7. Home Tutor

*Earth POV*

I was with Tay and Off when my mobile suddenly vibrated and I saw the message from Gun. He said he needed help with something so I told him I would wait for him at the cafeteria.

"Hey, Gun!! I am here." I waved my hand after seeing Gun trying to find me in the cafeteria and I was shocked to see New trailing behind him. Gun waved back to me and both of them sat at the table.

"Hi, Earth. Classes were going on so you had to wait for some time. Hope you are not in a hurry."

"It's okay. I had nothing to do anyway." I said smiling.

"Okay, New has some problem so I need a favor from you."

"Anything for you. We are friends, right? So, you don't need to ask for favors from me. Anyway, this problem you are talking about is New teaching Tay, right?" I said pointing to New and he was shocked.

"So, I guess Tay was ranting away his problems, right?" Gun said chuckling.

"Yeah, that's true and I and Off had to listen to his ranting. It's good that he is more close to Off otherwise I would have to be there consoling him right now. And you know how Off is, doing all sorts of things for his friends but sometimes doesn't understand others thoughts."

"Yeah, I know, he never changed." Gun said smiling a little but his eyes were sad and then there was a huge silence after that.

*New POV*

I was just sitting silently near Gun and heard the whole conversation between him and Earth but I just didn't understand what was the problem between them. The only thing I understood was the tension in the air between Gun and Earth when they were talking about Off and the silence after that. I really wanted to ask about the problem so I could console Gun but I know it won't be good to interfere in another person's privacy without them opening up to me first since everyone has something they don't want to talk about to others including myself so I just sat silently without saying a word to break the silence between them.

"I have some work I need to complete so take care of New." Gun talked after a minute of silence.

"You are clearly avoiding coming with us, aren't you?" Earth asked folding his arms to which Gun just gave a smile.

"New, you don't have to be afraid of Earth. He is really nice. Then I will see you later." Gun said getting up from the table with his bag and waving his hand to both of us.

"So, let's go." Earth said sighing.

"Go? Where are we going?" I was confused about where we were supposed to go since no one told me anything.

"Home."

"Whose? Are we going to your house?" I asked again confused.

"Why would we go to my house if you want to meet Tay? It's obviously Tay's house."

"What?? Tay's house?? I think it's better if I actually don't go to his house." I said smiling nervously.

"Don't worry. He won't be angry and I will be there with you so you don't have to be afraid."

We were in Earth's car and he was driving listening to light music. I was pretty tensed that I have to go to Tay's house and teach him and I was also nervous that I had to travel with Earth.

"So how did you become friends with Gun?" Earth asked curiously.

"We ran into each other and then he asked me to be friends with him suddenly. I thought he was a nice person so I obviously agreed."
