Elena walked downstairs with her bag. Sebastian groaned out of impatience. "Are you done yet? You're gonna make yourself late." He complained.
"Yeah, I was just asking Donatello if he wants a ride too, he said yes." Elena explained.
"Don't leave yet!" Amara chimed, entering the room with a gloomy Catalina. "I want to have a quick meeting. Sebastian, you too."
Sebastian and Elena walked towards them, forming a circle. "I wanted to reemphasise how much I care for all of you, we're never going to be alone because we have each other." Amara held the hands of Elena and Catalina as they were the closest to her. "We're not going to let last night effect our bond. Is that fair?"
"Of course." Elena followed, holding Sebastian's hand. Catalina looked to her side and saw Sebastian's hand. Though initially repulsed, she took the hand.
"Now, this will work both ways. You'll need to put as much in as I do. I'm asking you both to make it home in time for a family dinner." Amara asked of them. "At this dinner we'll talk and help each other, so none of us will ever feel lonely, nothing will ever be like before."
Donatello was behind them. "Can one of you let go of your hands or am I going to have to limbo my way in to be a part of this?"
Amara and Catalina let their hands go, grabbing onto Donatello's. "Do we agree?" Amara checked to see if everyone was on board.
"Yeah." Catalina shrugged.
"I told you before, of course." Elena repeated.
"Are we going to say something in a cheer? Faustini! No- never mind that sounded better in my head." Sebastian went quiet.
"So, it's settled." Amara took her hands back. "I'm looking forward to tonight's dinner."
After the meeting, Elena, Donatello and Sebastian went down to Sebastian's car. "I call shotgun!" Donatello ran over to the car, expecting a reaction from the others, but they didn't care.
Elena got to the car door and upon placing her hands on the door, she felt a surge and her hand began to tremble. Though she thought she was over it, the memories of the night of her car crash came back to her. She felt as if she were there, it was as if she could feel herself thrown across the car again.
Elena took a gulp and fell back. Sebastian ran over to tend to her. Donatello got out of the car. "Huh, if it's really that big of a deal to you, you can be in the front."
Sebastian spoke in a whisper. "We don't have to go in the car if you can't, we can walk." Elena looked up to him in pleading eyes. "Don't worry about it, don't you think your friends will freak out? If the car's not a Porsche, it can't get into the car park."
Donatello realised what was occurring. "Oh, yeah totally, I wanted to walk anyways. I've got to burn off those calories, man."
Later that day, after Sebastian had dropped the two off, he retrieved his phone and called Landon. It took a few rings, but Landon answered. "I'm surprised to hear you of all people are calling me."
"I need a favour, a technology favour." Sebastian uttered.
"I'm sure you have your street trash friends for that." Landon sassed back.
"They're not as efficient you are, nor as quick." Sebastian sighed. "You're my friend Landon, I'm sorry I ignored you for the last week and I can promise that I'm not going to murder Jett Cross now. I've found my distraction."
"Do enlighten me on what this distraction is." Landon replied.
"I'm not sure you'll care, I can't justify it with 'it's for Leo'." Sebastian explained. "I want you to scan Karina Florentino's texts and see if anything suspicious comes up."
