57. Trust

*Third Person's POV*

"What's happening here?" A person said standing at the entrance.

Everyone looked at the entrance and New and Singto were shocked to see the person.

"Mae?! What are you doing here?" Singto said looking at her.

Singto quickly waved his hand to the bodyguards when Mrs. Ruangroj was looking around and the bodyguards released Tay, Off, Gun and Earth and left the place.

"You kids don't tell us anything. I heard New got hurt. Where is he?" Mrs. Ruangroj said looking around.

"I am here... Mae." New said from the above floor nervously while waving his hand slightly.

Mrs. Ruangroj saw New's condition with the bandages while holding the crutch and went upstairs towards him with a worried look on her face.

She touched New's hand bandage and his head bandage with a worried look and then touched his cheek and said "My baby got hurt so much... How are you feeling now? Does it hurt? What happened?"

"I am okay, Mae. It doesn't hurt." New said with a smile while holding her hand on his cheek.

"Why didn't you tell me you were hurt?" She asked.

New released her hand and said, "We didn't want to worry you."

"Still you should tell me. How did you get hurt?" She asked.

"I fell down the stairs." New said and Tay, Off, Gun and Earth were shocked hearing it.

"You should be careful while walking down the stairs." She said worried.

"Okay, Mae." New said with a light smile.

She looked at the group below and asked "What's going on? Are they your friends?"

"Yeah... I said I was okay and told them to go back but they were insisting on staying here." New said.

The group waiied to her and she smiled and said "Your friends are worried for you. Let them stay here."

"They have to go back to the university." New said.

"We have holidays right now... so can we stay here?" Tay asked with a smile to her.

"Holidays?" New said shocked.

"Yeah. We are having holidays now right New?" Off said smiling joining with Tay.

The group knew New won't tell them to leave since he himself lied to his Mae about getting hurt from falling down the stairs and the reason for them being dragged out was also wrong.

"Yeah... they can stay." New said smiling nervously.

Mrs. Ruangroj was worried for New and took care of him without leaving him and New just smiled nervously.

All of them Tay, Off, Gun and Earth along with New, Singto and Krist stayed in New's room with New resting on the bed in a sitting position after Mrs. Ruangroj left the room.

"What's going on here?" Gun asked.

"We need answers." Earth said.

Singto looked at New and then looked away and started "I and New made a deal... the deal was about New to not get hurt... or he was supposed to transfer to another university."

"But... why is it related to not getting hurt?" Tay asked.

"I don't understand the deal." Off said thinking hard.
