In the most awkward elevator ride ever, Sebastian remained in the far corner of the elevator, astray from Catalina and Claudio. The silence was interrupted by the sound of the elevator. Catalina and Claudio walked out first, Sebastian hesitant to be around them.

Elena and Amara, who were home at the time, went to see who had arrived. "Hey Sebastian, I had something I wanted to show you-" Elena quickly took a double take, in shock of Claudio's presence she looked around for answers. "What is he doing here?"

"Isn't it obvious, Leopard? I'm spending time with my girl." He answered.

"Out, now, we need to talk." Amara said, walking straight past Claudio and towards Sebastian.

"Hey, what did I do?" Sebastian questioned as Amara dragged him into another room.

Once both Amara and Sebastian had left, Claudio and Catalina looked back at Elena. Her face was scrunched up in a poor attempt to hide her disapproval. She spoke through gritted teeth. "Happy you're home, Catalina."

"Are you crazy?!" The usually calm and level-headed Amara yelled with rage.

Sebastian flinched. "The only way I could bring her home was to bring the pest with her. You can't have the Cat without the flea- pun intended."

"I'm not talking about that!" Amara shot back and Sebastian was struck with confusion.

"Oh, then what are you talking about?" Sebastian wondered. "I'm not exactly a saint, so you're going to have to be a little more specific."

"What in the world could have convinced you that killing Jett Cross' family is a good idea?" Amara growled and Sebastian looked away. "See, even you know it's a stupid plan!"

"I see we're reliving Roman's family drama now." Sebastian muttered.

"It's funny you bring that up, Sebastian, because you should have learnt from it." Amara scolded. "There are so many instances and possibilities where it will all go wrong. Where you'll fail. You'll go to jail or die. You'll leave us. Do you really want to make that mistake again?"

"I wanted the people I care about to be able to live without fear." Sebastian mumbled. "Murdering Jett and his family would be a great way to grant that."

"And you think we wouldn't afraid of you getting hurt?" Amara questioned Sebastian's assumption.

"No, but the plan was to have you all unaware of what I was doing- no thanks to Landon." Sebastian scoffed. "Stupid Landon, I don't see why he'd have any objections- have you seen the way he is with his son? God damn."

"That should be even more telling. The fact that even an eccentric like Landon himself sees what's wrong with your plan should at the very least make you reconsider." Amara crossed her arms. "There are other ways you can ease the fear- spend more time with us, go shopping or anything that doesn't involve taking someone's life."

"Yep, alright, yeah." Sebastian muttered dismissively.

"Are you listening to me?" Amara clicked her fingers. "I'm not letting you leave until you promise to do as I say."

Sebastian looked sceptical of her. "And what's going to enforce this? I could lie to your face just to get out of here?"

"The matter of disappointing not only me, but Elena too. If you kill Jett, he wins." Amara became quieter and more calm. "You have already have all you could ask for, think of that before an impulsive decision ruins it." Amara had said what she'd wanted to and Sebastian had fallen silent. She exited the room and left him to think.

Valentino was on his way out of his office when Diego approached him. He had an intern running after him. "I'm so sorry, I've called security to escort him out-" She apologised as Valentino shook his head.
