Four's P.O.V:
A few months have passed, and it's Winter Break. The previous months were full of awkwardness and denial, but we kept seeing a red shape. X was convinced it was a floating heart. I still though it was... something else.
someone else.
I'm not sure if X was trying to drop a hint by saying it was a floating heart, but I doubt it. I'm not risking anything. I don't think he knows what dropping hints is. Anyways, Christmas Eve is tomorrow, and X and I are just going to party alone. I'm not sure if he likes alcohol, though. I'll have a glass of champagne every now and then, but not too often. Maybe he'll try it. Otherwise, it's all for me...
I frown at the thought of drinking alone. I'm laying in my bed with my hands behind my head(?), pondering these things. X is outside, playing in the snow. I get up and slump towards my window to attempt to see the little yellow variable. There he is... he's making a snowman, but can't pick up the second large snowball to place it onto the bottom one. X is wearing blue mittens and little orange boots.

It's kind of... what's the word... c-cute?

I watch him struggle a little bit, then decide I want to help him out. But before I leave, I see red in the corner of my eye through the window. I shiver, not because it's cold, but because I think of what X doesn't know about.

I need to go outside.
Right now.

X's P.O.V:
I see that weird red shape again, but I ignore it. My vision gets weird sometimes, that's probably what's happening right now. I try to lift up the snowball again, with no success. Then instead of red, I see a blue shape approaching me. "Four!!" I jump into him arms. He catches me and gently puts me down. "I saw you struggling with that snowman. It's a good thing I'm here." Four snaps his fingers, and the snowball is immediately lifted from the ground and placed on top of the other one. "Now for the final ball!" Four makes a tiny snowball and starts to roll it on the snow covered ground. As Four is rolling the snowball, I see something moving around behind him in some shrubs. Four notices the noise, too, and turns his head to see what is emerging from the bushes.
What appears catches me off guard.
I scream.

"Four?!"
