Third POV in the morning~

Elizabeth woke up around 8:45, 15 minutes late of a head start.

She then noticed meliodas wasn't in bed and the shower wasn't running.

But she found a sticky note on her side of the nightstand, it read:

" morning babe, I have to leave early for a meeting, and I didn't wanna wake you especially after last night, so I let you sleep, see you this evening, love you. -meliodas"

Elizabeth softly smiled, but the overwhelming feeling of leaving meliodas.

But nevertheless she shook her head and went to go get ready for work.

Heading down stairs Elizabeth noticed yet another sticky note on the table along with a debit card.

The note read:

" oh yeah and here's your card back."

Only then had Elizabeth realized how much stuff was confiscated when she was caught.

She then decided to enable her card once more, as she walked into the kitchen to get some food.

She then got into her car and drove off to work, using the oh so wonderful thing called a GPS.

With meliodas~

Meliodas just left the meeting for that morning.

He was then greeted by Liz.

Oh shit, here we go again.."

" oh hey meliodas I didn't expect you to be here." Liz said trying to sound as clueless as ever.

" Liz this is my office, I'm usually on the thirteenth floor which we are one right now and there is literally a board that tells you where I am in the building, don't act stupid." Meliodas groaned

" yikes, why are you so grumpy besides, I can make you feel happy." Liz said so breathlessly, her hand trailing dangerously close to you-know-where.

Meliodas grabbed her hand harshly and said:

" I'm tired of your bullshit, stop now before I have you shot."

" oh, and who's gonna shoot me?" Liz questioned trying to piss of meliodas.

Mleiodas took out his gun and shot past only a couple of centimeters from her face.

Liz flinched.

" and may that be a lesson." Meliodas rolled his eyes as he then walked away.

Besides only Elizabeth had clearence to do so.

With Elizabeth~

Elizabeth arrived to work to see two very familiar faces at the front doors.

" Veronica? Margaret?" Elizabeth asked, as she got towards them.

" It's her! Hey Elizabeth!" Veronica waved happily, rushing toward her younger sister.

" what are you guys doing here?" Elizabeth asked with a big bright smile on her face.

" we came to see you, Ellie." Margaret explained

" yeah, we didn't know that you started working for a well know and good paying hospital." Veronica giggled

" well now you know!" Elizabeth laughed along.

" so word has it that you my good sister are in a relationship with leader of the sin mafia." Veronica wiggles her eyebrows.

Elizabeth sighed.

So this is what all this was about.

" yes, it's true but how'd you guys find out?" Elizabeth questioned suspiciously.

And almost at cue, Veronica and Margaret looked at Elizabeth the same time and shrugged.

" anyways Elizabeth, we have to get going duties with father are never done so we'll be on our way but make sure to call us." Margaret spoke softly.

" alright tell him I said hi." Elizabeth smiled, as she then hugged her sisters goodbye and enter work.

When she entered she saw lady Merlin, who's eyes were focused on Elizabeth.

Just then Merlin walked over to Elizabeth.

" Elizabeth, here is your paycheck for the first three months of your time working here." Merlin spoke handing Elizabeth the check.

If Elizabeth didn't know any better she would say that her face lit up as her eyes bulged out in shock.

The total: $406,778.12

" oh and Elizabeth?" Merlin started off with.

Elizabeth looked up and made a questionable face.

Merlin sighed and shook her head to signify nevermind.

And soon Elizabeth left to get back to work.

Now you may be wondering what was Merlin gonna ask Elizabeth?

Well, after Elizabeth first chat with Liz on when they found out she was pregnant, Elizabeth left the room right after Liz to use the bathroom.

All the while Merlin came in cause Liz was taking too long, when she noticed the paper on counter.

She read once, then twice.

" Elizabeth is pregnant?" Merlin asked herself.

Merlin had just thought that maybe Elizabeth was gonna tell meliodas afterwards.

And that she wanted only meliodas to know, and later they would come out to everyone else.

Miss Merlin then put down the paper and swiftly left the room, with the paper on her mind the rest of the time.

Oh Merlin how wrong you were...
