"Mr Kugumiya, let me introduce you to the General Manager of The Arch Firm, Mr Mark Prin." said Diana.

Mark reached out his hand, "pleasure to meet you Mr. Kugimiya. this is Mrs Kim Prin, our Head Architect who also happens to be my wife."

Barry shakes hand with Kim. she looks exactly as she describes her.

The Arch Firm was short listed by his team to design a five star island resort in the Philippines. He did not put a finger in choosing their designers. he let his team choose. only when he read their portfolio, he learned that their firm is only four years old. they have not yet handled big projects but they are slowly building a reputation and have seen some of their works that is really impressive. he can see so much potential.

only did he learn that Yaya was the project manager when he saw her name on their portfolio. small world. if only he knew of this earlier.

Now it is up for him who to choose.

"Can you make it?" kim asked Yaya over the phone.

"Henry has an on and off fever i cant leave him. we are still waiting for the results of his laboratories"

"Okay, this meeting might be short. how is he now?"

"He is okay,"

Kim added, "i can't believe we are shortlisted. Nikken's firm and DP guys are here. am excited. plus, their new Chairman is here, Mr. Ku.."

kim haven't finished her statement when she heard Yaya shouted from the other line.

"Yes babe, am here just talking to Kim"

Kim laughs, "he is so possesive, lucky gal"

"Bye for now, keep me guys posted"

"we will, bye" said Kim.

"How will your Project Manager address this concern on this side of the hill." as Barry pointed in the projector.

"we've encountered similar problem Sir. crane can do it" Kim answered

Barry turned his head, "that will be a long crane isn't it" he said mockingly.

"I just want to be clear, this is a personal project and I am going to be hands on on this. whoever your Project Manager is he or she will be working along closely with me."

Mark and Kim just eyed each other.

Diana overheard Barry's team murmuring to Willy, "I thought this is the least of his priority project. it even took 3 years to be approved by him. now he is going to handle this personally? what is going on?"

Willy just shrugged, "he might have seen the value of the project just now"

"Rest assured Mr Kugimiya our Project Manager, will be on top of this"

"your PM is not here to begin with"

"we can arrange a meeting to discuss the details Sir" answered Kim

Barry felt a knot on his stomach on the thought of seeing Yaya again.

but his face remains blank, just clenching his jaw and just nods.

Mark and Kim both are relieved with Mr. Kugimiya's response.

Kim is already inside Mark's room when she arrived for their weekly meeting.

"Ya, we've scored and scheduled a meeting with the Chair of BKK Group" said Mark

"Chairman? don't they have President and General Manager on this?"

"we are also surprised as well, the bidders were told during the meeting that this is their Chairman personal project. the best thing is we were able to set another meeting with him to discuss some details." Kim shares.

"if we get this project, we can easily pay our loans and reputation wise this is a good boost" said Mark

"I agree with you both, we really need this account and can't afford to loose it" said Yaya. When will this be?"

" tomorrow 10 am at Shangrila" answered Kim

"good thing Mr Kugimiya is available before he leaves Singapore."

Yaya was caught of guard. "who's the chairman?"

"Mr Kugimiya" kim answered
