"Barry! Barry!" A shout comes from the door followed by a loud knock.

Barry recognizes his uncle's voice but he feels wasted. He removes the hand of the naked woman sleeping besides him. He checked the time... 3 AM!

He picks up his boxer shorts and goes towards the door. "What does this old man wants this early?" He mummbles.

Barry decided to stay in the hotel's penthouse after the party. It will be another 5 hour drive away from the city if he opted to return. Besides,
the newly crowned queen of an international pageant was giving him some fillers who happens to grace the after party. He is just too human to say No.

He did not expect to hear from his uncle this soon after the win. Their next practice  is a two weeks after this event.

"Better be good uncle.." he said as Barry opens the door.

"Barry, can I take Rosé for me for awhile?" Barry's Chevrolet Camaro LS.

"Where are you going to take my girl?" As he opens the door wide.

His uncle stepped in..

"Coffee?" He offered.

His uncle just shakes his head, "i received a call from one of my patient's wife. Mr. Fajardo. He watched your game yesterday. He is now in the Emergency Care. The hospital is an hour drive away from here."

"Have you tried hotel service?" Barry asked

"They have vans. I need to be there fast." His uncle reasoned out.

His uncle knows nobody touches Rosé. Barry is that possesive.

His uncle added, "okay, if you don't want me to take the wheel, take me there."

Barry is now in deep thought.

"Barry!" A female voice comes from the bedroom.

His uncle smirks.

Barry, turns his head and saw Demi-Leigh wrapped in the hotel's white blanket.

"Will be back honey. Just got some water."

The beauty queen did not see his uncle, and immediately returned to the room.

"Barry, Is that Nel- Peters?"

Barry smirks.

"Well, let me have Rosé for awhile while you take Nel-Peters. I think its fair." His uncle.

Barry just smiled and handed him the key. He cared a lot for this man, what his uncle doesn't know is that he can give up anything for him.

"Don't worry Rosé is in good hands."

And before his uncle leaves the room, he was surprised when his uncle suddenly embraced him and whispered, "I am so proud of you, for the man that you've become"

"Drive safely." Barry replied.

Yaya's aunt's pick up truck was old but reliable. She just love the smell and the feel of its wheel. She is happy when she is driving and enjoys the quiet moment of their town.

Homes starting to put off their lights as she passes by,  the rays of the sun starts to peek. 530 AM says her watch.

She brought down the truck's windows. Allowing the morning air to seep in to Yaya's skin. the cold air gives color to Yaya's cheeks as she lets her hair flows with the wind.

Yaya volountered to help her Aunty Ditas every weekend on her small restaurant and catering business.. She received a text message from her last night, advising her if she can get the ordered seafoods from their supplier in the market, her aunt cannot get it because she will be preparing for the catered orders. She did not hesitate to say yes.
Tony is in deep slumber when she left and she is sure that he will still be asleep when she returns.

Hugh was glad Mr. Fajardo was okay. He was one of his favoured patients. Mr Fajardo was one of the few, who believed in him while he was starting his vocation in medicine. 

He reminded him to take his maintenance medication regularly. Which was seconded by Mrs. Fajardo. He smiled how mr fajardo's wife hover after her husband.

He misses his wife.

He is happy how he is living his life, but he misses his wife. He's been widow for five years. His daughter now has her own family and His nephew, Barry keeps him company. He saw his self to his nephew when he was younger, the old ways...until he meet his wife.

His brother can't appreciate his son. Both are hard headed and strong willed. And he tried his best to stay in the middle. His older brother is too damn proud to recognize the achievement of his son.
He just shakes his head.

Tiredness now envelopes him. He's been awake for almost 32 hours. He was about to get some sleep, when he received a call from Mrs. Fajardo.

He is now in this state when Hugh realized that he is driving 90 kilometers per hour and on the other side of the lane.

A 10 wheeler truck suddenly appears on the curve facing Hugh.
Hugh tried to cross the other lane bit acted to late.

A loud crash and blinding light engulf him.

Yaya, then soon realized that the camaro car tailing her was on the other side of the lane. He saw that the truck driver panicked and wanting to avoid the camaro. Truck driver was blinded, and was too late to realize that there was a pick up truck besides him on the other side of the lane.

Yaya heard a loud crash and engulfed by darkness...
