i know that nobody is interested in my story . but i will keep writing in the hope that someone in the world needs this . my dear readers there is a tip from a book that i am reading that says you should think about food historically not calorically . you see i have history with let us say cookies and in a party i am offered cookies or chocolate cake . me i can not stop eating cookies i eat sth like 10 to get full . but i am not a huge fan of chocolate cake so one is enough for me . but i know that a cookie is let us say 100 calories but a chocolate cake let us say 300  calories . so if i thought of it calorically i will choose the cookie although this might mean i am going to binge on cookies later on but if i thought of it historically choosing the chocolate cake is the safest choice . hope this tip help  you
