Elena followed Rita and Leo down the halls, the two were ahead of her and seemingly in a world of their own. As Elena came close to the door, she stopped suddenly. "You know what?" Elena stated, Rita and Leo turned around. "I think it'd be best if I stayed here. You two would get there quicker if you called your driver."
"Are you sure?" Rita asked.
"Yeah." Elena confirmed. "I don't want to get in the way or anything."
"Okay then." Rita smiled. "I promise we'll be back as soon as we can."
"Take your time." Elena called out as they walked out of the building.
After Leo's driver had arrived, Rita hesitated in opening the car door. "Do you think she'll be alright?"
Leo took it upon himself to open the door for her. "As long as they put a leash on Donatello." Leo leaned his chin on the top of the door. "But then again, it may be like one of those comedic situations where the dog's dragging the owner down the path-" he started to laugh, "-like the dog's running off uncontrollably.
Rita hurried into the car, trying to hide her laughter.
Colette went into her apartment and dropped her bags suddenly. "No, no, no!" She exclaimed, strutting over to Sebastian who sat with Gio beside him. "You are not welcome here, I don't ever want to see your face!" She yelled as Sebastian calmly stood up, holding Gio in his arms as he did so. "You may able to trick Val and the rest of them, but I know better."
"You know better?" Sebastian scoffed. "Then tell me why you hurled yourself back into the dating scene?"
"I don't know what you're talk-" Colette saw Hilbert peering in from the halls. Sebastian smirked.
"I've been concerned about Rita for quite sometime. I'd noticed she'd been spending an awful amount of time over at Val's house. I mean I love them all to bits but who'd willingly stay over in a house with a crying infant?" Sebastian poked Gio's nose. "Isn't that right, Gio?"
"Stop it." Colette crossed her arms.
"Honestly, I wish you would've come to me first to have this guy background checked. After what happened with Rita, I'd expect you to be more cautious." Sebastian sat Gio back down on the couch so he could talk to Colette one on one.
"Are you saying I can't live my life?" Colette questioned quietly.
"No, I'm just saying live it responsibly." Sebastian quietened down. "The situation scared me too."
"But wouldn't it show distrust if I got him checked?" Colette gave up and sat down next to Gio. "Won't that ruin things?"
Sebastian shrugged as he looked down at her. "If he finds out. And so what if he does? If he's not patient enough to work through things with you, then is he worth it?" Sebastian then recalled what the man looked like. "I mean he's pretty ugly, so-"
"That was uncalled for." Colette mumbled.
"Yeah, that's my dad you're talking about!" Hilbert yelled, still stationed around the corner.
"That just means you're in it for the right reasons." Sebastian said with a grimace on his face. "Whatever, I'm not here to judge, if you find chubby bearded men cute then have at it. I do however think you should talk to Rita about it. She deserves to be accommodated for just as much as anyone else."
Colette looked to the floor. "I haven't had the time to bring it up with her. I don't admit that willingly-"
"Do you want me to talk to her for you?" Sebastian asked. "She won't tread lightly when speaking to me. I think it'll be a good way to get her honest opinion."
