Chapter 6

The rest of the day was just as amazing! We met Peter Pan and Wendy, rode the teacups, and waited an hour in line for the haunted mansion but it was totally worth it!

The sun started to go down and before we knew it, we were watching the fireworks display before the park closed. The fire works shot up in different vibrant colors in the sky and was.... magical! Minus the loud BOOMS that cracked through the air as the fire works went off. Tanner tried to tell me something but I couldn't hear over the cracks of explosion in the air.

"WHAT?" I shouted at him. All I could here was a mumble again. I shot him a confused look and he yelled, in my ear,

"WE BETTER GO BACK TO THE GRAND RESORT!" He yelled I nodded in agreement. The crisp florida air wrapped around us as be began to walk back.

We got back quickly, neither one of us was tired. "I think im gonna head down to the pool, what about you?" Tanner asked me.

"Pool sounds great right now." I told him, smiling. "give me ten minutes to change?"

I searched for my tankini in my suit case. Of corse, I rushed to the park and forgot to unpack, witch made finding swim suit that much harder. After throwing the rest of my clothes all over the floor, on the bottom of my suite case was my swim suit.

I loved my swim suit, the top was plain and black, but the bottoms had a whit bow in the front and was red with white poke a dots. It was based off of mini mouse!

I just barely finished getting dressed when a knock came at my door. "are you ready yet?!" and exasperated voice came from the hall way.

I got a towel and came out to the hallway. "feeling patent today are we?" I asked him, sarcastically.

"What took so long?!" he asked. I explained how I didn't unpack and got a sigh And eye roll out of tanner.

Everything about the pool was... amazing! It was called the Grand Floridian for a reason!

Of corse, as soon as we got there, Tanner pushed me in. I screamed as the cold water wrapped around me. "HEY!" I yelled at him. I climbed out, shivering and cold, and attempted to push him in, but he was twice as strong as me and just threw me in again. As soon as I came up from the water, he cannon balled in, slashing me.

"TANNER!" I shrieked. He laughed so hard that his face started turning red. An old couple in the hot tub stared at us, annoyed. After a half an hour of us yelling and me trying to drowned Tanner by sitting on his shoulders in attempt to drowned him (witch ended up with me falling into the water again...) the old couple approached us.

"Would you and your boyfriend please shut up!" exclaimed the wrinkly women.

"Boyfrien-!" I started but Tanner pulled me into a hug, as much as I tried to shove him away, He wouldn't budge.

"Sorry my girlfriend is extremely noisy I will try to get her to 'shut up'." He told her, holding back roars of laughter. The old lady grunted and her and her husband left the pool.

Tanner let out is laughing fit and released me. I slashed him and got out of the pool. shivering, I wrapped myself in a towel and walked back to my room, leaving Tanner behind.

I got to my room and watched some movie that was on. I fell asleep to it about 1/2 through.

When I woke up I found some flowers, minnie mouse ears, chocolate, and a note that was by my door. I put the flowers in a glass, since I didn't have a vase and opened the note:

Dear Carissa,
Sorry if I made you mad at the pool. Hope you'll forgive me and join me for breakfast later! See ya around 10? Hope you have a good sleep cuz we have a big day in animal kingdom today!
