Notes: ngl this was hard to chose names cause legit they were all pretty good and it was up to the point where I couldn't chose so with the help of my older sister and my cousin (via text)  they chose for me.

So as for gender: twins, boy and girl by popular demand.

Names:
Boy: Ace
Girl: Cassandra -Melody combination)
Anyways, I'm so sorry if your name wasn't chosen, but I might make another story and chose your name ideas for it so once again I'm really at sorry if your idea wasn't chosen, now let's get back to the story!

Third POV

Elizabeth was busy breathing in and out heavily, the pain becoming excruciating, as the paramedic tried to keep her calm.

Meliodas was right next to her his hand turning white as Elizabeth squeezed it.

"I-ow!" Elizabeth groaned moving around.

"Now worries sir we will have your wife in the hospital in 3 minutes." The paramedics assured, looking at the different devices.

Meliodas only nodded, staring at Elizabeth, who was too much in pain to say anything.

Everything went by in a whizz, as the next thing Elizabeth knew was that she was in the room with a whole bunch of nurses and a doctor with meliodas right besides here.

" ok miss on the count of three you need to push as hard as you can." The doctor instructed

Elizabeth gave a nod.

"Ok... one... two... THREE!" The doctor urged loudly.

As Elizabeth pushed as hard as she can.

"Owww!" Elizabeth screamed.

This repeated two more times as the first baby was born.

"Ok time for round two, just like before... One... Two... THREE!" The doctor said once more.

Elizabeth pushed as hard as she could as beads of sweat rolled down her face, squeezing meliodas hand extremely hard.

Yet he didn't care, he just wanted his babies to be ok.

(Yes, including Elizabeth.)

Just then the sound of a newborn crying was heard through the room.

"Congratulations you two, it's a boy and girl." The doctor smiled.

Elizabeth gave off a weak smiled before she closed her eyes of sheer exhaustion.

"We'll let you rest as we clean them up and make sure everything is in order." One of the nurses said as she and another nurse besides her carried the newborns out of the room.

Elizabeth opened her eyes and turned to meliodas, who looked really happy.

" so... how does it feel to be a father of twins?" Elizabeth asked, her voice a little bit strained.

"Elated, but not even that could express how I feel." Meliodas laughed

Just then he kissed Elizabeth, with Elizabeth gladly accepting it.

"What's that for? I thought you were mad at me." Elizabeth looked down, avoiding his stare.

" says who? I've got a angel-no I mean a goddess who just gave birth to my kids why would I be mad?" Meliodas comforted her, side hugging her.

" I left, I left even after you've done everything for me." Elizabeth spoke.

"Look, what's in the past is in the past, his is now and right now, I've found you and was here for you." Meliodas replied

Just as Elizabeth was about to speak the nurses came in with the babies.

" alright they are both healthy, your son is weighing in roughly around 6 pounds as your daughter is 5.6 pounds." The nurse smiled.

"What are you gonna name them?" The nurse asked, looking at Elizabeth

"For the girl I'm gonna name her Cassandra-Melody, and meliodas, what are you gonna name the boy?" Elizabeth replied looking up at meliodas

"Ace." Meliodas nodded

"Wonderful, now we just need you guys to sign the birth certificates for them." The nurse said bring two certificates without any signatures.

Elizabeth signed it and then looked at meliodas who signed his part.

"Great, and once again congratulations." The nurse grinned and she hen walked out the room with the papers.

"So are you coming back with me?" Meliodas asked

" Is that even a question at this point?" Elizabeth giggled.

"Hand me my babies they might be hungry." Elizabeth added, reaching her arms out for them.

Meliodas handed her the girl, Elizabeth felt happy knowing that she was a mother.

" bad timing but I really do want to know why you left." Meliodas said his voice becoming upset.

" well, I think it is right to tell you so here goes." Elizabeth spoke as she took in a deep breath, starting to breastfeed the first kid.

"I found out and I was was upset cause I didn't know how you were gonna take it, just then Liz came in and asked me about it, I don't know why I told her.. I was hurting and really just need someone to comfort me." Elizabeth started off with it, sounding quiet.

Meliodas tried not to show that he was beginning to get angry.

"And well she told me that you didn't want to have kids and that was the reason you guys split, and that if she decided to they you would kill her and the kid and I believed it, besides you were busy 24/7 you didn't seem to have time for kids, you made a comment saying that kids weren't really your thing and you rarely ever went back on your word so I ju-" Elizabeth was cut off.

"Well I mean one flaw in this entire thing, you listened to Liz, she was always very good at lying and that's not why we broke up, she was doing god know what  somewhere and left me, besides, just because I said or did those thing doesn't mean I don't want kids." Meliodas explained.

Elizabeth felt a huge weight being lifted of her shoulder.

" I'm so sorry..." Elizabeth muttered.

"I'm sorry too." Meliodas apologized, he did have a role to play in this fiasco.

Elizabeth then went on to feed the next baby, relaxing knowing that meliodas and her were on good terms.

Soon the babies were asleep, then  meliodas and Elizabeth too.
With them sleeping peacefully they didn't even notice that it had started to snow.
