2 Become 1 (Nadech and Yaya)

Orange Light

Barry is driving inside his newly bought property. Just like what he promised to the girl's aunt, he drives almost two hours everyday to the place he now calls home for almost two weeks.

The property is 5 hectars, in the middle of the land is a 7 bedroom house. Barry ensures that the place is complete with amenities since he will be staying here when he is in Thailand.

For some reason, Barry finds the place calming

He is in deep thought, looking at his situation now has to fullfill the words he gave to his uncle and now to the girl's aunt. This is one of the admirable traits of Barry, he keeps his words.

He then parks his car infront of his main door and gives the key to Willy, his personal assistant and driver.

He finds himself going directly to the room of the girl. Unconciously, this is becoming a habit.

He enters a room that is almost similar to that of the hospital. He ensures that every equipment and medications are available anytime its needed.

Unlike hospital rooms, the girl's room is fragrant. Smells like spring. It's calming he thought.

In the middle of the room, is the girl who turns his life 180 degrees. And the fact that she is in coma, well how much more if she awakes... he smiles to himself..

His solitary was interrupted when Thelma, the girl's Bedside Nurse interrupted him. Thelma is a 40 year old woman who looks after the girl when she was in the hospital. Barry offered her a very good compensation, 5 times her current salary. With the assurance that she can always go back to her employer anytime.

"Si Barry, good evening"

"How is she?"

"Her vitals are normal sir as well as her sugar."

"She has more color today."

The Nurse giggles and answered, "She is Sir, isn't she beautiful? I put some slight make up on her. Tony said, Yaya only put a lipstick. And I put a little on her."

Barry, then looks at the girl again, he asked, "is that okay?"

Thelma blushed. "Yes sir, my lipstick is hypo allergenic"

Barry reacts, "is there such thing?"

"Yes Sir."

Then suddenly Thelma's phone rings.

"Your phone is ringing" Barry said

"Please excuse me Sir, i am going to answer this one"

Barry just nods

He waits for Thelma to get out when he comes near the bed.

"Yaya" he whispered and studied the facial features of the girl. Her name is unusual and he likes it. 

On his peripheral vision, he saw a little boy peeking outside the door.

Barry turns around, and calls the boy.

"Tony"

"Sir Barry"

"How many times I told you don't call me Sir, P'Barry"

The child smiled.

"How is your sister? Did you look after her?"

Tony nods. "Tried to talk with her after school. Nurse Yhelma said that even if she is asleep, she can still hear me and so she can recover fast. I really miss her smile"

Barry asked, "does Yaya smiles a lot?"

"Not thay much, it depends. She scolds me when i go home dirty."

Barry chuckled and asked "Have you had your dinner?"

The boy shakes his head.

"Let us go the and see what is there in the kitchen"

Barry and Tony leaves the room, and turns off the room light with only a lamp shade covering the room. An orange light.
