Elena and Leo sped down the highway as an enraged Claudio chased them out of the state. "Jesus!" Elena looked over her shoulder and saw Claudio's car. "What do we do now? I thought he'd drop off before we reached Pennsylvania!"

"I don't know!" Leo exclaimed as he also frantically glanced around. "Maybe his car will break down? I hope so!"

As they got further down the highway, the two heard an ear piercing bang. Elena paled, she slowly turned to Leo. "Leo, what was that?"

"I don't know." Leo answered calmly.

"Should we stop?" Elena wondered.

Leo looked back. "Claudio's still right behind us."

Elena turned back, she then gasped. "Leo look out!" She screamed as she saw a car come right towards them. Leo swerved the car, but it was too late, he couldn't avoid the other car.

Claudio who was following behind them, stopped the car after seeing the collision. "Oh no." He muttered before getting out. "No, no, no, no, no!" He repeated as he inspected the scene. He opened Leo's car and saw the two out cold.

He reached for his phone and dialled for emergencies services. "I need an ambulance!" He stammered. Before he could give an address, he felt a cloth pressed against his mouth. He struggled, his phone slipped out of his hand and hit the ground. Everything faded to black.

Meanwhile, Rita remained inside with Valentino and his children. "Where's Elena?" She asked.

"I don't know, I didn't see her after I left." Lorenzo addressed her, Rita began to worry.

"Leo's gone too, I'm guessing they got bored and left." Catalina shrugged.

"I don't think that's the case." Rita uttered, Catalina dismissed her and went off with Lorenzo but Amara remained with her.

"What do you mean by that?" Amara asked.

"Well..." Rita hesitated. "Elena had a plan to keep Claudio busy..." Amara looked confused. "But it wasn't to hurt you, it was just to- y'know, get him in trouble. But now that she's gone... She would never have left willingly."

"Why would she do that?" Amara asked in a non-judgemental tone, it was more a tone of confusion.

"I don't know, she told me he was a creep. I got really excited. I love giving creeps justice." Rita shrugged as Amara looked around.

"I'll try call her." Amara reassured Rita as she reached for her phone.

Back at the scene of the crash, Captain Celeste Bentley arrived with a few other police officers struggling behind. She walked over to the first responders. "This seems to be an ordinary crash, why bother paging me?" Captain Celeste asked as the detective seemed serious.

"A body was found in the fields a few yards from here. We're unsure if they're linked but given the suspicious circumstances of this crash, we can only assume so." The detective informed Celeste.

"Suspicious as in...?" Celeste trailed off, waiting for the detective to fill in the details.

"There appears to be another set of blood and it's unlikely it came from the man we found incapacitated on the ground either as there are no visible wounds on him. This implies someone may have vanished or been taken from the scene." Celeste was baffled by the detective. "Here, come take a look."

They walked over to Leo's car and investigated. "We identified the driver to be Leonardo Laiture via the car's registration, had he not been carried out on a stretcher, you could understand how this-" the detective pointed to a stain of blood with his gloved finger, "-pool of blood couldn't have been formed by him. Perhaps a splatter here and there maybe, but not this much. We're getting it checked at the lab too just in case." The detective explained as Celeste remained intrigued.
