I unlocked my phone and went straight to my messages to see exactly what it said and who it was from. I began to feel all warm and fuzzy inside seeing that it was from no other than Chase Elliott himself.

70647830534: Hey Julia this is Chase. Hope you don't mind that Blaney gave me your number. It was great to get to talk to you this morning on Glass Case.
Julia: Hey Chase! No I don't mind at all that Ryan gave you my number. I had such a great time this morning getting to be on the podcast, it was great getting to talk to you as well.
Chase: Okay cool. I wanted to make sure that it was okay with you first before I got your number, I know Blaney would ask you first to make sure. Blaney is always calling me too early in the morning to be on the podcast, but I'm glad I actually woke up to be on it this morning. Maybe when I get up there to Charlotte we can officially meet up in person.
Julia: Yeah It is definitely okay. Ryan made sure to ask me first, that is so sweet that you were the one to ask Ryan to ask me first. That is so funny that he always tries to get you to be on, and I'm glad you could be on this morning.Yes I would love to get to meet up when y'all get to Charlotte. Just text me your schedule and I'll see what I can do!
Chase: It's no problem, yeah I didn't want to be rude and disrespectful to you. Aww you thought it was sweet. When I get my schedule on Sunday after the race for next week I'll send it to you. I know you are probably busy right now so I'll text you later on. Have a great rest of your day, bye!
Julia: That sounds good to me. Haha I'm just typing up a little report about getting to be on the podcast this morning that's all. I'll talk to you later then, have a good day also! Bye.

I couldn't believe my eyes that I was actually texting with Chase. I am definitely feeling very appreciative over the last few days with my career. I was so happy to walk into the office and see that Kate was over the moon about me and how great the podcast went. I wonder what all was said on the phone between her Kim, Chuck, and Ryan I hope it was all good things. I then went back to typing up more of my report.
In my report I wrote about how when I first got to MRN they made me feel welcome and right at home. I then went on to talk about meeting Kim,Chuck, and Ryan and how funny they were in real life and not just on tv. I mentioned what we talked about like the race, coming to Charlotte, the introduction to me, talking to Chase, conspiracy theories, and the many other subjects that we squeezed in. I finished the report and included the pictures that I had taken from my road trip to MRN. Of course the report was almost a full 3 pages, but I knew it was going to be a good one for Kate to read. If the reports are good enough I've been told that they usually will get published for everyone to read, so I'm hoping it's good and to Kate and the Speedways liking.
Towards the end of the day I talked to my parents and told them about the rest of my day had went. I also may or may not have mentioned that I had been texting with Chase Elliott, they were surprised to hear that but they thought it was also super cute. After I had got off the phone with them I had a text from Chase, so I decided to text him back and we continued our little conversation that we had started earlier.

Chase: How was the rest of your day?
Julia: My day went pretty good, how did yours go?
Chase: Mine went pretty good as well. I'm gonna probably fly back to Georgia sometime tomorrow to go and spend time with my family. How did your report come along?
Julia: Well that's good to hear. I bet that's exciting to just fly back in your own plane. I love flying and prefer flying when I have to travel anywhere. My report actually came together pretty good I had some fun stories to share in it and I included pictures bringing it to a total of 3 pages.
Chase: It is really exciting to get to fly planes on your own and it's convenient because I can always fly back home after races. That's awesome that you already finished your report, of course it's 3 pages long. Where did you say that you were from in Georgia?
Julia: I'm a little bit extra what can I say haha. I am from Marietta, Georgia. The new home of Suntrust Park where the Atlanta Braves play!
Chase: We can all be a little bit extra sometimes maybe. Oh okay cool, I'm from Dawsonville, Georgia home of the famous Dawsonville Pool Room. Speaking of the Braves were you excited to hear about them wanting to move up there to Cobb County instead of staying in downtown Atlanta?
Julia: I think I may have drove through Dawsonville once when I came up to that area for a college tour back in the day. I was excited for the Braves to move up here to Cobb County, but I will always have wonderful memories from going to games at Turner Field in downtown Atlanta. Suntrust Park is such a nice stadium and I think that it will bring some good tourism to the county. I assume you cheer for the Braves?
Chase: I agree with you on that one. Turner Field was fun and all but the location kinda began to get sketchy. I am a big Braves fan, I have been watching them play for a long time. I am actually going to team up with them to make a hat as one of their promotional games soon. So that is gonna be super fun!
Julia: Yay I'm a Braves fan and have also been cheering for them for a long time. That sounds like it is going to be super fun for you. I can't wait to see what they look like and hear all about it, well I know that you have to be up early tomorrow so you can fly home so I'll talk to you later on tomorrow. Bye Chase, goodnight and fly safe!
Chase : I will definitely tell you all about that when I get to do that. Yeah I do have to be up early in the morning. I'll talk to you later on tomorrow. Bye Julia, goodnight and I will.
