He opened the door with a smile painted across his face and nothing made me envy him more than seeing him happy.

'Hey darling' he said.

'Don't call me darling' I said giving him a look of disgust and making my way through to what I guessed was the living room.

'Do you want a drink?' He asked.

'No thank you, I came for answers not to become a happy little family' I bluntly replied.

'Alright, well, what do you want to ask?' He said as Ryan held my hand and my dad sat opposite.

'Why did you do it?' I asked.

'Do what?'

'Are you fucking joking me?' I shouted.

'Please, let me explain' he said taking a deep breath.

'Ok'

'Well I was happy with your mam and when she told me she was pregnant I couldn't have been happier. I was there for every scan and at the birth but then after a year I went through such a hard time and I no it's no excuse for what I did. I had an emotional and mental break down and I couldn't possibly cope so I turned to alcohol which turned my violent and I regret it more than anything' he sighed.

'I understand you went through a hard time but you also mentally damaged me but you don't seem to give a shit about that, do you?' I said as tears, again, started escaping.

'I never intended to hurt you and that's why I left'

'You left my mam when she was at her lowest. She struggled but she still put my first, something you didn't do' I shouted.

'Georgia calm down babe' Ryan said as he put both arms around me and pulled me into a hug.

'You know what I've tried fixing and explaining things but you don't want to know so what's the fucking point' he shouted.

'What are you going to do now? Hit me' I shouted back.

'You don't understand do you? You don't understand the pain and stress I went through, the pain and stress you caused' he almost spat at me.

'In supposed to be your daughter but you wouldn't care if I was dead because all you've ever cared about is your self you self-centred prick' I screamed.

'You were a mistake, you're a selfish little girl and you clearly don't want me in your life so I'm done with building bridges' he shouted.

'A mistake? Was she fuck a mistake. She's one of the nicest and most beautiful girl I've ever fucking met and that's no thanks to you. You're a fucking joke and you don't deserve a daughter like Georgia. You're sick and I barely know you but I fucking hate you. She doesn't need you in her life because people like you drive people over the edge. You're an absolute disgrace. Come on Georgia, we're going babe' Ryan shouted taking my hand and leading me out the door. Before he could reach the door handle he was knocked to the ground by the force of my 'dad'.

'That'll teach him not to talk to me like that, ever' he smirked.

'Ryan, ryan are you ok?' I sobbed crouching beside him.

'I'm fine' he said as he regained his balance and stood up.

'Some people never fucking change' I said taking Ryans hand and walked out the door not even looking back.

'Ryan are you ok hunny?' My mam asked jumping out of the car and checking the cuts that had been made by the punch.

'I'll be alright when I get aways from that pathetic excuse of a human' he said getting into the car as my mam turned the engine on and started to drive.

'Ryan I'm so sorry, this is all my fault' I sighed sitting down on the bed and holding my head in my hands.

'None of this is your fault' he sighed as he took hold of my arms and hugged me.

'It is, why did he have to be my dad?' I sobbed.

'I know now it's tough but just look how far you and your mum have came. You're so much stronger without him and the sooner you forget today, the better because you don't need him Georgia' he said stroking my hair and wiping each individual tear away.

'You're right, I don't need him' I smiled.

'You've got me' he smiled kissing my lips softly.

'I love you' I smiled.

'I love you too' he grinned.
