There are only ten people who knows Barry's number, and Hugh doesn't count. His 6 cousins, Willy, Dalia, his mother and Tony.

He is in the middle of a meeting with  CEOs from other countries to discuss how they will address the new tariffs set by the US government when Tony called.

He excused himself from the meeting, and asked Willy to continue taking notes.

"Barry, i've got good news and bad news.. this may be the last call and message you will get from me."

Tony was surprised and was worried, "why? What happened?"

"You asked me to send a picture of P'Yaya smiling and I can't get it without asking her too..."

"And I asked her to smile, and she did. But I was scolded."

"Why would she get angry?"

"She said I am too young to own a iphone and asks me to return this to you"

Barry was smiling. He got off the meeting only to talk to this ten year old kid. "She said that? What did you say?"

"I said, just what you have told me, its needed for communication. What if there is an emergency?"

"And she still said no?"

"Yes.. and uhmm P'Barry, when are you coming back?"

"I just need to wrap up some business here.. soon" he said, he doesn't want to raise hopes. He still does not know what he feels when he sees Yaya. He is still trying to sort things out. The 17 days that he's been away did nothing.

"why? " he asked..

"So i know when can i tell you something...?"

"What something?" He asked...

"You see, you know the girl I've been talking about?"

"Julia?" Said Barry

"Yes! That's her" he answered enthusiastically.

"What's the problem about her? Have you asked her out?"

"Of course not!" He shouted.

"Hey bud, relax. Why not?"

"I can't come near her.."

"Tony, man up."

"P'Barry, i can't. Everytime i see her or  when she's near my rock goes hard"

"Your rock?" He asked..

"Yes my rock."

"You called your thing rock.. i never thought of that. Smart kid" he laughed.

"P'Barry, you see.. when i play with my rock and I like it. But the thing is.. something comes out. Is this okay? I don't want to tell P'Yaya. I don't want her to worry"

Barry stopped laughing. He never had this kind of question. Nonetheless from a ten year old. He had to be careful. Nobody advised him when he was this age. He just learned the ropes and he learned young..

"Tony, listen. Nothing is wrong with you or with your rock. It's normal.
My only advise is, if you are going to play with it. You do it alone and nobody must see you because it is a private thing. But not should be often"

"How often? , like how many per day"

Barry supressed his laughter, "not that often buddy. Try it every other day. And when you are near Julia, try to think of something else, plan and think of where and what activities do you want to do together.."

Then he stopped, did that come out right?  The he immediately said "like playing arcades, going to parks,  or do some of your assignments... "

"I get it.. but what if it goes hard again?"

"Try reciting all the tools we have in the garage.. okay? "

"I'll try" he answered..

They they both heard Yaya's voice.

"Tony, where are you? Come here and bring that phone?"

"You want me to talk to her? " said Barry..

"Will you do that for me? Can you convince her?" Tony asked him hesitantly.

"Are you questioning my ability to negotiate buddy?, i've convinced presidents and leaders.. this is nothing" he said.

"Tony, you don't want me calling your name again"

"He wants to talk to you?"

"Who?" Yaya asked

"P'Barry"

Before Barry can open his mouth to say hello, Yaya immediately talked, "Hello P'Barry. Thank you for your generousity and concern about Tony's well being. But i think he is too young to own an iphone specially i am not with him 24/7. What if a prank caller contacts him? What if he lost the phone? It is prone to street theft. I will now keep it and return his to you when you come home. I will keep it "

Barry was not able to utter a single word, as Yaya handed the phone to Tony.

Barry then said. "Tony,  give the phone to your P'Yaya and i'll get you something but not iphone."

Tony just shakes his head and gives the iphone to Yaya.

Barry was unable to speak. That was the longest conversation he had with Yaya. He was speechless. But he likes the last word Yaya mentioned.

He  opened the imessage that Tony sent him.. it's a picture of Yaya. Smiling. And it feels like Home.
