It's weekend, time to start and finish the research paper. Alex texted Jem for the first time, "Hi Jem! Alex here, let me know your address so I can be there on time." By the way, it's 5AM. Alex wake up early bacause of excitement. Jem is still asleep so she didn't respond to her text message.
Jem woke up around 8AM, her alarm was set to 6AM so she can still clean up the house. "OMG, it's late." Jem read Alex' text message and replied, "Let's meet at the 7/11 near the school at 11AM."
"Yeah, sure." Alex replied
"Okay."
"Do I need to bring anything?"
"Food I guess, lol joking."
"Yeah, why not. What do you want?"
"Dimsum. Lol 😝."
"Got it. See you."
It's already 10AM, Alex decided to leave the house so she can still be at the meeting place earlier than Jem. She looking for a Dimsum resto where she can buy some food, she found one but when she arrived there something happened. One of the store crews asked Alex if she'll dine in. She answered, "Uhmm, I am not sure how did I get here?" "Do you want to order some food?"
Suddenly Alex remember, "Yeah, that's why I am here." Alex is talking to herself, what the heck is wrong with me.
"Here's the menu."
Alex ordered and left the resto. It is 10:45AM still early from the meeting time but Jem arrived there around 10:30AM.
"Hi, Jem. You're here, I thought I was early. Sorry."
"You don't have to be sorry Alex, you're just in time."
"I bought something for you. Here." Alex handed the paper bag to Jem.
"Woah, you really bought dimsum."
"Yeah, you said you like it. Sana all."
Jem laughed so hard. "You know what let's go. Haha."
They arrived at Jem's condo, it looks so fancy. Jem's family are incredibly rich. She can join the cast of crazy rich asians. Haha. "Wow, your place is so beautiful like you." Alex
Jem smiled, "I personally designed this."
"Really, it looks so great. Can I love here?"
"Yeah, sure."
"For real? Hold on, I'll get my things." Alex acted that she's leaving to get her things.
"You are funny Alex. Hahaha."
"I hope I am making you comfortable."
"Of course."
"Let's start the research paper."
