2 Become 1 (Nadech and Yaya)

In the Dark

Barry freezes.

Seems like everything just happened yesterday.

Five years.

He asked her again, he might have misunderstood her about having a trimester sickness

Then she dropped the bomb, “I am pregnant”.

How can she be pregnant now. The first thing came to his mind was on how he can protect Yaya and his child. His father will definitely go overboard. Is his father right? Yaya mentioned that she founds Tony’s mother and now in touch with her. She did not share all the details but she mentioned that her stepmother is in debt.

“Why?” he asked.

What do you mean why she answered.

You  know my situation with my father. We made an agreement. Why did you get yourself pregnant?

She was upset, “Did I do this alone? Do you think  I did this on purpose?” she comes closer

He was losing his control, he felt suffocated. He shouted back, “You tell me, Ya, I’ve got so much plan plan for us” he runs his hands on his nape. He wants to show the world to her without any interventions from his father, now their child, their current situation complicates things. “I’ve been honest to you.. not this!”

Yaya was fuming mad after he answered her, the he felt her hands on his face. The kid he thought.

“I am going to schedule you to Dr. Lino, he knows what he will do.”

Then he left her to free his mind. He needs time, he want to hold on to something to be in control, to think clearly. One thing is for sure with Yaya, everything is unpredictable.

He tried to free his mind by focusing his attention to his work. He was in the middle of the meeting with the Ambassador of France and Spain when he receive a message from Dr. Lino. Yaya was admitted in the hospital.

He wanted to fast track the meeting however, he can’t immediately cut it. Both gentlemen flew from their countries just so they can attend the meeting he sets months ago. He will definitely immediately go there after their meeting.

After lunch, he receives a call from Dr. Lino, telling him that Yaya had a miscarriage. He immediately asked how she was, he was told that her condition is well but is definitely in mourning. Two hours later, he asked Willy to prepare his helicopter to go to Yaya’s hospital and asked Willy to clear all his schedule for two weeks.

Prior to on boarding, he receives a message from his father. “Your whore in cashed the check I’ve given worth thirty million dollars after losing your child.” He was fuming but still did not believe an ounce of it.

He asked his pilot to go straight to their house in Pattaya.

By the time he comes home, everything was  gone.

Yaya left him in the dark.
