Chapter 23

Mina's POV

"Minari, wake up!" Momo rushed to my room without knocking and shouted to wake me up. For some reason, i couldn't bring myself to get out of the bed and i just shift my head left and right while groaning.

"Something's weird. You would always either wake up earlier or got woken up by one of us. But today...you seemed to be not woken up yet..." Momo said, worried and thinking what might happen to me.

I felt a hand touching my forehead and it was Momo's hand. She immediately retreated her hand once it touches my forehead. I guess i have a high fever, seeing her reaction after touching my forehead. No wonder i feel myself so hot...

"Oh no! You're having a fever! Shit, we don't have any medicines at home! Ah! Dahyun have it! I will call him! Minari, don't you dare move an inch on your bed!" Momo said, panicking and called Dahyun while i listened to Momo, not moving my body since i found it hard to sit up.

"Hello?! Dubu?!" -Momo

"Minari is sick! Can you bring medicines for fever?!" -Momo

"Wait, hold on! I will ask her!" -Momo and she faced me

"Minari, try saying something." Momo instructed 

"H-hmm. Why?" I said and my throat felt dry. My voice is not my usual voice

"DUBU, BRING SORE THROAT MEDICINES TOO! SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY COUGH!" -Momo

"BE FAST! OKAY, I LOVE YOU TOO~!" -Momo and she hung up the call and sat down beside me

"Don't open your mouth, penguin. Your throat will have a strange feeling when you talk so just wait until he bring the medicines here." Momo said with concerned in her voice and eyes

"YAH! WHO IS SICK?! HOW COME HE BROUGHT MEDICINES OVER TO OUR DORM?!" Sana barged in, not knowing that i'm sick

Momo shushed her and both of them went outside while someone came into my room.

I turned my head towards him while he sat down beside me on the bed, crossing his legs

"Here. Your medicines and water." He said softly and handed me the medicines and water

I swallowed the medicines along with the water and Sana came in. 

He told Sana to wash the empty cup and Sana just stomped her feet while pouting maybe because she didn't get to ask me if i'm okay.

I looked at him, wondering why is he still not going back to his dorm or going to school.

I heard the door closed and i knew that my dorm-mates left the dorm, with the boy here.

Did Momo even know that he will be bringing the medicines here? Did Dahyun even tell Momo that he's coming here?

"Why are you still here? You will be late for school." I said, my throat feeling a weird sensation when i talked

"No one is here to take care of you so i decided to take care of you until the rest come back from school. Momo-noona told me that she will come back once school ends to take care of you, you poor penguin." He said with a small smile

I woke up due to the whispering and mumbling in my room. I moved and they saw me, awake and came to my side hurriedly. I open my eyes and it's blurry so i blinked my eyes until i can see things clearly.

"Are you feeling better now, penguin?" He asked and i nodded slowly and weakly while the girl on the other side was Sana.

"Nako is cooking you porridge now so i will help you to sit up. Okay?" Sana said and i nodded. Sana looked at him to signal him to help me up too and the both of them put their hands on both my head and back to make me sit up.
