[E]

Ten minutes ago I had my body spread across my narrow bed and thought about why I am a purposeful fighter when it comes to reaching my own goals. As long as they include no one but me, then I'll go for it and I don't look back until I'm standing by the finish line with the trophy or prize written in my name. I am a fighter. But I'm also a total mess. Isn't it strange how you can be two things that are the opposite of each other and yet be able to function? If I had been built as a machine, I would have had more technical failures than there are capitals in the world. Yet I still manage to get out of bed every morning and keep going with my life. It's very fascinating how your life is like a puzzle. Every piece is needed for a result, otherwise you'll never feel complete.

Now, ten minutes later, I'm standing in a long corridor full of wooden painted doors on both sides. Like I mentioned earlier, I'm a purposeful fighter when it comes to my own goals, but the ones that includes other people isn't something I'm familiar with. Ever since I were a kid, I've always been on my own. Love hasn't been on the map for me, and that includes family.

I held my fist against the door and knocked. Tonight I'm here to get a name. Hopefully it'll do some difference.

It stayed quiet, then a voice shouted from the other side, ''I'm coming!'' The door got unlocked and while it slid open I roughly pressed my hands together to get rid of the nervous feeling. Her body was enveloped in a towel that ended above her knees, and her wet rapunzel colored hair was set up in a messy bun. She held up her hand to hide the light from the ceiling lamp above me from shining right in her face. ''Emily? What are you doing here?''

''I need-'' I didn't get a chance to say more before she grabbed my wrist and pulled me into her apartment. Vibes from our first conversation in the toilet broke into my mind. She drew me in so aggressively I literally lost contact with the floor for a second. ''Ouch. No need to break my arm. I'm just here to-''

''What were you thinking?? What if someone saw you go in here??'' Alison held her towel and began to pace around in her living room.

''I don't care.'' I simply replied.

Alison's movements froze, then she turned in my direction and stared at me like what I just said was the stupidest thing she had heard in a long time. ''What do you want?'' She bluntly asked and disappeared into her bathroom. I followed behind her and stopped at the door frame.

''I need to know a name.''

From a distance I watched as Alison used makeup remover on her face. ''How am I supposed to help you with that?''

That bitchy tone she has washed up isn't popular in my ears. To me it's like hearing the popular girls in school talk to someone outside their own small posse.

''You were the only one that saw what happened that night on the big lawn. I think you saw more than you say you did.''

''So what if I did? I helped you out, wasn't that enough?'' Alison snapped and glanced at me through the mirror. Her eyes were full of anger. Something must've happened for such a beautiful pair of eyes to turn so grey and emotionless. I'm sure finding out what it is.

I stepped out of my shoes and slid my uniform jacket off my shoulders, then threw it on the floor next to the bathroom door before I walked in and stood behind her. She splashed some water in her face and then dried her face on a smaller towel hanging by the sink. When she opened her eyes and caught me standing right behind her, she flinched in fear.

''God, Em!'' Alison panicked and held her chest. ''Stop creeping up on me! Take two steps back please.'' She calmly demanded. I didn't move. She glared at me and placed her hands on my front to push me backwards. Instead of letting her I grabbed her outstretched arms and yanked her closer by the wrist. We ended up so close our noses almost touched. ''No..'' Alison whispered and closed her eyes.

I moved a hand up to her face and gently caressed her cheek. ''Yes.'' I contradicted her and rested our foreheads together.

She refused to look into my eyes and I know it was because she'd give in if she did. I might not have known Alison for a long time, but I still know her good enough to know some of her tricks. ''Please let go of me, Emily.'' Alison begged and gulped loudly.

I let go of her with the hand that held her wrist and moved it up to her other cheek. ''What are you so afraid of?'' I whispered. When I spoke I felt her shudder. We're close enough for our breaths to end up brushing against the other one's skin.

Alison's lips slightly parted before she weakly said, ''For someone to find out.''

''About us?''

Alison nodded unsteadily. She used all her strength to keep up our conversation. I grinned as I realized she's like this because I'm making her weak. I'm surprised she's still standing up.

I stepped away from her and slowly removed my hands from her skin. She eventually opened her eyes and it was like she connected to reality again.

''There is no us, not anymore.'' Alison said with a steady voice. She charged up pretty fast. I loosened the black tie I was wearing and began to unbutton the buttons on my white shirt. Alison's mouth fell open as she realized what I was doing. ''E-Emily.. W-What are you doing?'' And there's the unstable, almost cracking voice again.

I didn't know I had such a big power over her. Now that I know, I can't stop myself from using it against her. After the shirt was completely unbuttoned and were hanging open, I pulled my arms back and let it fall off my arms.

''God, Please Em. You can't do this to me. It's not fair.'' Alison sounded slightly irritated, but her eyes were begging to see more. So I did as she internally wished. I unbuckled my belt and pulled down my pants to the floor before I kicked them away. I stepped up close to her and placed a hand on the towel that covered her body, grabbed it and snatched it away in one swipe. She gasped as I did so, and tried to cover her lady parts with her hands.

''Alison..'' I whispered and placed my hands over hers to remove them.

''Emily, please don't. Don't do this. We shouldn't-'' Alison nervously said in a low whisper.

I leaned in and began to leave soft kisses on her neck that included some sucking at the parts I know she's extra sensitive at, and it didn't take long before a moan slipped out between her slightly parted lips. I broke the contact and looked down at her. ''There's so much we shouldn't be doing in life, but being with you is the only thing I'm sure I don't want to spend another day without doing.'' I told her as I kept stepping up closer to her. She kept backing until her back was against the bathroom wall.

''That sounds so bad.. yet so good.'' Alison mumbled, and finally I sensed some positivity in her beautiful voice.

I smirked visibly and had just enough time to react by placing each arm on her waist as she threw herself in my arms and connected our lips. I slipped a hand in between her legs and felt the extreme wetness in her sore area.

''Wait.'' I pulled apart, and she stared at me with confusion. ''Maybe you're right. We shouldn't be doing this.'' I sarcastically said, but fought hard for it to sound realistic.

Alison's eyes darkened even more, if that's possible. Then she just scoffed and attacked me with kisses until I couldn't help but grin in victory. Finally I had her.

''Bedroom, now!'' Alison demanded in her bitchy tone and jumped up for me to catch her. I held her up underneath her ass and found my way out to the bedroom while being sucked on the neck by a vampire. That's going to leave marks, for sure.

But I am hers, so I don't mind.
