44. Strangers

*Gun POV*

Earth came to my house to talk to me that day.

"Are you okay?" Earth asked.

"Don't take what Off said to heart. He was just saying some shitty things." Earth said.

"I am not angry at him. I am angry at myself." I said.

"It's my fault. I want to forget my feelings for him but no matter what I do I can't." I said with a hurt voice.

"What are you going to do next? Will everything be okay between us?" Earth asked.

"I need time. If I am closer to him what happened today will happen again." I said.

"I don't want to fight with him because of me." I said looking down.

*Third Person's POV*

"Where is Gun?" Off asked Earth and Tay.

"Do you want to ask that after what you said to him?" Tay said.

"Noone? Not a friend?" Tay said frowning.

Off realized his mistake and tried to talk to Gun but Gun started avoiding them especially Off.

"Did Gun come today?" Off asked Earth and Tay.

"No. Why do you want to know about Gun?" Earth asked and secretly called Gun on the phone without Tay and Off knowing. Gun lifted the call but noone was responding and he heard some voices from the other side so he listened to them.

"I want to talk to him and give me a chance to apologize. I don't know why he's so mad at me... but I care about him." Off said.

"But we see you being mean to him all the time." Tay said.

"I admit that I am being mean to him... but if he tells me to stop being mean I will do that... I won't talk to him again like that." Off said.

"Why?" Earth asked.

"I don't want to lose him. He's really important to me." Off said.

Gun heard all the conversation on his phone and thought "How can I stop my feelings for you if you say things like that, Off?"

Everything fell apart from that fight and Gun stopped hanging out with them. Gun changed his mobile number and didn't come to high school and only attended the exams. He also skipped the starting few days of university. So, the rumor got passed between the students that they had a fight and then the students started calling them F3 instead of F4.

*Flashback End*

*New POV*

After hearing Gun's explanation and the reason for him drifting away from his friends I was angry at them for treating Gun like that. I may be noone but he was their friend for a long time. How can they treat their friend like that?

"Can I kick Off once?" I said smiling and Gun was shocked.

"Huh?? Why?" Gun asked.

"Cause he treated you like shit." I said frowning.

"You are not angry at them for treating you like shit but angry for me." Gun said chuckling.

"You told me not to smile so why are you smiling now?" I said.

"Okay... okay..." Gun said.

"So what do we do now?" I asked.

"Let's just not care about what they do... they won't change..." Gun said.
