At the end of July I took a decision . And this decision was to focus on my self during the whole month of August . You may find this weird but I don't know my weight and I am trying my best to get the scale out of my mind .
I decided that during August and you can try with me . To workout like I usually do but gradually increase my workout . To eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full . To focus on my other life aspects . Read books that aren't about nutrition as I read a lot of books about nutrition . I really really want to feel satisfied and happy and confident as well by the of this month .
I wished that I could stop counting calories during this month but this is so hard so as you guessed it I am counting my calories and my workouts . It is impossible to stop counting calories go me because I memorized everything .
So wish me luck during this month and I will update you about how I feel . And feel free to come and join me .
