Leo crept into his father's penthouse, hoping to go unnoticed. However, his father was sat at the living room table. "Hey, Leo, come here." His father demanded, it caused a fearful feeling. Leo slowly made his way over. His father looked up at him. "You're friends with the Espina family, right?" He asked.
Leo was frightened, so much so that he answered in a squeak. "No."
"Oh, okay. I thought you were." His father shrugged it off.
"I know people that know them, but I don't really speak to them." Leo answered. "Shouldn't you be at work?"
"I was, but then Reina Espina brought in a laptop. She said she forgot the password on it and wants it removed." His father informed him as he pointed to the laptop in front of him.
"Yeah, that's totally theirs." Leo rolled his eyes before realisation hit. "Hold on a minute." Leo instructed as he pulled out his phone.
"Well obviously it's not, I wasn't born yesterday." His father remarked, Leo ignored him as he dialled Elena.
"Elena, what brand of laptop did Donatello have?" He asked.
Sebastian looked at Elena curiously as she called out for Donatello. Donatello swiftly ran down the stairs. "What brand was your laptop?" She asked.
"It was a LaitureCorp one, y'know, the black and silver ones." Donatello answered.
"One of yours. It's black and silver." Elena repeated to Leo. "Why?"
"Reina handed my father a laptop. I think it could be his." Leo informed Elena as he glanced at the laptop. "You should come down here. Just so we know."
"Yeah, I can do that." Elena reached for her bag. "I'll be there in fifteen minutes." She said before hanging up.
"Who was that?" Donatello asked.
"Leo. Reina handed in a laptop. We're going to check it out." Elena informed him as they were about to enter the elevator, Sebastian laughed.
"Didn't you learn your lesson?" Sebastian said to Elena. "Y'know, running off when evidence finds your way? Maybe sometimes it's best to think it through."
Donatello grimaced. "Are you trying to get her away from Leo? This isn't about her, Sebastian, this about me. They could have my laptop!"
Sebastian chuckled. "Alright then. Remember to call me when I have to come bail you both out." The two ignored Sebastian, leaving the place altogether.
Leo put away his phone. "I think this was the laptop that was stolen from Donatello Faustini. I invited him over to see if it was his."
Landon stood up and Leo flinched, Landon sighed. "Why did you think that was a good idea?" He asked Leo.
"Because it's not right to steal someone else's property." Leo stammered. "And I didn't want you to get into trouble either."
"There are no ramifications for people like myself, Leo." Landon walked over to him.
"If anyone knows that more than anyone, it's me." Leo mumbled.
There was a long period of silence, Landon eventually gave in. "Fine. I will give him the laptop. But you'll have to explain to Reina Espina why she's not getting her laptop back."
Leo smiled in relief. "Thank you."
Landon was bewildered. "You're not at all worried about what Reina will do?"
