Sebastian arrived at the Faustini Penthouse in the early morning. As Elena and Donatello were getting ready, he met with Catalina. "Are you busy today?"
Catalina replied dismissively. "No."
"Would you be able to run an errand for me?" Sebastian asked, retrieving an invitation from his coat pocket. "Could you deliver this to Stefano for me?"
"Is it poisoned?" She asked.
"No." He replied, insisting she take it. "I have the approval of your father for this party of sorts. You don't have to show up but I'd prefer you to convince Stefano to come. Unlike Dina, I can't extort him into coming to a party."
"Glad to see you're respecting people enough to not force them into situations." Catalina said sarcastically. "One hundred dollars."
Sebastian sighed. "With a rate like that, you'll lose money." He went through his wallet and handed her the requested amount. "You need any money for gas?"
"Don't make me change my mind." Catalina took the money before she took the invitation.
Elena walked downstairs in a rather gloomy mood. "Are you ready?" He asked and she nodded unenthusiastically. "What's wrong?"
"Haven't you seen the news?" Elena wondered, Sebastian shook his head. "Never mind, I don't want to talk about it." Sebastian's curiosity was suppressed by his respect for her wishes.
Shortly after, Donatello came racing down the stairs and they were on their way.
Leo returned home with Rita by his side after hearing about the passing of his father. He came to the front room and saw Letha packing her suitcase. Leo looked blankly at her, waiting for an explanation. "My mother's picking me up in the evening, I'm moving to England with her and her new husband. Although, I'm not sure what's happening with Layton." She informed him, he remained silent.
She walked over and softly wrapped her arms around him. "I'm sorry, I hope things work out well." She pulled away from the short hug and went back to packing her bags. "Some lawyers will be searching for you to work out everything else. I think you should call Layton's mother and sort out what will be happening with him as well."
Leo couldn't speak, so Rita stepped forward. "Thanks. Is her number in the book by the phone?" Rita asked and Letha nodded. "Alright. We'll call her later this evening. Thanks again, Letha." Rita said as she led Leo to another room.
Lorenzo and Casper were seated on a picnic blanket underneath a tree with Chelsea sprawled out on her back, facing the sky. "I mean, it's horrible to think so, but you don't think it's a little suspicious that the most wanted felon suddenly ended up dead? Something doesn't add up."
"You're getting a little conspiratorial, Chelsea. I hope that doesn't distract from the fact that it can be a little insensitive to Landon Laiture's family." Lorenzo reminded her.
"Insensitive? Really? They're the ones that probably bumped him off!" Chelsea stated bluntly. Once she sensed the reaction of disagreement, she looked over to Charles who leant against the tree they were sitting under. "Hannibal, what do you think?"
"Hmm? What?" He asked, clearly not having paid attention.
"Do you think it's irrational to believe that there's a small possibility that we're not being told everything about Jett Cross' 'suicide'?" Chelsea asked for his opinion.
"Whatever." He shrugged, speaking under his breath.
Chelsea whined. "Oh my god, Charles, if you're going to be in our friendship group, you're going to have to put up with the fact that Lorenzo and Casper are dating. There's plenty of fish in the sea, but don't bring your jealous parade to my picnic."
