I rushed to the hospital. I didn't care about anything else. Not even the fact that there was a show tonight.

So many thoughts were going through my head. My head hurt. My heart hurt.

There had better been a good explanation for keeping such a big secret from me. I thought Camila and I were at a certain point in our relationship where we had established a good amount of trust.

However, I couldn't be mad at her right now. I needed to make sure she was gonna get out of this alive first.

I had to take a taxi to the hospital considering the fact that I definitely would not be allowed to drive the entire tour bus there.

I'd probably suck at that anyway.

As soon as I was there, I rushed inside to see if I would be able to visit Camila or at least check up on her.

"I'm here to see Camila Cabello." I said to the nurse at the front desk. I could barely speak, I was so out of breath.

"She couldn't have gotten here more than an hour ago."

The nurse cocked an eyebrow and looked at her records.

"Yes," she replied. "Ms. Cabello was rushed in not too long ago. I'm not sure if she's remotely ready to be seen, but I can check. Are you family?"

I knew I probably had to exaggerate our relationship status a bit in order to get past this lady, and so I did.

"She's my fiancée." I told the nurse.

The nurse nodded. "I'll be with you in a second then, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. She didn't seem like she was in very good condition when they were wheeling her in."

I didn't say anything. I was too nervous to answer to something like that. Too anxious to think about anything else though, if I'm being honest.

Minutes passed as I waited there for the nurse to return. Each second felt so long.

"The doctors are hard at work in there." The nurse told me once she finally returned. "You definitely won't be able to go in there just yet, but I can let you stand outside the room. Just please don't intrude. Not if you don't want to distract them from saving Ms. Cabello's life, of course."

"Okay." I replied. "Thank you."

"She's just down the hall, the fifth one on the left."

I nodded and quickly rushed over to the room Camila was supposedly being treated in.

As soon as I got there, I could see through the window next to the door exactly what was going on in there.

It looked like they were losing her.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck!

Why was this happening?

Camila's POV:

"We need to remove the clot!" A doctor said.

"She probably hasn't had a transfusion in months. It's amazing she was able to go so long without this happening sooner." Another said.

Their voices sounded more distant as each minute passed by.

Was I just barely holding on to life?

The lights blurred my vision. Was I even breathing at this point?
