promise me you will choose what best for you? 

-I will. I promised. She sighed and took a seat. Me and Cam sat behind her.

- I have an idea. He said. I looked at him arching my brow.

-No Lucy it doesn’t involve us naked in a bed. My eyes went wide

-Hush. I hissed making him chuckle. I wasn’t thinking that! Well I might but how did he even knew?
