32. Slumber Party

*New POV*

Gun was feeling very sad due to Off giving the comments continuously. Gun was at least trying to learn cooking but Off wasn't even a least bit considerate.

I was angry seeing Gun like that and told Off "Stop whining Off... you won't die if you eat lightly uncooked meat."

"Oww... easy for you to say since you are not eating this." Off said showing me the meat.

"And it's easy for you to criticize others when you don't even know how to cook... if you are so confident then why don't you come and cook for yourself." I said folding my hands on my chest.

"Hahaha... Looks like you made New angry." Earth said chuckling.

"You know that he even put a condition on me to not eat his cooking right... if you anger him anymore he won't let you eat his cooking forever." Tay said laughing.

"Chef... Please don't be angry, chef. I will wait for your delicious meat silently here... without saying a word." Off said scared while smiling and putting a finger on his mouth.

"Give it here." I said and Off gave me the meat and then I grilled the meat properly and gave it back to him.

"Wow... This is awesome... You are really good at cooking chef so you should do it instead of others." Off said happily.

"Just eat." I said glaring and Off didn't say a word anymore.

"New... he's right... You should grill the rest of them." Gun said sadly.

"Gun... he's an idiot who only talks with his stomach." I said.

This time I stood beside Gun and saw how he was grilling them and if the meat wasn't cooked I checked and showed him how to do it. I made him do it again even if he kept on saying it won't be good.

Then I held his shoulders turned him towards me and said "We are in the cooking club Gun. We need not be perfect but we should at least be able to do some cooking or learn it for the sake of the club or else why did we even join in the first place if we are going to do neither."

"Don't listen to anyone Gun. It doesn't matter if we aren't good at it... we can learn it... I was the same as you too before... thinking I won't be good but I wanted to learn it... even now I think I am not that good at it but we have to believe in ourselves first." I continued and then I sighed.

"What is it?" Gun asked after seeing me sighing.

"It's like I gave a lecture the same as P'Podd but not as good as him... which is why Pluem always wants to run away from his lectures." I said.

"Lecture? What kind?" Gun asked.

"It's the kind we don't want to know." I said and Gun started laughing and I smiled.

"Hey... we are empty here." Off said showing his empty plate.

"Can't you wait? We are not your servants here." I said irritated.

"Yes, chef. I am glad to wait forever for your delicious food." Off said smiling while acting out.

Then Gun went and put the meat on his plate.

"You didn't do this one, right?" Off asked looking at it cautiously.

"Y-yeah." Gun said slowly.

"This is nice... different from the other ones but really nice." Off said taking a bite.

"Gun made that one." I said with a smile.

"Ohh... I didn't know you could cook... it's really nice." Off said scratching his neck nervously smiling.
