For me the scale means a lot .
I weight myself 3 to 5 times a day .
For me weighting myself is an addiction .
So I hate and I love the scale .
The scale could start a binge or it can end it .
So it can start a binge because us girls can gain weight because of our period and sometimes because you ate lots of salt or in general because of hormones . And when I am eating less and exercising . Seeing the number in the scale increase is like a mood shattering for me . And that starts a binge . As I am doing my best but the number in the scale keeps on increasing .It can end a binge as when I am eating less and dieting , if I have a bite of sth I love I won't stop eating .
But stepping on the scale is the only thing that can stop me from eating . Because I have a certain weight if I reach it I will have to stop.I thank everyone one who sent me their problems .
I was giving up on dieting and on this book so I truly thank them for motivating me .
