It had been three days since Elizabeth was admitted into the hospital and gave birth, and throughout that time many people wished her congratulations.
Now they were getting ready to leave the hospital and head to meliodas's bunker, as Elizabeth got dressed as meliodas was dressing the kids for the cold outside.

"You ready?" Meliodas asked, picking up a baby.
" yep, let's get going." Elizabeth nodded, picking up the baby bag, a gift from Hawk's mom, and a baby as well.
Just then a nurse rolled in with a wheelchair,since it was a policy that the birth-giver must be wheeled out, whether or not they were fine.
After being escorted out to the white SUV, they place the kids carefully in the seats, making sure that hey were secure.
After all, one little slip up and is all it takes for all hell to break loose.
Soon they began to drive off, with meliodas in the front next to the driver and Elizabeth right behind them with the kids just to keep an eye out.
Elizabeth turned to look at the sleeping children.
They looked so peaceful.
They had Elizabeth face structure but had meliodas blonde hair.
It seemed so surreal, it was like just yesterday she was some girl who happened to stumble on a murder and now she mother to twins and a lover to a mafia leader.
"Heh, life really is something." Elizabeth chuckled to herself, as she then faced forward.
The rest of the ride was a blur as they had arrived to the bunker.
It was pretty large as two large warehouses were on one side, and smack dab in the center was a plane.
