Third POV

The rest of the day was normal, until 8 when Elaine had to go:

"Bye Elizabeth, see you tomorrow!" Elaine waved

Getting a wave in response Elaine was gone, meaning Elizabeth had the place till 12-1.

Heading to the kitchen for something small to eat, she grabbed a small container of yogurt.

Eating it, she turned on a movie.

After throwing out the container she returned watching a bit more of the movie inevitably falling asleep.

She woke up to someone shaking her.

It was meliodas who seemed to be in a pretty good mood.

"W-what time is it?" Elizabeth asked rubbing her eyes.

" probably 12 or 1 am." Meliodas shrugged.

The real question was: what in the world were you doing at 12-1 am???

So Elizabeth got up and walked upstairs with meliodas to their room.

Changing she slipped into the covers, getting comfortable falling asleep instantly.

Meliodas stared at her for a second then looked back at the black box in the second drawer in his nightstand.

(If you know where I'm going with this then you know.)

He then got ready for bed, getting comfortable he fell asleep.

The next morning~

The next morning meliodas woke up to water running.

It was Elizabeth who was taking a shower.

"Good morning." Meliodas spoke, walking into the bathroom.

" oh morning, did you sleep well?" Elizabeth replied, letting the warm water run onto her hair.

"Yeah, and you?" Meliodas shrugged.

"Some what decent." Elizabeth answered.

" anyways I was told by a little birdie that Liz is dead." Elizabeth added, staring at meliodas.

" I'm going to assume Elaine told you, and yes it's true." Meliodas replied, who was attentive to his phone, taking glances back at Elizabeth.

"Well I just wanted to say thank you, now I don't have to get blood on my hands." Elizabeth grinned.

Meliodas snickered " well anyways, Diane's party is a theme of pink for girls and blue for boys, so, you wanna go shopping?"

" why not, seems better than staying home all day." Elizabeth complied.

And so they got dressed into casual clothes, heading out of the estate.

Timeskip at the mall~

Now at the mall they made their way past the busy walkways and into the first shop.

Looking for her dress Elizabeth asked:

"Do you already have what your gonna wear?"

Meliodas nodded

" of course I am always prepared, besides I had a 2 week notice."

Elizabeth laughed and rolled her eyes.

Looking through the pink dresses, Elizabeth caught hands with someone.

A lady with light pink hair.

" oh sorry did you want this dress?" Elizabeth asked, removing her hand off of it.

" oh no no, I-" the lady paused and stared at Elizabeth's hair.

"Is your hair naturally that color?" The woman asked, surprised

"Yes..?" Elizabeth nodded, slightly confused.

"Oh, I'm asking cause it's really pretty." The woman smiled.

Elizabeth just said thank you and grinned.

Just then meliodas came by.

" you got your dress?" He asked.

Now this lady was stunned, she knew Meliodas, since he was 6 or so, but he probably wouldn't have recognized her since she wore colored contacts and just so happened to dye her hair a blush pink color.

" anyways, I should get going." The woman sighed as she then said her goodbyes, buying a dress then leaving.

Soon Elizabeth found her dress, as she payed and left with meliodas.

In the car~

"So who was that?" Meliodas asked glancing over to Elizabeth.

"I don't know, though she was pretty nice, never got her name." Elizabeth shrugged.

"Ah." Meliodas noted.

Once they reached home, they went to do their own thing, meliodas went to his office as Elizabeth headed upstairs.

As they planned to get dressed by 5:45 pm.
